Cozy villa located in the north of the island of Gran Canaria and just 20 minutes by car from the capital. Built in 1920, this colonial-style villa has all the comforts to make your vacation a very special day. Oasis of peace, far from mass tourism, but only 2 km from the sea and the beach. The farm has a surface area of 50,000 m2 where we can find banana trees, avocado trees, orange trees, pumpkins and other varieties of fruit trees. Its well-kept gardens, its splendid swimming pool and its wonderful views of the sea will make you feel in a true paradise. The house has 2 floors distributed with five bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each bedroom, three bathrooms and a toilet. You can also enjoy a barbecue area and solarium terrace. A place to discover the authentic Canarian character. An unforgettable vacation for sure!
