Initially, I was skeptical. I had a great stay and the location was great. The property was spacious and clean.

Overall, nice set up for alarge group which made it the perfect stay for our family.

We were able to walk any where we wanted to go. They asked us to pick up our dog poop from the yard. The yard was not well kept and there was no popper scooper. We rent from VRBO often but this house had the lest amount of necessities of any home we have rented. One bed had dog hair in the sheets. Other than these few complaints we enjoyed our stay. The home was located near Forsythe Park. We were able to walk to River St also. We enjoyed Savannah and being able to take our dogs.

The home was as advertised, for us it was within walking distance to most everything we wanted, except the beach. We are in our 60's and fairly fit, and weren't terribly taxed. Some have described the neighborhood as "sketchy." There were a couple of abandoned homes nearby, but everyone we met in the neighborhood was friendly. As for safety, my wife would walk the neighborhood early in the morning, without concern. I recommend this location highly. The Lucky Savannah staff maintained contact and informed us of what we needed to know when we needed to know it. A very smooth rental. There is a nice neighborhood grocery store nearby, Kroger.

Taking a respite trip from caring for my Dad. Much needed get away and this place did not disappoint. Had the room to relax and unwind. Had the utensils and kitchen equipment. Was very clean. Walked to many of our desired attractions. My only remark would be the backyard lawn needed cutting but I really didn’t mind. The flies from the city trash cans kept me away from the yard anyway.

Wonderful house, perfect room set up for the seven of us. One being a family with three children. Had everything there were needed. Only downfall if you have someone with bad knees or mobility issue, there were big staircase to get upstairs to the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect. Within a five minute walk to Forsythe Park.

My wife and I had a great experience in the Victorian Harmony! There is a ton of space which was great because we both had to work virtually and were able to do that without hearing each other! There's a back bedroom with a desk and view of the backyard and plenty of space on the first floor. We brought our dogs and they felt very comfortable and the place was very clean - would highly recommend!

House was beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice! Plenty of space and beds for big parties and we were able to walk to Forsyth park in 10-15 minutes! About 5 minute uber ride away from the general downtown area. Airbnb was very clean and had sufficient supplies. I think the downstairs sofa couch bed should have a blanket provided and the trundle beds should have an extra blanket provided as well there was only topper sheets provided. The room with the trundle beds could also have an extension cord since there’s no outlet near the bed. The sofa couch bed downstairs had black dog hair and lint all over the sheets not sure if it wasn’t washed or it just rubbed off from the couch but overall everything was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again everyone in our party had a good experience and the check in / check out process was really simple. 9/10 for sure!

Outstanding location! Forsyth park is 2 blks away in a safe area. It was excellent having thermostats on each floor, plenty of toiletries & kitchen fully stocked. Tons of games and seating for all. Internet throughout the house was effective and strong. Great ease of keyless door entry. Pictures on site are accurate. Lucky Savannah management was responsive and friendly. Parking was no issue & 2 spots in back. Grass needs to be cut in the backyard.There was a grill, table and seating. Note there are 2 bathrooms, but all the 4 bedrooms are upstairs and One bathroom upstairs. The second bathroom is next to kitchen. Both bathrooms were okay & modern,but the upstairs bathroom has a massive window by the toilet. The toilet is flush to wall. Tight spot. The annoying curtain hanging needs to be replaced with a narrow blind. The house was clean but 1st flr bathroom had black long hairs by the bowl. Hence 4 stars in cleanliness. Dog friendly with up to 2 dogs permitted is great and the details for them is cool. Maintenance needs to do some updates and upkeep. The electric sockets in master bedroom don’t work behind the bed and under center window. Making nightstand lights, and plugging chargers, annoying. They do provide 2 extension cords. Which means, they are clearly aware of the electrical issues. If they fixed the electrical sockets then there would be no need to choose whether to plug lights or our chargers. Put a smart tv in main bedroom, and check electric socket. Light bulbs need to be checked in every room. The bathtub mat had mold, didn’t use it. The coffee pot lid is broken. Overall a great experience. Yes, we would come back.

