About this house rental
From the manicured patio to the supple bed linens, we have worked hard to make this place the perfect home away from home. Tucked in the heart of historic downtown Savannah, this home still feels like a cozy escape. The house has been newly renovated and decorated to highlight its historic features like artistic crown molding and timeless hardwood floors. We have all the modern amenities such as central air and a fully stocked kitchen with added details to make your stay extra special.
Our house, built in the 1800's, has been remodeled to include modern amenities while still highlighting its historical features. The space is located on the second and third floors of the house. The second floor houses the main living area. A beautiful front deck, a comfortable living room, a gorgeous dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, and when we say fully stocked, what we mean is that we have all of the cookware, utensils and appliances that we would want in our own kitchen. The second floor has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The back of the house opens onto another furnished deck which overlooks the huge, green, manicured patio. The third floor has one more bathroom and one more bedroom. The bedrooms were designed with comfort in mind: big beds that you can fall right into, ample pillows and thoughtful places for you to keep your things. In the bathrooms, we've gone the extra mile to cover all of your individual needs.
We've set up the house so that it is comfortable, beautiful and covers all of your needs and more! If there is anything else you need, we will help you find it. We want our property to feel like your home away from home and the perfect southern escape!

We are always reachable by phone or message and strive to make sure someone can be there within 30 minutes if there is ever an issue.
Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try. A major Savannah attraction, Forsyth Park, is a mere 3 blocks away. There is a grocery store conveniently located 2 blocks from the house and one of our favorite little bakeries is steps from the house.
We provide our guests with a welcome book upon check-in which highlights some of our favorite dining experiences and attractions. We are happy to provide recommendations for anything else you want or need while you are visiting.
Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride, we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will give you a tour of the entire downtown.
Legal listing with Savannah: STVR - 01583 and 01584. All booking are subjected to a 13% Savannah motel and sales tax which will be included in the price per night.

Ok so this property is in a great location if you are wanting to visit historic Savannah. You can walk to many places and driving is pretty easy to all of the others. There is a grocery store close by which was also very convenient. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had an issue with the AC upstairs and it was fixed in the time we were out at dinner. We only had one slight issue. The parking is absolutely not for 2 cars. It is a tiny spot that one compact car pretty much fills. There was street parking on the other side which was usually not a big deal though. Overall a great Savannah property close to everything.

This home is located in a charming neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and just 3 doors down from a lovely cafe/coffee shop. Immediate parking right outside your front door. The house was clean with authentic nods to the year it was built.
Would stay here again!

Nice place, enjoyed our stay, beats a hotel any day. Thank you for your hospitality. From the microchem team .đ

Perfect location in historic district. Easy walk to beautiful Forsyth Park and to shuttle stops for a free ride down to River for shopping and eating. A grocery less than two small blocks away. Plenty of room for 8+. It was super hot but the air conditioning kept up with the heat - even on the third floor! If you love and appreciate historic homes, you should stay here. Highly recommend.

Great location but it was dirty, the property was run down and looked nothing like the online photoshopped pictures. Needs some TLC!!

Location is great, street is cute. House had lots of beds which is great if you are having lots of people. The twin beds are very uncomfortable though. They should be upgraded. We slept in king bed downstairs and that was very comfortable. Curtains in that room are very dirty and need to be cleaned. Freezer wasnât working properly so there was no ice, but property manager brought us two bags which was very nice of them.

We stayed a night for a girls trip. More than enough beds to fit us five girls. The neighborhood was quiet and historical. Very cute! Some of the pictures are deceiving such as the upstairs and deck set up. But all in all it worked for the night and we were happy.

This was a nice comfortable property for our stay. Very clean and spacious. It was walking distance to several things, and very close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the porches in the evenings.

Cute place to stay for a ladies trip. Could walk everywhere and great coffee shop within a few steps. Large house with great balcony.

My son goes to college in Oklahoma he and his friends enjoyed Spring Break 2024 in Davis Ga. They travel all the way from Miami Oklahoma and the location of the property was perfect for them to enjoy Savannah.

There are two sets of stairs one set is quite narrow and has no handrails. These steps lead to two bedrooms which are actually in the attic. Older people will not be able to use these stairs. It is quite a few steps up from ground level to the main level of this unit. Taking out the trash is a trip hazard nightmare. The unit is older and has some modern features particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a terrace adjacent to the kitchen with chairs and a table that seats 10 people. This is in a neighborhood that is in transition. Th e unit is not as nice as it appears online.

