I stayed with my family at this property for six weeks this summer. It's got a great location being close to Portland, and is also close to the beaches of Cape Elizabeth. The private beach down the block is lovely to walk to and makes for a great place to enjoy the sunset. In July/August, we were able to swim in the water. It was cold, but refreshing!
The house is as advertised. Four stories with great views and large decks. Plenty of rooms and a large living area. The beds were comfortable -- not too hard, not too soft.
The property manager was also responsive and friendly.
5 stars!

First of all, Danielle, the property manager, was a sweetheart. We had a couple small issues that she corrected within a day. The property was lovely and more than spacious. We did not have overnight guests but day time visitors who were all impressed with the size, views and balconies. We loved being on the dead end dirt road which meant there was no through traffic. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly and their pooches were adorable. We walked the beaches and thrilled in collecting sea glass and pottery shards on the private beach. The location was perfect for us to travel to South Portland, Portland, Scarborough, Kennebunkport, area beaches, the lighthouses, near by restaurants and local performance venues. This home is a winner in all regards. My perfect escape place was the fourth floor office space. It became my reading room with panoramic views. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Peaceful Oasis
Since we are all working from home these days, we were was able to get away from NJ for 5 weeks. After spending 5 weeks at 11 Angell Point Road I wished I had rented for another 5!
The house is beautiful. Nicely appointed yet comfortable and cozy. We cooked in most nights because the kitchen was perfect. We enjoyed the dining room and the beautiful views from the deck. The house is spacious. The 3 levels made it feel super private and working from the 4th floor panoramic office was just absolutely outstanding. Made every workday feel like a vacation day! Taking reals in either deck was a real treat.
The location is absolutely fantastic. Wildlife on the property - the kids loved seeing the deer, bunnies and wild turkeys! We loved watching all of the birds from the deck in the morning. The private beach was nice and we loved that we had options. One day at the private beach another at Kettle Cove and others at Crescent Beach. All within walking distance. We walked everyday at Two Lights State park. Fantastic views and a real nice after dinner walk before catching the sunset from the deck!
There is a lot to do and see in the area. The restaurants in Portland are fantastic! The shops and Maine made pottery were great. Whale watches, puffin cruises, island tours all fantastic. Bike riding locally is fun too.
Communication before arrival was excellent. Denis prepared us for everything! Danielle was super responsive when we called or needed help. The folks who cleaned and the person who came to pick up recycling and garbage were super friendly and so nice. The neighbors were friendly too!
A true gem of a place. We loved it so much we wished we could have stayed the whole summer. I am sure anyone who stays will feel the same way - A true peaceful oasis.
Thank you Denis! If you are ever selling this house call me first!!

Will be back!
The surroundings were ideal: a spectacular private neighbourhood of just a few homes at the end of a beautiful private road. We rented paddle boards and spent the afternoon at the sand private beach, connected to Crescent Beach State Park. In the evening we went for a stroll to Two Lights State Park and the Lobster Shack for dinner. Portland is only 15 mins drive away. The house is tastefully decorated and everything is brand new! Perfect inside/outside living home. Third floor has a great deck for sunbathing, sipping a cocktail or watching the ocean and the birds. There is even the fourth floor office overlooking the ocean - beautiful set up for work. My only wish we could stay longer, but we will definitely be back to enjoy it again.

Fantastic house. Beautiful neighborhood.
This house is located in a private neighbourhood of just a few homes at the end of a beautiful private road. Few steps down a beautiful path is a private beach connected to other sandy beaches and crescent beach state park. The house overlooks nature preserve and a bird sanctuary. Mornings are filled with singing birds. Spectacular sunsets of dramatic proportions can be viewed from the decks and straight from the living room. It is ruly a Sunset House, Everything is brand new and luxurious: Furniture, rugs, beds, linens. This place feels like a luxury home not a rental. Fully equipped kitchen and a grilling deck are adjacent a double living room and the dining room. A great place for entertainment! There is a spectacular massive deck for sunbathing, taking a cocktail or watching the ocean. There are weights, mats and strength bands on the deck to exercise. On the fourth floor there is a quiant office for reading, writing or just relaxing enjoying almost full circular ocean views.
Ten minutes walk will take you to a beautiful two lights state park with dramatic paths along the ocean. Portland and its many restaurants and shops is only 15 minutes drive away. There are great places to shop for food at nearby local farms. The house is perfect for getting away to a private secluded beach spot with a short drive to shops and restaurants. Fantastic for our family get away.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway
We just had a wonderful getaway at this beautiful house in Cape Elizabeth. We were able to enjoy the amazing views throughout the well appointed house and were thrilled to be able to walk to the private beach. The gourmet kitchen was the perfect setting to prepare family dinners, but we also liked heading in to Portland for all of the restaurant options. Our favorite part was enjoying the amazing sunsets. Thank you for sharing this gem with us. We will be back!
