Very comfortably , enjoyable and one of the best staies i have had in my life. Dont miss the experience

No words can explain, fantastic mountain view, the facility was sooo clean!! The decoration was so modern, villa designed and engineered way that isolate the heat!! Smart TV including Netflix accounts. Literally everything

I think they shall provide small shop nearby in the same station, Combi 2, that sells snacks.

Номер полностью оборудован качественной техникой и современной новой мебелью, ребята очень вежливые решали абсолютно все вопросы от заказа еды до бронирования экскурсий. Были очень внимательны и всегда на связи. Влажную уборку проводили регулярно.

I highly recommend to stay at the hotel. I rate it 9/10

It is amazing, it was so clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful

After 6 pm, there is no any activity can be done. There is no microwave at the room.

It was great but need to work for some staff

the facility is nice. it is clean, comfortable and modern. The staff are amazing. They work perfect!

The view was amazing and we couldn’t watch it on the day because the sun was very strong and apartments was cold. A/C wasn’t Enoch. I think they need second A/C for the room. we needed to open door all the time to get fresh air.

a must visit if you are a snow lover, you can try the skiing activities also if you are interested.

The location and view are to die for. absolutely marvellous location with a brilliant view from the window. Very well maintained and has all the amenities you wanted it to have.

Getting there is a bit of a hassle but that’s worth it I guess.

Beautiful place in idyllic mountain setting.

Amazing unique place - literally on top of the mountain. It was very magical and had awesome views.

For the price, I'd have expected wine glasses (not paper cups). I think the breakfast could have been a bit better - service was slow and they didn't have everything we asked for. Also i think the instructions on getting there could have been a bit clearer - like you need to get to the cable cars by early afternoon (i'd say by 1.30pm to give you enough time to get up).

No directions or help with luggage. Be aware the location is not easily reachable. No cars and no room service.

It’s all about the people

The view hits different. Especially when you wake right next to that person that prevents you from sleeping because their body is too hot, but, that’s a side note. Now back to the review. The room is very warm, even too warm I’d say. You can turn off the heating by yourself. The bed is very comfortable and the sauna is also pretty reasonable for the size of the room. It’s right next to the slope and you could genuinely ski-in. Great staff and overall a good time. Food is solid too. Still important to have that person that I talked about in the beginning.

We found some potentially used socks in the cupboard. We found some dry rose petals under the bed, I did consider gifting them to that person that I mentioned previously but that’s also a side note. I gotta stop with these side notes. I am sorry I kind wasted your time)

Everything was great! Exceeded any expectations. In the morning the breakfast was served in Oblaka Restaurant. Also with additional and reasonable charge, the hotel can deliver lunch or dinner from Oblaka Restaurant into your room.

Overall very pleasant stay and experience.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Astonishing view, nice room, good facilities.

Service at the restaurant was a bit slow. Bed could've been a lil bit bigger.

Stunning panoramic view

Room was overheated due to the problems with A/C and active sun light permeated through a window. It is also very important to buy medicaments beforehand, because in case of dizziness or retching personnel cannot duly assist you. If you have altitude sickness, then this hotel will not be a great option for you.

Unforgettable experience

Besides the divine view and cozy room, I was surprised by the comfort and variability of gadgets. The room equipped with humidifier, cordless audio system and private sauna. Advice you to get up earlier to see the sunrise. And there are limited food supply at the restaurant, if you come late the menu will be poor

Hotel Tenir is literally the best mountain resort in Kazakhstan. But it was a great challenge to get there by cable car. There are a lot of tourists on weekends, so I had to stand in a queue at every stop, as a result it took me 1,5 hour to reach the highest point. So plan carefully, you need to be at Medeo station by 3PM to get to the hotel before the cable car closing
