Best place to stay in PDC!

This property is very large and clean. I think it's fairly new. We really felt comfortable and at home in this place. It's near to any important spots in PDC; the beach, 5th ave, ADO bus terminal, colectivo terminal. The rooftop pool is also a bonus, very relaxing and overlooking the sea. There's also designated parking lot for you. The entire unit is very modern and with complete amenities. Even kitchen stuff are complete.

The toilet was a bit small but I think it won't matter to a lot of people. It's not that I didn't like it but I wish it could've been bigger. Also, what I didn't like, it's not about the property but, the way between this property and downtown is not well lit. It's generally safe, but it might look sketchy and scary to some people. It's a pretty short walk though.

Overall, great value and experience.

Host was excellent and attentive to my requests. Close to 5th Avenue, shopping and ferry to Cozumel, nice view from pool, convenient OXXO at corner and taxis readily available at door. Also liked the cocktail bar just outside the entrance. 1st level room makes coming and going, a breeze!

There is no music at the pool. Pool not open 24hrs, hot tub at pool shuts down while sun is still out! The gym is very basic. They should, at minimum, put in a pull-up/dip station.

Tolle Dachterrasse, gemütliches Bett, sonst viele falsche oder ungenaue Angaben, langsame Reaktion und schlecht gegen Lä

gut war die Dachterrasse mit Swimmingpool und Blick in Richtung Meer. Das Bett war groß und komfortabel, das Badezimmer war ebenfalls gut.

Baustellenlärm bis 23 Uhr! Das Apartment hat eine dünne Verbindungstür zu einem weiteren Apartment - durch die Tür haben wir unsere Nachbarn gehört, Fernsehen, Gespräche, alles. Der Balkon war vor einer weißen Wand, so nah, dass wir sie fast berühren konnten. Alle auf booking angezeigten Fotos zur Unterkunft hatten Balkone mit Sicht. Ich hatte eine Unterkunft mit 68m2 gebucht, unsere hatte höchstens 48m2. Am Tag unserer Ankunft hatte ich mehrere wichtige Fragen an unseren Vermieter geschrieben. Eine erste Rückmeldung, ohne Antwort auf eine einzige Frage, kam erst gegen Mittag des Folgetages.

Buen lugar pero debe mejorar la limpieza

La ubicación, las instalaciones , alberca y jacuzzy

Es necesario que mínimo se haga cada 2 días el aseo tardaron 5 días aunque dice 4 y eso porque tuve que insistir en recepción, la habitación 513B está unida a la 513 el ruido, el humo de tabaco , lo que cocinaban se pasaba a mi cuarto todo, literal parece que no hay puerta

Disappointing room, but great location

Rooftop courtyard was very nice. Infinity pool, lounge chairs, nice view, etc, matched the pictures in the listing. Go to the roof. However, rules say you cannot bring food or drink. :) Location was excellent. Short walk from the passenger ferry. Short walk to the beach.

Front desk spoke only Spanish. We were in Room 310B. It was a very simple bedroom and bathroom. There was a thin door separating us from 310A, which I believe was a full apartment. Poor sound insulation. We could hear every sound from room 310A. There was no coffee maker, refrigerator, desk, or chair in the room. Room was small and cramped. All walls are concrete. No sound absorption in the hallways. All sounds were echoed and magnified. We heard every word spoken in the hallways. It was loud and noisy. The granite/marble (whatever it was) counter top in the bathroom was badly stained. I brought disinfecting wet wipes with me, and ran one over the floor, it came up with dust/hair/dirt/filthy! The color of tiles on the floor are great at hiding dirt, so I suspect, no cleaning was done, except to change sheets and place fresh towels between renters, disgusting. The room is at the end of the airport runway. There will be airplanes and helicopters taking off and landing outside your window,

Regular y no se realiza limpieza de habitación como lo indican, aunque lo solicites no lo realizan.

Tamaño aceptable para dos personas, buena ubicación, aire acondicionado.

Cama muy incómoda, dentro del servicio indica que incluye toallas y limpieza, luego nos enteramos que la limpieza es cada 4 días, lo solicitamos al personal y nunca se realizó limpieza ni cambio de toallas o ropa de cama.

La taille de l'appartement et la qualité des matériaux, la piscine sur le toit est aussi très jolie et la salle de sport convenable ! La vue sur l'aérodrome et les avions qui décollent est très sympa par contre niveau bruit je ne sais pas ce que ça donne pour les chambres côté aérodrome

Lovely, safe apartment

A very modern building. Spacious and secure private apartment. Good location. Comfortable stay. Overall, I would consider staying here again because the building is very beautiful and modern with a great location, but I wanted to be honest about the areas that could be improved, particularly the cleanliness.

