This 5 Bedroom 5 Bath home was designed and custom built as a Luxury vacation rental. Your group will appreciate the 3500 plus square feet of living and 2000 feet of outdoor living space. This property is perfect for very large groups and can sleep 16 people. Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations so no one feels they got the short end of the stick. The home is located 10 minutes from down town Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National park, 20 Minutes from Canyon lands National Park and close to many other State Parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing. Note: We do have a special cancellation policy and also offer "cancel for any reason" trip insurance to protect your trip. Just ask us about details.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8 person private hot tub.
LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 75" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.
POOL: The pool is heated year round and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 95 degrees in the winter. The pool is fully fenced and has a cover for the little ones in the group.
GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table
PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.
BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce court with custom oyster shell for a premium game.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking area for up to 10 Vehicles and places for trailers to park.
MOTOR HOME AND TRAILER HOOKUPS: There is room for a RV and 50 amp power and dump setup on the side of the home.
OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sun shade. We have a new 8 person spa purchased in 2021 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom built fire pit with room for everyone.
GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a high chair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

Nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was perfect from booking it to checking out. Communication was great! This house has everything for everyone! It is well furnished and maintained. I’ve stayed at places that are furnished with the cheapest furniture and have the cheapest cookware and dinnerware. Not this place. There are so many things to do when you need a break from going Jeep riding or sightseeing. From the pool and hot tub to the fire pit. There is also a pool table and a ping pong table. Televisions in every room. Very spacious too! We had 13 people and everyone had a bed with a couple of beds only occupied by 1 person. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back!

This was the perfect place to host 3 other couples and our two adult children for a Moab wedding. We were able to host 15 friends and family easily for a BBQ on night. The home was spectacular - everything as advertised. The property exceeded our expectations.

This house was amazing! So many great room options for sleeping. We came all the way from Virginia with 3 families. 6 Adults, & 7 Kids and we never felt cramped. The Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and patio area for games while the Adults socialized. Views were also spectacular. I would Definitely recommend this property.

We had a nice stay here for our visit to the Moab are. Convenient to Moab and the surrounding area. The house itself was clean and accomodated our parry of 12 nicely. The outdoor area was great and our kids loved the heated pool. If not for a couple of hiccups - hvac and washing machine were both not working properly ar first - easily would have been 5 stars. The property manager did try to correct things quickly and brought extra towels when we were unable to wash. Would stay here again if ensured those things were addressed.

The house was a perfect size for our large family. It is close to downtown and Arches National Park, which was wonderful. The host was very accommodating and prompt on replies. They might want to update their pots and pans. They were pretty worn. Pool was supposed to be heated, but never was. They responded quickly, but it never did get fixed while we were there. Luckily our three grandchildren got to enjoy the hot tub.

So happy we booked this house and will book it for future trips! This house is located just outside of Moab in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is designed for large groups and had many conveniences. We used the hot tub, grill, fire pit, pool table, sitting areas. This house is very clean and well-stocked. The kitchen was large and provided ample room and resources for ten adults to cook multiple meals.The outside gathering areas are well spaced and had plenty of room. Check in and out was super easy. There was an instruction book that included information for the hot tub, pool, checkout, and local information - it was all very handy. There is ample parking for large vehicles. The view from the living room & outdoor areas were incredible - including the mountains and night time stargazing.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities were hits with the kids. The various sitting areas on the deck allowed us to be outside all day. Had a couple of glitches and owner was extremely responsive. The stairways to the loft bedrooms are quite steep.

We had a great girl's trip at this house. It's very close to both Arches National Park, and Hell's Revenge (the activities we came for!) The pool was perfect for a relaxing day. Everything was so easy to use and spacious. We're already looking forward to returning :)

My husband and I got married in Arches. We booked this rental for us and our wedding party. The property was a beautiful space to make great memories with our loved ones and take in some amazing views. There was plenty of room to fit all 10 of us comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect, being about 10 minutes to the main shops and eateries and 20 minutes to Arches. We plan to go back for anniversaries in the future!
Only took one star off for cleanliness due to cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc. left in the rocks surrounding the patio and pool.

We had the most wonderful stay at this house which was set beautifully with amazing views. We didn’t expect to be able use the outdoor pool or hot tub due to the heat but it was actually quite cool because of the rain and the amenities were exceptional. Really luxurious house and n doors and out.
Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were wonderful, each with a bathroom. The bunks were a little hot as it was set high up but still quite nice.
And one of the few houses I didn’t feel the need to scrub clean- it was spotless!

There was a bit of confusion with getting the property cleaned prior to arrival and we ended up having to clean it ourselves. The pool was having some filter issues, the owner corrected it halfway through our stay. The process was easy overall and the owner was good to communicate and work things out.

We had a fantastic trip and this home was a large part of making it so. Arrival and check out were very simple. Kenny had very quick responses to any questions we had. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor space was phenomenal and entertained our grandchildren daily. We treasured sitting by the fire pit in the evenings and marveling at the landscape and night sky! Would definitely come again!

We were primarily in the area for the amazing hiking and scenery. Given our previous Moab trips, we thought it was pricey but every hotel in Moab (& everywhere else) is now pricey so the property was worth the money.
We didn’t realize it would be a very rare blood moon while we were there. This property had an incomparable view of the celestial show.
The property was very clean & organized with everything you might need. The floor plan with lofts gave everyone not only opportunity to gather but also privacy and quiet to rest on their own.
