The property just a quick walk to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the much desired North-End, is just short walk to downtown Fort Myers Beach where you find the famous well-known Fishing Pier and Times Square plus plenty of restaurants, pubs, shoppes and entertainment.
While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
The heated pool will be private as you'll be renting both units together! The pool is surrounded by a privacy fence and has deck pavers, with a plenty of lounges, chairs, and tables for poolside activities. Adjacent to the pool is the rest of the backyard, with a wooden deck with umbrella table and chairs, as well as gas barbecue grill for the BBQ enthusiast. Just steps from this area on the back of the home is a shared laundry room which is outfitted with two sets of washers and dryers. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.
This property is reminiscent of old Fort Myers Beach charm, yet is well-maintained and has many recently updated features creating a warm and inviting retreat. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare your own meals if you decide not to give in to the temptation to visit as many of the fine nearby restaurants that you can fit in.

Upon arrival, the home and grounds appeared to be lovely. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units.
The upstairs was clean, welcoming and perfect for our family needs, lovely decore and spacious for a smaller home.
The downstairs unit looked lovely although the musty smell and mothballs were hard to take. There were concerns that when we called management, they came and took care of the problems the next morning. Thank you. The smell did not disappear, and our family members in the downstairs unit struggled all week.
The pool area and outdoor dining area were perfect for our needs, thank goodness for the lovely weather as the outdoor dining was the only area for our large family to share a meal.
The location, quiet street, walk to town and beach memories will be treasured forever.

Will be staying here again, short walk to the beach, backyard pool was wonderful for kids from age 2 , 3, 8 , 9, 13, 16, and the adults too ! Plenty of room and everything you needed was there, an outdoor closet with coolers, floaters, and wagons for the beach. Very nice accommodations for our family vacation

Had issues with the AC unit downstairs, but the rest was great

We loved our time at the blue pearl manor! We had plenty of space for all of us girls! The location was perfect walking distance from beach and night life! Highly recommend staying here!!

I was looking for a beach house that would accommodate 13 family members with a pool being a bonus feature and close to the beach. The BLUE PEARL MANOR checked all our boxes and then some. Since we rented the entire house we had use of 2 washers and 2 dryers. Which gave us more time to do the 7 minute walk to the beach. It was in a great location to Sanibel Island and the dolphin cruise that we did at Salty Sam’s marina, souvenir shops and of course our Walmart runs. God gave us extra gifts along the way like a rainbow on our first day and we even got to walk amongst hundreds of baby stingrays. Our family made some precious memories and we were all under the same roof to share those vacation remembrances later on.

Loved the location
The location and the pool are awesome. The layout of the house is different but fit our needs. The house is in need of some TLC but is still nice. We had an issue with house not being cleaned on arrival but they were quick to send a crew out. We also had air conditioning problem which was also quickly addressed. Our group consisted of 3 couples and our 3 teenage daughters and the house had plenty of space for all of us. It was an easy walk to the beach and the Pier. Perfect house for a spring break trip.

Great stay!
Our group of 13, 8 adults and 5 kids, rented both units from March 5 - 12. It was very nice and suited our needs. It was a short walk to the beach with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and carts available to use. We also walked to Times Square and along Estero Blvd for shopping, some meals and ice cream. That was nice as traffic can be heavy and parking is an issue.
The two apartments, up and down, were not accessible to each other from inside. That was fine for us, but worth mentioning. I don't think I would have liked renting just one unit as the pool, patio and grill areas are shared.
The pool was a huge hit. It was used every day and being heated was certainly a plus. Our only complaint is that when the pool was maintained, it wasn't vacuumed. By week's end it needed it.
This rental was clean, comfortable and kitchens very well equipped. We would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends!

Upon arrival, the front-door to the top unit was unlocked. Once my family locked the door, they were unable to open again creating a fire hazard. Maintenance fixed while we were there by spraying WD40.
The pool was extremely dirty upon arrival. Rental company said pool is maintained Wed and Sat and to use the skimmer because there is no lania so debris will fall into the pool. We stayed Wed through Sat and the pool was never once serviced while we were there. Took two hours to clean out all the debris which tells you just how dirty it was.
Also upon arrival, there was a dead and decomposing muskrat in the pool toy area. We also saw a second muskrat going under the deck on our first day. There was a family of raccoons who picked their way through the previous tenants garbage at night. We found a brick and were able to deter them once we had put garbage in the can.
If all of the above was not enough to describe a bad experience while on vacation, the downstairs shower valve was installed backwards resulting in several ice cold showers until we were able to figure that out. The queen bed in the downstairs was sunken in the middle so both people rolled into the middle. Outside in the patio area when it rained, the rain flows directly into the ceiling fan which is also another fire hazard and there is black mold growing on the chairs closest to the downstairs unit and up on the ceiling.
The positives were the beach chairs and carts, proximity to the beach (5 min walk to nearest access), and fully stocked kitchen with two grills. This makes it easy if you want to cook for a large family which we did.
Overall, I would not recommend to stay here. While the location is enticing as is the private pool, it is simply not worth the money and headache. The upstairs is 100 times nicer than the downstairs so if you are absolutely going to stay then opt for the upstairs unit.

Great house!
Great house! Really close to the beach about a 5 min walk. You can walk to the downtown area at night and it's safe. Really nice pool and barbeque area to relax
Full kitchen everything you need. We had the top and bottom floor they have there own entrance . There no connection to the top area
Would rent again next time I'm in fort Myers

Just ok
I will preface by saying we arrived 2 days after Hurricane Elsa. We rented the whole house, and it all smelled musty upon arrival. But the bottom was overpoweringly strong. I emailed the company and they sent an extra dehumidifier and a couple of box fans. None if which helped at all. But we tried to make the best of it because we had no where else to go with a group of 14 people on vacation. They also sent a repairman to fix the window where they said water leaked in but never told us anyone was coming and needed in the girls' bedroom. Queen bed in the bottom is ancient and you both roll into the middle. Also the water in that bottom master never got hot. Pool is great though. Upstairs is a better choice if you're going to rent here.

It was perfect for us. We were two families and grandma. It was a duplex so everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect for kids with the large shallow ledge. It was also gated from the house. The smaller children could not get to the pool on their own. It was walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The beds were a little uncomfortable but we were all able to sleep. We were late checking in as the cleaning crew was still working. I loved the space around the house as I had my two small dogs. They had plenty of fenced in space.