Want to stay upstairs alone - we all slept on the 2nd (main) floor. There was a razor cap/shield and some dust/hair left on a shelf in the shower, so clearly that wasnât cleaned well. Otherwise it seemed good!

This was a great spot to stay during a long weekend in Savannah. Property was great and location was excellent.

We loved this house. It was located less than 2 blocks from Forsyth park and within walking distance to everything. It had the cutest bakery 3 doors down which was super convenient. We were a large group and we had plenty of space which was awesome!

Great location! Loved the bakery cafe right on the corner, Kroger across the street, even urgent care was only a couple blocks away (had to get some medical help, unfortunately), and of course Forsyth park! Loved the architectural details and unique floor plan, loved the number of beds in this house. However, the property seems unkempt. Master bedroom doesnât have a lock. Thereâs one part of the lock, but not the other, and so itâs impossible to lock the door. One lamp stand in the master has no light bulb. In some bathrooms the paint is peeling off, the backsplash (which is only paint) is dirty. One bathroom didnât have any hand soap- we ended up bringing the soap from the kitchen sink. The soap provided is the most basic kind in the plastic bottles- it did not fit the aesthetic of the house. Some of the dining room chairs were stained. Some blinds had no handle to rotate them open, so we were unable to let the natural light in. In the kitchen- a side of the countertop has peeled off almost completely. The garbage can has no lid. The pull out faucet needs to be adjusted- it sort of hangs there, instead of sitting nicely in place. There are no mixing bowls of any kind- for salad or baking, even though thereâs a whisk, measuring cups and salad tongs. There was a set of dishes in the cupboard that were sticky and dirty. Our biggest disappointment- the water stopper in the tub was not working. We had a younger child who had to go unwashed because of this.

Very close lose to Forsyth Park, a grocery store and a wonderful coffee shop. Walking distance to river with restaurant's and shopping. We were on the 2nd and 3rd floors, very roomy with private space. Updated nice home with inviting front porch and entry. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star is.....several burned out light bulbs, shortage of washclothes in the bathrooms and kitchen hand towels and the back patio had trash laying around the sitting areas.... But wewould definitely book again!

We really enjoyed the house. Two things to know: 1) itâs on second & third floors, 2) be careful when parking behind the house. We backed up in the dark to straighten the car & hit a telephone pole in the middle of the alley (in drivers blind spot). You just need to be aware so you donât repeat our mistake. That pole should be moved. The house is in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow-great property! It was exactly as advertised. Close to everything. My daughter graduated from SCAD and we wanted to show off Savannah to our European family. Great place to do that. Loved the coffee shop two doors down. Thanks for hosting us!

We were looking forward to staying in the charming 100+ year old home this property was described as but unfortunately, the listing is a hoax. This home has not been well taken care of and is in a sad state of disrepair. For potential renters, I wish I could share my own pictures instead of those posted online as the description of this property is completely misleading. Where do I start... the frat house refrigerator is missing most of the shelves, the kitchen countertop edging has been ripped off and you wouldn't want to put any food on top of that counter - yuck. The bathroom towel bars are falling/fell off the wall, the couch is stained with both old and fresh "goo", the bedsheets are bargain discount thin and scratchy without even a mattress pad under them, the "gorgeous" diningroom is a cheap, scratched table with dirty chairs, the games are all broken, including the dartboard that not only has no darts but is sitting on the floor, not hung on the wall. There appears to be a newer TV on the wall in the primary bedroom but the cord is just hanging and doesn't reach the outlet. I shared my concerns with the property manager as soon as we got there and he offered to give us our money back - which would have been great, but finding another weekend option for a family of 6 on a Friday night was impossible. His second suggestion was to have the maintenance person come and fix the towel bar and remove a dirty furnace filter from the top deck - no mention or solution to the laundry list of real problems. The home definitely has potential - it's in a nice location, convenient to a grocery store and coffee shop - but it will take alot more effort and money to live up to the property description. I do not recommend.

Great Stay
The house was perfect for 7 women. Some complained that the bathrooms could use more room to place toiletries. The upstairs bathroom mirror should be moved or another one added because it is way too low. The potted plant on the rear deck was loaded with cigarette butts and the plant is dead.

Great place hard to go wrong
The house is in a great location. It was as described the house served our purpose everything functioned and was clean. The owners kept a great line of communication.

