The entire experience was phenomenal!

Over billing machine. Watch your wallet and watch your credit card. Any deposits you pay go into an abyss and they don’t apply them. I’ve been trying to get credits back for a week and they don’t follow through

Really enjoyed our stay! Helpful staff, really nice pool, and reasonably priced drinks. Valet was 45$ with a tip but they were fast and friendly. The only thing I would do next time is ask for a room with a patio not near the restaurant. It was convenient location wise but we didn’t use the space because it was 5 feet away from a busy restaurant with people eating lunch and dinner. The balconies of the rooms on the second floor overlooking the terrace seemed nicer and more personal. Looking forward to going back in the future!

Rooms are clean and large but lack storage. Power receptacles located in the headboard are not connected to electricity. The pool, which was the draw, is pretty much off limits to hotel guests. It seems it was created to grab money from the general public who visit Fort Myers beach. Parking is $35 per day while across the street public parking is $20 per day. I wonder how Jimmy Buffet would feel about this. I will not be coming back.

The hotel and property is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and they even provide bathrobes. The balcony was so nice! The pool and the fire pit area was so relaxing. We stayed off season and got a great rate for an amazing hotel!

Amazing stay. Mel hooked me up with an upgrade when I told her I needed quiet and didn't want to overlook the bar.
Room was spacious and so comfy!
The pool was great ( altho I would have liked a choice of an area without the loud speakers as I was listening to a book )
The elevator wasn't working for 2 days and had to walk up to 4th floor, which might have been a big problem for some guests.
One other problem was no water bottles in the pool area. Such a waste for the environment. I get wanting to sell drinks , but they could inspect the contents and save a bunch of plastic ending up on the beach.

Yes, we are so glad we stayed at Margaritaville. They did have the pool cleaned after Milton. All the restaurants were open. We had a great time. Great location.

It wouldve been better if we didnt have to pay every night for valet parking, and wait almost an hour line to get our cars after checkout. With having to pay for parking, breakfast, and to sit next to the beach is ridiculous at a beach resort. You would have thought that paying the resort fee along with everything else would be enough to be able to sit next to the shore, but no we had to pay an extra $80 per person to sit on the beach. Ridiculous

The resort is very nice and the property is practically new since I believe it opened around December. There is dining on the property which is pretty good, JWB comes to mind. They have a very nice coffee spot and another location for breakfast and brunch on weekends. The pool area is a favorite for many, we ourselves are saltwater people so did not really use the pool. There is absolutely no food or drinks allowed to be bought into the pool area including if you can believe it cups. The staff does check all bags being bought into the pool area. About the cups, the one thing that was a topic a conversation with many since its really hot out there and the drinks and beer get hot quick out there. Don't get me wrong, they offer you all the ice you'd like but its either hot or watered down. The insulated cups would definitely solve this. Let's not forget the 20% gratuity added to everything purchased inside the pool area which is pretty generous as it concerns alcoholic beverages which are pretty pricey.

They have so many extra fees you end up paying doble of what you pay for booking.
If you want to relax this is not a go to. Is very loud and the pool it has a “party” vibe.
I booked a king standard and they gave us a double bed which was not what we paid for.
They pictures shown on the reservation are not accurate, we have to pay for the chair outside on the beach.

It was not as advertised. There is no beach front access. The pool is enclosed with very load music and they refused to turn it down so it was never relaxing. The view to the beach had jet skis in front of us and smelled like gasoline. The front desk checking out were unfriendly. The only parking option was valet and was $40 per night. Once you check out, valet was an hour wait. There were two restaurants, nothing was included (not even breakfast) which each please was about $20 each, and both restaurants were a bit dirty with no air conditioning. The only good thing was the staff, very friendly. Definitely an overpriced hotel.

Resort is very nice. Unfortunately they charge for everything. Beach chairs and umbrellas, in room coffee and bottled water, parking and resort fees. Be prepared to pay for it all.

We liked how the property was spread out. You didn't feel it was too crowded. The pool was beautiful and acess to the beach was easy. Food options were good and the staff were fantastic. We look forward to returning.

This property is new so everything is clean and well taken care of. Johnathan at check in was fantastic and he helped us get an upgraded room for my husband's birthday. He also gave us two Margaritaville hats! Bella was our server at the pool and she was very friendly and attentive. The pool itself is huge and they had a DJ providing great music. We had lunch at Lah De Dah on the property and they were having BOGO entrees. The fish tacos were delicious.
My only complaint is that there is a lot of construction adjacent to the property so it was a noisy stay.

Rooms very clean and organized check in check out. Everything a bit pricey with the xtra resorts fees and parking. Everyone’s very cordial and respectful. The wait staff at the pool side bar was great especially when my husband was ordering, but I didn’t get that special attn. The weather was beautiful and they had everything we needed to have a wonderful time.

Area around property had debris left after hurricane and surrounding area lacks appeal. Luckily, resort has more than enough to do and places to eat.

The resort was really pretty. The staff was always very friendly. The only complaint I had is that there’s a little construction going on around the property so whenever you’re looking out to the beach, you just see a big pile of sand in a construction site.

The property is was absolutely beautiful. The entire property was well thought out. They have a really cool outdoor area on the 2nd floor next to the lobby, to just hang, listen to music, grab a bite to eat, grab a cocktail at the bar or just sit around a fire and watch the ocean. The pool is huge and beautiful, always playing up upbeat music. We spent our days in the pool, Just a lovely place. Our teen children walked around on their own and it was safe. We'll definitely be back.
