This Village penthouse residence is just steps from the Northstar gondola, ski-back and "The Beach" ski school meeting area. Waking up in the morning you will enjoy views of the Village at Northstar, gondola and nearby mountains. Sit on the deck at the end of the day and watch the skiers/riders coming down from the mountain. Inside you will find your vacation home with a warm and inviting mountain theme.

This comfortable luxury unit features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and two sink vanity, large living room with a queen size Comfort Sleep sofa sleeper (this sleeps 2 and is very comfortable), and a King bed in the master suite. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (right now there is only a K-cup coffee maker), blender, and cooking & eating utensils. Relax in the evening in front of the push-button to start gas fireplace or watch a movie on the large screen LED TV with enhanced sound system. Later enjoy a second large screen TV located in the bedroom. Inside of the unit are large capacity energy efficient washer and dryer. Also enjoy amenities including free high-speed wireless Internet, cable TV with large flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

A short ride down the elevator and you are in the Village at Northstar with its wealth of restaurants, shops, skating rink, movie theaters, access to the Ritz via their own gondola, and evening activities. Eat in, eat out or order take-out; all are equally easy. Eliminating the need to haul equipment around, there is a large private ski locker at the building entrance on ground level with comfortable seating to allow you to “suit-up” in the morning.

With parking in the heated garage you will no longer need to shovel snow off of your car or scrape ice from the windows. There is easy access to the fitness facility with showers, steam sauna, weight room with the latest generation of equipment including treadmills and ellipticals with integrated TVs. Relax in one of the two hot tubs or enjoy the nearby swimming pool at the Village Swim & Fitness Center. Free access to guests to all of these facilities. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a stone gas fireplace, dining table for four, a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa (very comfortable!) in the living room. You can enjoy the large screen TV in both the living room and bedroom. Absolutely NO-SMOKING & NO PETS allowed in the condo.

We loved staying in this condo and would do it again. Responses to questions we had was answered quickly. Condo is in a great location for visiting Lake Tahoe and surrounding area. Condo is beautiful, well equipped, with a very comfy bed.

The "nit" was the lack of TP and tissue. The unit was only stocked with one 10% box of tissue and a 10% roll of TP. It would also be nice to have sharper knives on the counter. Overall a nice stay.

The condo is beautiful! It is very clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay! It is very close to the gondola! The communication and details provided for the condo were great! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

We loved the location of the unit. Parking in the garage and access to ski locker was a bonus. Very short walk to gondola. Kitchen is well appointed. Loved the fireplace. King sized bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. Centrally located in the heart of the Village and a stone throw to the chair lift. It was truly the perfect winter trip for our family. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything you might need (including washer and dryer). Parking conveniently located in the parking garage underneath the condo. Ski locker was an added bonus and convenience as well! Great communication with Beth and Andy. We will definitely try to come back and stay again!

My wife and I spent Christmas at Beth’s property and it was incredible! We had everything we needed, the space was very clean, and the access to the Big Springs Gondola and Northstar Village could not be beat. Amazing stay, would definitely come back!

Very simple checkin process. Cozy condo and well furnished. My son noted that the pullout couch he slept on was the most comfortable he has ever experienced. The most important aspect we were looking for: very quick walk to the ski lift without breaking the bank. Very convenient and large ski storage locker on the ground floor. Easy parking garage access. The only improvement I could suggest is a digital door code to negate the necessity of mailing physical key cards. We made an error and didn’t properly review the checkout date or time. Beth was very professional, patient, and accommodating to help us get our luggage situated, so the maids could prepare the property for the next guests. Class act all around!

For starters we skied all day then after a long day we tried to follow the Check in Instructions as they were slightly confusing, because we were already in the village and thought we could find the key location on foot. Not the case. So I called the property owner at 4:30 to try to get assistance by telling them my location, they tried to explain the best they could but it still didn’t help. So after the second call and them replying “it’s never been this difficult” (which I thought was rude to say to a guest) we got to lock box NO key. Waited until 6:30 for cleaner to bring the key to us at restaurant we were eating at. Check in was at 3:00. Got to the room the sheets in the closet for the sofa bed were wet, luckily there’s a dryer in the place. The parking placard had to be found by playing “where’s Waldo looking through all the drawers. The PO was apologetic but one would think for the inconvenience something would have been offered in good business, but nothing. Also in the notes in the property it says $40 dollars will be charged for every hour you stay passed 10 oclock check out time. We got in the property at 7:00 PM and we departed at 9:00 am on check out day. Do we get a credit? (Haha Doubt it). I would recommend shopping around before renting this property. Anyway good luck hope you have a better experience with this place than we did.

Never saw property after 3 days of record snow the roads were too treacherous to drive but prop mgr insisted we try or lose our nights rental charge, which we lost because we would not travel Hwy 50 during an avalanche watch and spend at least 5.5 hours traveling from Sacramento around the east side of Lake Tahoe to get to Northstar. All authorities advised travelers that unless it is an emergency, stay off the roads, it could be life threatening if you got stuck or had car problems. P.S much of Hwy 50 has no cellphone service.

What a fantastic location! Finding it was a breeze thanks to Beth. She was always available for any questions or needs. We were meant to stay in another unit but there were some internet changes being made by the company so Beth offered us another unit. Very clean, conveniently located, comfy bed, linens & pillows, plenty of room to unpack and put clothes away, coffee maker (plus pod compatible), and so much more. Blow dryer, shampoos & conditioner, washer/dryer, soaking tub, the fireplace was a little tricky but probably because it was the first use of the season. We wanted to get away and enjoy some beautiful scenery, we loved our stay. Definitely recommend!

Found it hard to find the entrance to the underground parking structure. Could use a map of the property and identification of parking entrance. Once found the rest of the vacation was great. Minor problem with the Kuerig coffee machine when it dripped out cold coffee and AC stopped working. After reset control temperature above the room temperature and back to lower temperature it started working again.

Very comfortable and well located unit, especially in winter. Ski in/ski out. We were there in summer but still great. Unit is in Northstar Village so can easily walk to everything in village. Also, a close drive to Truckee and north Lake Tahoe. Enjoy!

This is a perfect place for 2 adults who like to have a little extra room. Quiet with all of the amenities, and a romantic balcony with a view. The condo is really nice, but is definitely better for adults because the furnishings aren’t meant to handle kid-like activities (jumping, spilling, etc). We’ll stay again for sure.

This was a great place to stay in Northstar village. It is Right next to the gondola and several restaurants. It was a beautiful place, well decorated, and very well furnished. We stay in a lot of various ski lodgings and this one was much better furnished than any other we have stayed in before. Very comfortable

Thank you to Beth for hosting our family at this awesome property. The condo's location is fantastic and made escaping back from the slopes for lunch easy and convenient. This was especially important because the food at the on-slope lodges has really declined in quality and value. The condo was updated, clean and had all the basic amenities needed. Both the king bed and the sleeper were comfortable. Loved being near the Bourbon Pub as the food and drinks there are great. Overall, great property and owners and I would hope to stay here again.
