This bright and airy condo located just steps away from the ski lifts and The Village at Northstar is the perfect spot for your next mountain trip. Conveniently situated between Historic Downtown Truckee and Lake Tahoe, you and your crew will have the best of Tahoe at your fingertips. The property features a spacious living room with a stone-trimmed fireplace, a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, outdoor deck, and ski locker. Access to Northstar amenities including pools, hot tubs, sauna, hike/bike trails, tennis, and golf. Enjoy!
Situated in the snowy Sierra Nevada Mountain range straddling the border between California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe offers stunning panoramic scenery and year-round adventure. Each home is provided with 2 guest passes which allow exclusive access to the Northstar Resort Community (a nominal charge may apply for some activities). This entails very easy access to the slopes (free shuttle available throughout the neighborhood), as well as, other amenities provided through Northstar Property Owners Association (pool, spa, tennis, fitness center).
AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay.
Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This home does not have AC.
- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 9 guests.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is strictly prohibited. Guests are only allowed to park while using the facilities. Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500.

- Two parking passes will be provided in the home. These must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid any parking tickets.
- Guests must register their cars to park at Ski Trails Condos. Instructions will be provided 3 days before arrival.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The condo was clean and well stocked with all we needed and then some. It snowed much of the time we were there and the view was not lost on us- beautiful! The unit is located up stairs and then it is a short walk to the ski run that leads to the gondola and village. Not fun walking in ski boots but very doable!

Very impressed with Avant Stay, will look for their properties in the future. The attention to detail can only be compared to a 5 star hotel. They thought of everything which was great since we arrived to a blizzard dumping 86 inches of snow and everything was shut down

Professional management company with timely communication. Welcome amenities upon arrival. Clean and orderly condo. Split level condo with primary bedroom and bathroom upstairs and guest bedroom and hall bathroom downstairs. Overall in good condition stocked with games and the basics in the kitchen. Already looking to book next year.

This is a wonderful property for up to 4.
Location is great, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, comfortable seating, easy to operate TV. A problem with the oven was dealt with by a diligent property manager. We would rent this property again, for sure.

Excellent property & very cozy. My friend flew in from Houston & had never been to Tahoe..My wife & I played Old Greenwood & Greys Crossing & had a fantastic time. Will stay there again.

We stayed over a New Year's week and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing family meals. The space is well thought-out and pleasantly arranged. I very much recommend it.

Great accommodations for 4 adults. Short walk to hill access and could literally snowboard into the parking lot by stairs to our room! Tons of extras in case we forgot things. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, spices and pans!!
