From foggy mornings to sunny afternoons spent meandering around town, returning to home base will be a treat with a compact, but full kitchen waiting for you to whip up quick snacks or full meals. When nights draw to a close, the flatscreen TV and plush sofa will make for the perfect setting to pop up some popcorn and stream your favorite shows or movies before retiring for the night.

Boasting a convenient location, you will have no trouble grabbing a latte from the Washburne Café down on Main, dining at one of several local restaurants, or popping into a few unique boutiques. When you want to venture out a bit further, take a stroll along the stunning Willamette or zip over to downtown Eugene for even more fun including the University of Oregon campus, just a few miles west. And if a beach day is on the agenda, the scenic 70-mile drive to the ocean is well worth it, as there is nothing quite like the Oregon Coast!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
