Хороший дом, очень чистый, выглядит как новый. Классный бассейн. Уборка хорошая. Персонал отзывчивый.

Иногда очень сильно воняло в доме канализацией. И так сильно, что находиться в доме было не возможно. Еще в главной спальне большая щель в дверях возле пола. И ящерицы ходят в эту комнату как к себе домой. И очень громко орут. Спать не возможно при этом. Далее мы переехали в другое место и таких проблем у нас не было.

スタッフが泥棒で、安全面欠けてるので残念です。

静かで家族でのんびり向き。母の60才誕生日で利用。ロケーションも掃除も行き届いてるのに、スタッフが泥棒でグルになってるの凄く残念でした。

3日間家族で泊まっててドライバー雇ってるので、何も不自由なく、凄く良かったんですが、チェックアウトする前の日にだけベッドメーキングが入って、夜10時に部屋着いて、金庫にお金、パスポート等大事な物入れてたんですが、4人分の日本円を、合計10万円盗まれました。バーツで10000ほどあったのは盗まれてなく、日本円だけ10万円盗まれました。数えて全員で入れてロックして出かけたので間違えなくて10万円だけ抜かれました。監視カメラもベッドメーキング以外の人が入ってないので、スタッフが盗んだとしか思えないです。唯一その日にベッドメイキングが入った日にお金が盗まれました。母の60才誕生日のお祝いにお金をプレゼントしたので、その封筒からお金が減っていたので盗まれたのは明確に分かりました。非常に残念です。数えて全員で入れてあるお金、金庫のロックもしてるのに、スタッフがグルになってスペアキーで開けたとしか思えない！！最初はスタッフはスペアキーはないと言っていたけど、こちらがホテル事情が分かる人間がいると分かるとスペアキーはあるけど、ベッドメイキングの人が持ち出せれないと言い訳ばかりで話になりません。ドライバー通訳に聞いても何度もお客さんも盗まれたみたいで警察に行ってもしなかったと言われ、諦めましたが、絶対に許せません！！！！タイは素晴らしかったですが、ここのスタッフは最悪な対応で、盗んだことは明確です。責任者呼んでもかばってばかりで、グルで盗んだとしか思えないです。どうか、建物のオーナーも今回の件で雇ってるスタッフ見直してください。建物は素晴らしいです。スタッフはとても残念です。このような被害が2度と起きないよう、みんなにも気をつけて欲しいです。こちらの金庫を使わない。貴重品は置かない。改善しようとしない宿安全面欠けてるで泊まらない。警備はしっかりしてそうなのに、スタッフが泥棒だとどうにもならないです！！！！

location< Villa, Staff was Great. Very happy

i was travelling with my husband and 2 teenage kids, we took a 3 bedroom villa for 2 nights. My kids wanted their own room. To my disappointment my daughters room air conditioner stopped working one evening and i was informed nothing can be done before the next morning, as there is no one available 6pm onwards :((( . She slept the entire night in heat, n on asking NO COMPENSATION was given for this. Which is a shame, they want to charge for electricity, and broken glass/ plate. But they had no comeback for a genuine case. Left a bitter taste.

Nice and clean Villa. Many restaurant arounding, very convenient. Good hospitality.

Very clean, swimming pool water is good. They provided toothbrushes to guests. Water you can find it from refrigerator. Sitting room is big enough for 2-3 families.

However, the birds, chickens keep shouting in the early morning and the certain is not big enough to cover the sunlight so if you are a easy awake person, you need to get a solution to fix it.

Warm and inviting vacation villa.

Very clean and new property. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location close to restaurants and shopping - only a short 10 minute drive to Bang-Tao beach. Excellent family vacation rental.

The beds were quite firm. However, the staff brought in a mattress topper, which fixed the issue.

Lovely. The location was amazing and the free shuttle service was a true blessing!

As we had small children the fact the two rooms are not connected and lead out onto a non-fenced pool would probably not suit most families with similar. It is perfect though for families with older/teeeange children!

Absolutely enjoyed the stay, kids loved it. Its a huge Villa with big garden and private pool. Rooms are very spacious, The Bathrooms are huge. Very neat and clean, well maintained, almost looked brand new as if we were first one to stay. Ample garage space to park the car. The host Ramon has been amazing host. Pretty quick to respond to the messages, adjusted the schedule due to my late arrival. Waited at late evening to handover the keys. Even offered to pick the grocery that I had pre-ordered. Amazing location, very close to the amenities, many good restaurants, super markets just location at the walking distance, even has nearby playground for kids. Close to the Bang Tao Beach.

The owner of the villa is not clear andhe wants to find any then wrong to take the whole deposits

Nice villa but no daily service. When we reach the villa, the ownr met me in the location and sign me a contract he made it by himself as additional requirment and condition from him, wish is not axceptable dut to he did not mention that in booking. Com. He take all the deposits that he asked for durning checking in then he refused to pay me back again becuse of sely conition the he made it which is ( no smoking inside the valla) to becuse of smoking is not allwod he did not return back my deposite which is around 320 USD. Moreover, checking out at 11:00AM.i do not recommend any one to book it due to sniky why from the owner.

Good location with easy access to boat avenue. Spacious and beautiful interior decor. Owner was very accommodating allowing for slightly later check out and leaving our luggages in the premise post check out.