Construction started at 9am and lasted throughout the day. Countertops with ring marks and dust in the kitchen and bathroom suggest that they hadn't been attentively cleaned prior to my arrival. Additionally, all of the "white" towels had stains and were dingy. Balcony was quite dusty. A little more attention to detail with the cleaning would be helpful. Pool area is very trendy but quite small, so it was sometimes crowded. No basic kitchen sundries (no coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper) -- these items would have made it easier for me to take advantage of the kitchen, since I was only staying for 2 nights.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das große Zimmer war klasse für uns. Wir hatten so viel Platz und das Bett war riesig. Die Lage hat uns auch gut gefallen. Der Strand war in der Nähe, eine Shopping-Mall direkt gegenüber, die Partystraße auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Supermärkte usw., alles da. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt und alles hat gut geklappt. Zu dem Lärm: Ja, in dem Gebäude wird gebaut, aber man kann sich auch ein bisschen anstellen. So schlimm ist das alles nicht, wir konnten immer ausschlafen und hatten genug Ruhe. Der Pool war soo schön und es war nie viel los zu unserer Zeit. Perfekt zum Entspannen.

Alles war super, nur eine Kleinigkeit: als wir nachts eingecheckt haben, stand das Zimmer unter Wasser, da der Kühlschrank ausgelaufen ist. Wir haben alles selber geregelt und zum trocknen die Handtücher genommen. Wir haben dann um neue Handtücher für uns zum Duschen gebeten, aber keine bekommen. Wir haben uns dann welche im Supermarkt kaufen müssen. Aber gut, nicht weiter tragisch.

Buen lugar, pero pecima limpieza

Es bonito el alojamiento, está a 3 cuadras de la playa, se ve nuevo.

Es un alojamiento, que no tiene una buena limpieza, las sabanas sucias, en las paredes tenian telarañas y en la cocina era muy evidente la mala limpieza, es lindo pero la limpieza le quita lo lindo al lugar.

Perfect

The rooftop pool, hot tub, lounge, and tables were the best. This was our 2nd hotel at Playa and it was nice to chill away from the 5th Ave and the beach. Also took advantage of their nice gym facility. The apartment is new, modern, and spacious.

Superb

The location was great. Staff was excellent. The room was awesome and clean. The pool and view are amazing.

There was only a tv in the bedroom. We were on the ground floor so no view. No small bathing towels, only large and medium.

very pleasant

Stayed here two nights passing through Playa. Clean & comfortable, spacious room with no insects. Nice rooftop pool area with sun loungers and hanging chairs. Easy walking distance from the turistica Ado bus stop and Cozumel ferry - I walked with my two suitcases. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The pool area is nice but quite small/the pool is quite narrow. If there are any children playing there is it hard to get away from the noise. In my room the glass door to the toilet weirdly had a half-inch gap when closed (see pic). Probably not a problem for most, but if you are someone who likes to have privacy when going to the toilet then something to be aware of.

Very poor

My stay at this apartment was far from satisfactory. The room was dusty and had a broken glass piece on the floor. The bed was creaky, and the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Basic amenities like a hairdryer were missing, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. I was unfairly charged a 500 pesos deposit for a pre-existing toilet seat damage, despite reporting it to the staff. Practical issues included a ban on drying clothes on the balcony without providing dryers, weak shower water pressure, and lack of cold water. The toilet, with a translucent door and gaps, was uncomfortably close to the bed. In conclusion, due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, unfair charges, and impractical design, I strongly advise considering other options.

Manager Roberto was amazing and did his best to assist us in changing our accommodation. Nice, clean, and very safe place at my favorite location in Playa Del Carmen. The pool area is always clean, and the perfect spot to chill all day long . I do wish there was a bar and restaurant to make it even more enjoyable.

When we booked our accommodation, we had no idea that we were going to get an overflow room ( part of an apartment) with joining doors. There was a family with a young child staying there and we could hear them from 530 am every morning. We spoke to Roberto and he was able to move us after 2 nights at the much better accommodation which we loved it .

comfortable place, but pricy but we liked it

We loved the the large doors though we never sat on the balcony when the doors were open it felt like the whole apartment was outside. Well equipped allowing us to cook meals which was appreciated after eating on the move whilst trekking

Partial view is less than partial in our view so I will leave a picture for you to decide. Noisy yard across the road -comings and goings 24/7 and when nothing happening kid kicks ball against wall constantly until after 11pm

The building is new. Looks nice, on a backroad by the airport. The rooftop pool was good, but often crowded.

Couldn’t sleep. Paper thin walls. You heard every noise throughout the night. Bad smell from the bathroom. Any issue is ignored by reception and they do not speak English.

Great comfortable stay in Playa del Carmen

Very nice looking modern and spacious apartment in a quiet street. Fully equipped so we had everything we needed. We also loved the rooftop pool which came in very handy since the beach was not at its best when we visited.

Great spot close to the centre and the beach but away from the hustle and bustle.

Very modern and comfortable apartments close to the center but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. Short walk to Playacar which is a nice and relatively quiet beach. The apartment was very nice and spacious, kitchen well equipped. The entire building is quite new so everything was working fine and there was no wear and tear anywhere. The rooftop area and swimming pool with the view of the sea are a great bonus. Some people complained about the noise in the reviews but during my stay, it was super quiet and peaceful. The apartments are connected by a door (locked, of course) so I can imagine it might be an issue if you have noisy neighbors but in my case, there were no problems at all. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

I wish the cafe downstairs was open earlier :)

Good location and good apartment

The apartment was clean, good location and security was polite

The wifi connection was terrible.. I could not use the wifi to make video calls and many of the sites I needed to access didn’t work when I was connected.
