Pearl House is your beautiful home away from home in the heart of vibrant Downtown Mystic. There is no "going to town", you are in town! Steps away from the Mystic River, the house enjoys seasonal river views, the sounds of the famous drawbridge opening and the toots and whistles of the many boats that come in and out of the river every day. The home boasts sunny rooms with a full kitchen, two full baths and a peaceful enclosed front porch where you can unwind after a day in town sightseeing. Pearl House is the perfect size for large families, friend reunions or even two small families that like to travel together. No need to drive, restaurants, shops, museums, the river and more are steps away. Pearl House is walking distance to the train station, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Museum of Art and a 5 minute drive from the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The entire house has been refreshed recently, including the addition of a new downstairs bath. The four bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests and a sleeper sofa in the living area will add two more if needed. The sunny backyard features a comfortable sitting area with sun umbrella and a gas BBQ grill. Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect, right in the village of Mystic. So many shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as the Seaport Museum and more. The owners of the house are amazing with constant keeping in touch to see if we needed anything. We had a wonderful time. It was just too short.

This was my family’s 3rd summer visit, and we hope to stay many more times! The house is perfectly set up for 3 generations - books, games, movies. Kitchen well stocked. Love the location (of course!),as well as the backyard privacy. Any questions, Anne always available & responds quickly.

The location was perfect- just a few steps away from the charming Mystic business district, yet the house was quiet inside.It was nicely outfitted with plenty of sheets, towels and kitchen equipment. The hosts were very thoughtful and responded quickly to phone messages. I can’t think of anything to complain about- my party had a wonderful time!

This fabulous house, a block from downtown Mystic, worked well for our family group of six adults! The house is charming, with lovely art (at least one signed by the owner, if I’m not mistaken), great landscaping, and fresh cut flowers, books, and games. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals, and we also grilled in the backyard. Also nice to walk to many restaurants. Comfy beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. Also loved the porch! The owners responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend!!!

Phenomenal location - steps away from downtown mystics shops, cafe’s restaurants. We walked to the Seaport museum which was a nice ~15min walk through town and across the drawbridge. Kids loved the house toys and “hidden playground” 5 min away. Property was exactly as described. Clean with plenty of towels, kitchen items etc so didn’t need to bring much.

We stayed in Mystic for Easter weekend. The Pearl is less than five minutes from the heart of town. We walked everywhere, including the Mystic Seaport Museum. The house is clean, tasteful, and comfortable. Anne's communication with us was personal and very helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

We loved Pearl House. It had everything we needed and the hosts’ thoughtful attention to detail made our stay relaxed and easy. Downtown Mystic was the shortest of walks—we went every day! The house and town were full of charm. Seriously the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Would stay here again with pleasure!

This was the perfect spot for an extended weekend away with our three kids (ages 5, 7 and 9). The house was the perfect size and more than enough room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and all cabinets were labeled, making it super easy to find what you needed. There were a ton of toys for the kids to play with, and a huge array of DVD movies. The house is in a fantastic location - walking distance to historic downtown Mystic. Its a quick drive if you want to venture over to the aquarium and outdoor shops. The owners were fantastic with communication and provided all the information needed for an easy check in. Highly recommend this property!

My family loved our stay in this wonderful house that is just a few steps away from downtown Mystic. The four bedrooms were perfect for our needs, and the house had all the amenities for a comfortable stay during chilly winter nights. We enjoyed walking to Main Street for dinner and shopping, as well as taking a scenic walk along the river. We also took advantage of the vast DVD collection to watch a movie together, and enjoyed playing a card game at the large dining room table. One family member commented repeatedly about how clean the house was. Great time, highly recommended!

Recently stayed at Peral House in Mystic to catch up with family and had a great time. The house felt like home and more than enough bedrooms/beds for all 4 couples. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for all our needs. It was a short walk to the main street and all the shops and also around the corner from Mystic Pizza. Not far from the Mystic Seaport museum, Mystic Village Shops and Aquarium. Can't wait to go back again!

Every thing about our stay was fantastic! The house was very clean when we arrived and had lots of fun things for the kids to play with. It's right around the corner from Main St which was super convenient. There were little notes conveniently placed near everything (like how to use the tv remotes/washing machine/door locks) but the owners were also readily available if we ever needed anything.
