Clean and large apartment.
Location was ok
Apartment needs lots of attention. Coat of paint would help a lot. Try and level floors a little so you don’t fill like your sliding down.
Outside very bad, loads of debris, brush and garage all over.
Noise level was crazy. Train goes by at least 2 times in the wee hours of the morning. They blow the whistle too, just to let you know they are there!
Garbage truck was out at 6am, working people out the door starting at 7am.
Not the neighborhood I would choose to vacation in again.
Travis was excellent in his communication.

It was a lovely apartment, not for seniors tho . It needs to be advertised for a second floor, all in all it was a nice quiet place

Very quiet and comfortable base for our spring visit. Great location to enjoy both the Seacoast area as well as a short drive to the lakes and/or mountains. Many options for food and drink a short walk away.

We had a wonderful experience with Travis and his place. The apartment was very clean my only recommendation would be if traveling with a little one bring a baby gate for the doorway between the kitchen and living room because there’s a step, otherwise it’s a great place.

My husband and I stayed (with our pups) at this charming, cozy apartment for a weekend getaway. It was great! A lovely place to temporarily make your own in the heart of an alive and active city. Near the train station, as noted, but the trains weren’t too frequent, and their whistles were a delight in the background. Fantastic food options nearby, and close enough to everything we wanted to see - in both New Hampshire and Maine. Wonderful stay!

My husband and I needed a place to stay near UNH campus. Our older son is a student there and our other son had a prospective students day on campus. We decided to give this property a try. It was perfect!! 15 minutes from UNH campus. It was cozy and roomy enough for my husband and I and our 17 year old son (he stayed one night). He said the pull out couch was super comfortable!! It felt like "home away from home." It was very clean and nicely decorated. Close to everything downtown, We could walk to the shops and restaurants. Getting in touch with Travis was very easy-answered questions right away. Would definitely stay again!!!!

The apartment was so cute and clean. The host truly thought about every single thing you would need while there. Parking was easiest at the train station parking because you can pay for 24hrs at a time and walk back to the apartment in about a minute or two. Location was perfect because you can get just about anywhere in town. And Travis provides a list of ideas for anyone visiting the area, activities and food! Overall, a pretty relaxing and amazing stay!

Great place for a our needs
We needed a place to stay after we sold our house. This was perfect for us and close to all our favorite restaurants. Thanks!

Excellent accommodations
My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will stay again on the future. The chilled wine in the Fridge was fantastic. We enjoyed the coffee and tea setup in the dinning room. Apartment was in walking distance to several restaurants. We are from the area and went to Harvey’s bakery I highly recommend a visit if you stay here. Property Manager was very responsive, not that we had any issues just to get information.

Super Comfy Bed
Me, my mom, and my sister went for a trip to see Concord, but wanted to stay in a different location so we could see more. The host was great and he provided coffee, soaps and all the stuff needed. We didn’t have to buy trash bags, or normal things some places don’t provide. When we pulled up, I wasn’t sure it was the right place because the main picture depicts the town and not the actual place you are staying. The apartment is on the second floor, and the stairs were a little steep for my mom. The washer and dryer is not located in the apartment, but in the basement of the building. You can definitely feel that the place isn’t level, but the apartment itself has a ton of character. It has some beautiful furniture. The bedroom is beautiful. The bed is super comfy and you won’t have any trouble relaxing. Overall we had a good time and appreciated everything the host provided.