Fantastic Home in Savannah GA
It was perfect and everyone absolutely loved how there was so much space & how clean it was! We will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Absolutely lovely!
We enjoyed every detail of this rental! The street parking was a breeze in this area and there is a grocery store one block away. The property managers were quick to address a broken heating unit during our stay! If the weather is nice, itâs an enjoyable walk to the River district. Iâd suggest an Uber for bar nights though! 10/10 recommend

Cute house, neighborhood and location to everything.

Helpful owners, decrepit house
The homeowners of this property seemed very kind, reaching out to ask about our stay and allowing us to leave our bags in the house a couple of hours after checkout due to a late flight. The location, too, is great, near the Kroger's and within walking distance to most of Savannah's sites.
However, the house, the linens, the wifi, the renovation, and other miscellaneous amenities are not quite as described. Though they may have been cleaned, three sets of linens and two comforters had obvious stain marks. The head/foot boards on the master bed were stained. We know that bedding materials get wear-and-tear in rentals, but when multiple items seem stained, it gives the impression that everything is dirty.
Clearly, the house is historic and has been renovated. But many of the renovations don't do it justice - there are globs of paint and caulk on floorboards; a small hole in a corner of a hallway; nicks, dings and scratches on walls; the hardwood floors have a fair share of paint splatter; and the electrical in a couple of rooms seems shoddy. The one TV in the entire house had an extension cord running down the fireplace and though there was wifi that allowed us to watch streaming services, it often went out. Several of the doors could use some WD40 to not squeak so loud and a couple of the handles don't work properly.
Little entertainment details that might have redeemed it, like a dart board, had no darts. A mini foosball table had no balls. A mini paddle tennis set had only one paddle.
We're not opposed to historic homes and we're aware that you should expect creaky floors or less-than-opulent bathrooms in them. But to tout this as an "oasis" and a "perfect home" with lots of "modern amenities" is inaccurate.

Good location. Kitchen needs some improvement.
Great location. Close to Forsyth Park and Collins Quarter. Coffee shop on the corner. Supermarket around the corner. Plenty of space in the house.
Kitchen needs some improvement. 2 plates and 3 bowls does not an adequate kitchen make. General house maintenance also needed. Door handles, electrical outlets etc.
All-in-all I can recommend this place. We enjoyed our time there.

Bring your own Pillows!
We had a lovely time. The property had a courtyard as well as a nice balcony equipped with table and chairs. The home was spacious (by Savannah standards) and adequately furnished. We did not find it very comfortable, but ok for a rental. Pillows were thin (foam, I think?) - we were thankful we had brought our own. Stairs leading to upstairs bedrooms had no handrail.

The property was perfect for our reunion. The variety of beds and bedrooms fit our family needs. The location was in a quaint area just a few blocks from Forsyth Park and several squares. An easy (1 mile walk through neighborhoods) took us to the more tourist area of Savannah. There is a wonderful coffee shop a few steps away and convenient access to grocery store around the corner. It is an historic home and they updated the showers so all showers had endless hot water...that was a big plus with 8 adults staying in one house.

Great home with character!
The house is was clean and the furniture was functional. I would love to see it decorated to enhance the character of the home. The electrical set up needs addressed and the kitchen needs attention. The shower heads have on demand hot water setups attached to them, one of them would not adjust to a higher level. This caused us to only use that shower for the kids. The overall review of the home is functional however not impressive for the price.
1.0
Iâm curious when the actual Owner has seen this place in person or If city inspectors have seen the rigged electrical set up, you should leave instructions on how to work the showers. The bathroom shower next to king room had no hot water and the other bathroom shower head could not be adjusted; you have to be 4ft tall to use shower. One TV without internet connection (Unable to access Netflix etc) and only an HD antenna. The back entrance is a huge liability risk, loose bricks everywhere, NO seating by âfire pitâ for which we brought firewood; yard hasnât been maintained in some time. A carpet of pine needles and dry leaves, bushes, near a fire pit? The back steps are a definite hazard, held up with cinder blocks, absolutely no seating on âback patio â by rear door. Building code violations at every turn. Clearly the owner isnât concerned with the guestâs comfort. Bedding smells and looks old, online photos 100% misrepresented the âtownhouseâ actual esthetic expectations. For the amount of money charged, to not allow the quests to check in even 30 minutes early speaks to how they value the guest. I wouldnât recommend 411 East Hall St B to anyone. Not all people âget awayâ as a family to go anywhere, just wanted to be together for a few days after going thru tough times. Cleanliness is rated a â1â and the guest are required to take out all trash and wash dishes? Perhaps that would not be an unreasonable request if the GUEST felt the comfort of their stay was a priority.Fire extinguishers?? Again, liability hazards at every turn.
