We chose this hotel because of it's reasonable price. Was very satisfied . The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very nice for the price and we will use it again as we have family in the area.

The hotel was not clean and very run down. We had a suite and were told that we’d have e 2 Queens and ended up with a pull out for $300. The hotel is used for homeless people who were hanging out and smoking in front. There was dried blood on the sheets that were brought up. Such a gross hotel- never again!

Not only did I not enjoy my stay, it was the most disgusting experience I've ever had in a hotel. I am not paying for that room. My wife and I did not even stay there because it was so disgusting. We drove the two hours back to our house, because when we went in the bathroom the first night, there was pubic hair all over the place, and there was either feces or blood on (and under)the toilet seat. My wife was extremely upset and so was I. We literally left the hotel and drove home, and then drove back up to New Hampshire the next day because we were there to visit our daughter who is a student at the university of New Hampshire. We would have told your front desk personnel, but they were also rude and completely uncaring about anything when we checked in. There were people there yelling at them because they didn't know what they were doing, and there were other people hanging around the front of the hotel smoking and swearing. I've been traveling for decades for both business and pleasure, and I've been to hotels, both good and bad, but I've never experienced anything like this. I will not pay for this! Do not charge my card. If you do, I will file a case with the Better Business Bureau, and I will go on every single review site I can find online and crush your place with a bad review. Disgusting!

The room smelled quite bad and there was hair on surfaces all over the bathroom so I wasn’t confident in how well it was cleaned. They did, however, offer to move me to a new room when I let them know and they also said they are planning on remodeling.

The jacuzzi tub was clean but the mirrors around it had handprints all over it. The rest of the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, the room was a good price with a relatively clean appearance.

Room was dusty and moldy. The reservation was for 2 queen beds, but it turned out to be to full beds. We inquired about it, but they just said they did not have 2 queen beds rooms.

The Internet was extremely slow and staff was not able to help. The entrance going into the lobby had an unpleasant odor. Other than that, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV was very small in relation to the size of the room. Breakfast was late coming out, so we got breakfast elsewhere.

Hotel NOT very clean! (breakfast mess in common area not cleaned at 7pm - 2 days). Hallway carpets lifted and stained. Room had dirty tile by tub, greasy stains on microwave, nothing supplied with suite, no paper towels, utensils,...why have a sink? Jacuzzi tub in 'Deluxe Suite' drain leaves and dollar store drain cover didn't work. Small TV poorly positioned and difficult to view from anyplace in room. Harsh too bright lighting made elevated TV harder to see.... Would be a decent place if better maintained. Management at check in and staff were nice,

Television didnt work most of the time. Never changed bedding. Didnt replace soap or toiletries had to ask every day for towels. For continental breakfast it was walmart muffins just overall disappointing. Never stay there again

The hotel was fine, although our room seemed a bit outdated and old. We had a room next to the highway so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was limited to some whole fruit, bagels, yogurt, etc. Nothing really appealed to us so we we had to go out for breakfast.

We stayed one night. No soaps or anything in bathroom. Not even hand soap by the sink in the bathroom. The workout room was not in working order, breakfast-what breakfast. Oatmeal packets, fruit or yogurt. Pancake machine not working and was dirty anyway. Never again!!!!!!!

Unfriendly staff. My room was went into while I was not there. I found a mouthguard on my floor that wasn’t there when I checked in. Asked the manager to come and get the dirty mouth guard out of my room and he showed up with no shoes on. Very unprofessional. The place was disgusting. The breakfast was bagels in ziplock bags. Will never come back.

Staff was slow and seemed not to I understand how to check in patron. Card keys were constantly failing to operate Staff were never at the desk. Always had to ring the bell Staff accents were so heavy and difficult to understand I will never Use this brand again!!

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating but the hotel was dirty and smelled like cigarette badly. One of our rooms needed to be moved because the smell of cigarette smoke was so overpowering we could not breathe. And the hotel obviously knew the property was smelly because they had the hallway windows open. The carpets throughout the property were absolutely filthy. I would never stay here again.