I loved the space in all the rooms, the kitchen was exceptional and my granddaughter redesigned her room accordingly to the bonus space. My only complaint was no TV's in the rooms. Our 2 little dogs loved the yard and space. The grass was high and uncut. But after a phone call, it was cut immediately

The house was very clean & accommodating for the size of our party & pets, however the neighborhood is not ideal. I read other reviews from 2 years ago that it was “transitioning” so I thought it would be okay but I did not expect to see homeless people smoking pot near the jiffy store dumpster directly across the street or to get “cat-called” during a morning walk. We walked during the day (about a mile to Riverfront) but took Uber at night. We were able to park on the street without issue but there is adequate parking in the alley but like others said, you have to have a key to get in the back gate. The yard was adequate for dogs but the lawn had not been mowed which was disappointing. There was plenty of room for everyone but again, like others the upstairs shower runs cold so we all used the shower downstairs. The furniture and mattresses have seen their days but still comfortable. The house has its pros and cons for sure.

Neighborhood looked to be sketchy, but after a day it was obvious that it was fine with a convenient location as the neighborhood is under transition (gentrification). The house is comfortable. We would all like to know the history of the house.

The home was large enough to accommodate our family and was in walking distance to Forsyth Park and to most places. The downside: "sketchy" convenient store acroos the street; parking was available behind the house and we had to walk around the house to gain entry to the front of the home because there was not a key for the gate. There was a lot of litter on the sidewalks and in the grass. The shower runs cold, you have to turn the knob toward "cold" to get it hotter; that was frustrating as some of us had to take cold showers the first day. The furniture was old and linens did not smell fresh. The shower curtain upstairs had red water stains on it and the water dispenser of the fridge was dirty. Overall, it served our needs though.

The Victorian Harmony is a large home. It may be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed. It has 3-4 bedrooms that would accommodate a family nicely. The kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to cook at home. The location of the house is in a transitioning area of rentals, homeowners, SCAD students, and boarded-up houses ready for rehab. There is a gas station diagonally across the street which lights up the entire front living space of the house at night. The street noise was loud (car alarms, fighting, and people walking around at all hours). I would encourage people to bring a white noise machine for light sleepers. The backyard needs some upkeep. Despite the drawbacks listed, I would stay again as it is close to the park and restaurants.

Easy to book and check in and to check out. House very clean and well appointed. Living room was a little smaller then expected. Seating for 6 people only. Kitchen was very nice. Great central location. Neighborhood is in transition.
It was as advertised. The location is perfect for getting around Savannah. The house is great. Well furnished and stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Off street parking in rear alley is convenient, just dumpy,
smelly with alot of other cars. Some seemed permanently parked. We never felt uncomfortable regarding our safety. Just more than usual people milling about. Several buildings on street are under renovation. The area was quiet at night. The Cuban Window Cafe across the street was awesome. And Local 11 Ten restaurant, just two blocks away, is spectacular for a fine dining experience.

To be honest the house was okay but I hated the rear parking. The grass in the back yard needs cutting and the rear parking feels really unsafe. The rental company was rude to me when I called to ask a question and made me regret booking this rental for 2 nights at the rate of $1,900.

The house was very charming with lots of room to spread out. The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of linens. The appliances in the kitchen all looked new and there were plenty of dishes. We would rent this property again. Only negative we encountered was the grass needed mowing in back yard and the parking area in alley and trash cans in alley were not emptied the week of our stay so a little smelly in parking area.

Cutest Victorian! So roomy and all the amenities! Beds were amazing and plenty of space for 3 generations to spread out! I thought the location was great! But our moms on the trip were a little cautious as this is what we would call an up and coming neighborhood. But it’s so close to everything!! Would stay here again.
