Great option, woke up to the waves, spacious room and bathroom
It's a bit of a distance from the west coast

Lovely area right on the beach , very clean, the staff were so good, nothing was too much trouble, lots of different areas to relax in. Our room was lovely and was cleaned everyday.
Nothing we loved it all.

The staff! To say they were friendly and professional is an understatement! Every single member of staff has a smile and kind word to say every time you meet them. Nothing is too much trouble they are only too happy to help you.
Can’t think of anything not to like about the property

The delicious food, the friendliest staff I've ever met, the most beautiful beach setting.....I can't fault this hotel. We are already planning our next trip!
10.0
The staff are brilliant! The welcome is very warm and every member of the staff makes a genuine attempt to understand you well being. That makes the biggest difference. We were here for a special day and Tamara at the resort was extremely helpful in getting us a reservation at their fine dining restaurant which otherwise getsbooked well in advance.
The service ambassador concept is great but is completely dependent on the individual yon get. I would have rather expected them to be more approachable and ensure they pamper their guests. There are better views to rooms but weallocated those.

The property is ideally located on a beautiful beach and has great access to the very safe and welcoming area of St Lawrence Gap where you can really get involved in the local nightlife. The suites were immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. All 4 restaurants serve great quality food from fine dining to more beach bar fare available. The biggest stand out feature of this hotel though are it’s staff who cannot do enough for you during your stay. Every single member of staff from Housekeeping to the bar staff to the guys that look after the beach like Gino are exceptional. Our experience ambassadors Abigail and Shiloh were absolutely first class and arranged a number of trips, reservations and transport for us during our stay with consummate professionalism. Big thanks also to Dwayne, Ronaldo, Karlos and Darrien who are exceptional bar staff and genuinely nice guys. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. We were here for 2 weeks and has been the only hotel in our experience where we were genuinely sorry to leave by the end of the holiday.
There really is nothing to dislike here.

good food, nice staff excellent spa
some of the rooms are a bit dated. bedroom windows, with fixed curtains, are connected to the corridor.
more information as to the facilities, timings etc would have been useful.
difficult to book nicer restaurants or sister hotels even with concierge.

staff are amazing and food is delicious!

location
paid 4500 US dollars for a 7 day stay in a club room which turned out to be very small room at rear of hotel, definitely should not be described as a club room.
Dirty sun beds on the beach
we had to fight our way from lift to our room past up to 4 linen trolleys.
this is not a 5star hotel

During our stay we were greeted at Elements breakfast and dinner Buffett Oasis , tapas bar and Oro restaurant by warm friendly staff😊
exceptional service 👍
perhaps some quieter time around the pool area without loud music

Great spot right on the beach
Good facilities and spa
Excellent food and branded drinks
…but the thing that sets this place apart from most resorts are the amazing staff. From the manager to the guys mopping the floors, the staff were incredible - to a person, they were so helpful, friendly and considerate, it made our holiday.
Special mentions to Thandeka and June who really looked after us, and were superb.
There are more upmarket resorts up the coast, but we were delighted with O2, and had a great holiday
We expected the rooms to be a little bigger, and next time, would make sure we stayed in the newer block

Beautiful, well thought out hotel with some quirky design finishes. It had a cool, club-like vibe and it was good to be able to visit the sister hotel for a couple of days, just for a change of scene. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful, and a special shout-out to June who made every breakfast an absolutely delight. The sunbeds were deep and squashy and it was never a problem to find 4 together.
The on-site shop was incredibly expensive for things like suncream, but there is a little mini-market just outside the hotel. Also, the key cards were quite erratic and we had to go back to reception a few times to get them reprogrammed. These are very small niggles about a wonderful hotel.

Breakfast was good, was very good when they did the buffet. Food was great from Elements and Oro, make sure and eat all courses to feel like money was well spent. Hotel facilities are very lovely, and staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.
Larger portion sizes, stronger drinks and cocktail menus.
4.0
Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly, drinks selection is acceptable if limited for the hotel rating,
the location right on the beach is a bonus. The rooftop Tapas Bar is nice and offered a good selection of small plates.
Almost everything. There is very little resembling a 5 star hotel. Food is mostly terrible, the meal/restaurant schedule
was changed without prior notice with lunch only available at one outlet which had a frustratingly limited choice
of fast food outlet type food which was barely edible, hardly any of the advertised daytime activities took place, very little
and poor entertainment, as good as no info about anything, drinks varied a lot depending on who made them.
We like hotels on the quieter side, this one was dead. Too many things missing/wrong for a 5* holiday hotel and vastly overpriced.
8.0
The location, the quality of the accommodation and the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff.
Hotel forgot to pick us up from the airport (which they apologised and made amends for). The hotel also held two events for companies/groups which resulted in restaurants being closed leaving very little dining choice - again the hotel apologised but did nothing to make amends.

Where to start?!
From the moment you enter the resort it is very clear that the customer is king. A guided tour of the facilities and then on to the super comfortable, spacious and well equipped room (Rm 423).
What a comfortable bed!!
What a view to the sea!!
…the sunset view from Brisa tapas bar on the roof!!
Staff were all amazing but some were simply stars! June, Nada, Jiovanni at the bar and Chris at Oro Restaurant really shone and made our stay even more special.
Brilliant! thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay.

What isn't too love about this resort!?! The food was amazing, the staff was welcoming, the room had the most amazing view...
I could talk endlessly about how amazing my experience was.
Though all inclusive, the Restaurants and bars do have closing times. Anything after hours you'll have to source of property.
