The staff was very attentive and helpful. The on-site restaurant was top notch with delicious food. The location is perfect for walking around Mystic.
The parking lot is small so parking can be a challenge at peak times. However the staff was helpful in finding spots for us so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

The Breakfast was the worst buffet I’ve ever had 25.00 for a piece of cold French toast, burnt bacon, and 1 choice of Egg, Benedict which I don’t like, no toast no English muffin no bagel, the staff was nice but I’ve had a lot better choices for breakfast buffet at The Hampton Inn which is free! There’s no breakfast here but the buffet and the staff in the hotel didn’t know the menu, how is that possible they serve the same 4-5 items for breakfast everyday! If you stay here go to the Mystic Diner a mile away, better food 1/3 the price
Look above breakfast buffet was a total waste of 70.00

Staff was very accommodating upon check in.
The high price for very average value was disappointing. Room walls thin and could hear other guests talking and TV noise. Room entries were from porch on outside which was much to our surprise. Cold air blasted into room whenever one of us went out. If you book thru a third party (ie. Booking.com), you wont get bonus coupons for breakfast. For $350 a night, it was definitely not worth it, regardless of location. The staff was nice though.

The location was good, and the room was very clean and smelled fresh and new.
my sleep was broken up by the room next to me they were playing a radio very loud. All I could hear was the drums.

room/amenities/location all excellent
Featured "breakfast buffet" was a major disappointment - arrived at 9am to find little or no picked over selections - menu descriptions were expansive and detailed - reality was quite different - orange flower french toast [2 dry slices left], half an egg wrap, overcooked "chicken fat" home fries, burnt bacon -empty juice carafe - with hours to go for service. The "breakfast attendant" said he would procure more food. no apolgy. [?]
My partner ended up having oatmeal and a hard boiled egg. The group at the next table left after twenty minutes and no food arriving.
Just found out we didn't receive the $15 per credit because we didn't book directly with the hotel - but used booking .com

The location and restaurant were good. I loved the afternoon cookies.
The bathroom was miniscule.
We were downgraded for booking on Bookings. We were told that by using Bookings we were automatically put in their lowest tier room., thus the ridiculously small shower. Also those booking through the hotel got a 15 dollar breakfast credit each day, not so through your site. We were told the next time to book through the Inn.
