Altamente sopravvalutato

Posizione esattamente sulla metro, prezzo tra i più bassi di Porto.

La soluzione si presenta come un maxi appartamento con multiple stanze, cucina e soggiorno in comune. Entrando nella camera 3, si percepiva subito un odore sgradevole. Abbiamo tenuto aperte le finestre tutta la notte ma senza miglioramento. Una delle cose peggiori che subito risalta all'occhio è la mancanza di una porta tra la camera e il bagno (minuscolo, che necessita di notevoli abilità per poter stare seduti sul wc senza sbattere contro al lavandino). Aggiungo che tra tutte le foto presenti su Booking non ce n'é una in cui si veda il bagno che avevamo. Complessivamente, le lenzuola sembravano pulite, ma il tappeto sotto al letto era sporco e aveva un odore sgradevole. Al mattino ci siamo svegliati con diversi puntini rossi pruriginosi sulla pelle come da morsi/ reazione allergica (sono un medico), anche se non abbiamo visto insetti. Per questo e per la puzza, nonostante avessimo prenotato e pagato due notti, dopo la prima ce ne siamo andati in un hotel accanto nettamente superiore per soli 10 euro in più a notte. Dopo aver annunciato che ce ne volevamo andare non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna opzione di miglioramento o cambio stanza, se non delle scuse comunque cortesi e sicuramente apprezzate.

High value hotel with great location and nicely decorated

I especially like the balconies and the bed set of the room which really gives me a holiday vibe!

It is facing the street so it can be noisy sometimes but it is totally fine for me. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and they waited me at 22:30 to check me in and answered any questions I had for the room. I discovered the curtain panel was broken and they get it fixed the next day!

中心地に近い事

寒かったのでエアコンの暖房をつけようとしましたが冷房しか機能しませんでした。そして夜の12時前に一度全館のブレーカーが落ちてから復旧した後10分ほどした頃にやっと暖房が入りました。また、トイレを流したあと水が止まらないので何度も水洗のボタンを軽く押して完全に水を止める必要がありました。また、部屋の電灯も2個のうち一つは電灯が不安定でチラチラして落ち着きませんでした。

Gostei de tudo, a localização é realmente fantástica. Instalaçoes com muita luz., gostei muito .

A cozinha foi uma agradável surpresa. Não tive necessidade de utilizar, mas era realmente incrivel.

Do facto de não coseguir ligar o ar condicionado á noite.

Perfecto para una escapada en pareja o parada de trabajo.

Habitaciones enormes y cómodas. Baño amplio, moderno y limpio. El trato de Rocío y compañía, de 10. A 5 minutos andando del puente de Dom Luis. Cocina común moderna y equipada.

El barrio, de noche, no es lo más tranquilo. Faltaba un espejo más grande.

Gostei de tudo, exceto do colchão da cama extremamente mole e de algum (pouco) ruido do exterior o que é normal. Boa localização, instalações modernas, senhora muito simpática. Tudo bom

Horrível, a pior experiência que já tive

Location

Ao chegar ao quarto verificamos que a casa de banho não tem porta e que o seu tamanho é ridiculamente pequeno quando comparado com o anunciado nas fotos do quarto reservado e pago. Ao questionar a senhora que nos deu chave, a mesma coloca ao telefone um cidadão que para além de não se identificar (deduzo eu um responsável) de imediato questiona porque não reservámos o hotel Hilton, porque se eu queríamos “privacidade e intimidade isso existe é nesses hotéis”….como se não bastasse, o cidadão ainda questiona e cito “mas que nível de intimidade de casal é essa para não poderem frequentar a casa de banho sem porta??”. Quando o coloco no seu lugar dizendo que nem ele nem ninguém tem o direito de fazer este tipo de comentários - desliga o telefone na cara - na sua extrema arrogância e falta de educação. Como se não bastasse: a password da WI-FI não foi providenciada, as paredes do quarto não têm qualquer tipo de isolamento sonoro e ouvia-se água a correr durante a noite. Fujam

Tranquila e familiar com um toque de requinte.

Decoração do quarto tudo com bom gosto e todas as acomodações necessárias para uma excelente estadia, ar condicionado, tv de maiores dimensões que as habituais, destaco o espaço exterior na varanda exclusivo ao quarto assim como vista desafogada e a localização no centro da cidade ao lado do El Corte Inglés, staff simpático e sempre disponível para qq questão, recomendo a pastelaria ali ao lado a Trigão, qualidade e simpatia que é comum à região. Recomendo e de certeza que voltarei.

Gostei muito da localização.

Não gostei da falta de limpeza no ar condicionado pois cheirava muito mal quando era ligado. A televisão funcionava mal, mas disseram que era o cabo mal inserido. Como eu ia para descansar não fez diferença. As toalhas de banho eram muito ásperas. O resto era aceitável.

Great location, lovely staff, big rooms

The staff was extremely helpful. There isn't an elevator, so they helped carry my bags to and from the room. They were also quick to respond to any messages on WhatsApp. The room and bathroom were spacious, everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great for easy access to the metro, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

If you have luggage, there's no elevator but the staff was very helpful in carrying them.

Inaccurate description of room which was described as an apartment with amenities such as a washer, hairdryer, toiletries, bottled water, etc. None of these were available. No host to greet us at the confirmed time of 2 pm and we stood in the rain for 15 minutes trying to get in. Finally found someone by going around the building to shout at them. No effective communication and whatsapp messages were not answered in a timely fashion. The worst was having someone eventually respond by knocking on our door at 10 pm waking us up! We ignored them but have now lost a decent sleep.

Location only

No elevator. I have two heavy luggage to take up to two floors. I asked the property at the beginning when I booked but he answered me two weeks after the free cancelation day. It looks like very sneaky. He told me I can get my clothes washed and dry but no dryer only you could hang all the wet clothes in the kitchen and absorbed the food smell. We told them we have to leave next day and finally the staff said there is a laundromat nearby. We went but we can't find it and fortunately on the street we met two friendly ladies gave us directions and helped us put all the wet clothes for drying because the self help machine instructions on Portuguese.

Our place when in Porto

We loved our room facing the Main Street: lots of light, excellent bed. The shared kitchen is kept really clean by the respectful guest and Dona Zaida. Easy 25 minute walk to the centre or down to the Gaia waterfront. This area is appealing because the residents outnumber the tourists. excellent communication with the manager. Big Pingo Doce grocery store right across the street. no problem arriving late.

Beautiful room with balcony, comfy bed, and tv. It's in a great location and the staff is super friendly. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you may need.

The ensuite bathroom doesn't have a door, which makes using the toilette a little awkward because of the lack of privacy,
