Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor & consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen & fully furnished lounge with TV & furniture.

The kitchen is fitted with appliances including a gas hob with electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave & oven. There is a cutlery, basic pans, wine and water glasses required for your visit

The lounge has a sofa, 2 seater sofa chair with TV. The wooden dining table with 6 chairs is kept on the other side of the lounge. The lounge opens into the terrace.

There is high speed WIFI available throughout the apartment

There is a master bedroom with double bed, a massive floor-ceiling glass sliding wardrobe & two bedside tables with 2 small table lamps.

There is a second double bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 small table lamps as well as a wardrobe.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower & a toilet.

There is also an allocated parking bay which is available for parking your vehicle.

GUEST ACCESS

Our guests have private access to the whole apartment & terrace as well as shared access to the development's children playground area, basketball and tennis courts!

There is also a very big country park within 5 mins walking distance & vast green lands which are ideal for morning & evening walks

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW

The flat is only 5 mins drive from the famous and beautiful village of Grantchester. Grantchester is home to the largest number of Nobel Prize winners! Grantchester is also famous for Pink Floyd and the lyrics of their songs have so many references to this village. There are great meadows for walks and River Cam to punt!

The flat is 5 mins walk to Country park, Woods and Byron Pool, one of the most pleasant woodland sites which offers a lovely circular walk next to the River Cam.

Trumpington Meadows Country Park is a Nature’s reserve along with Byron’s Pool. This is a great place to walk, cycle and spend time with family.

Rupert Brooke Museum celebrates the life of one of the most famous poet during WWI.

Cambridge is a short drive away and has many different historic and beautiful places to visit, i.e. with its beautiful colleges, churches, parks & river

Sainsburys is one minute walk & Waitrose is 5 mins walk from our apartmenT.

Addenbrookes Hospital, Cancer Research UK and Cambridge Academy of Science & Technology are 7-10 mins drive from our apartment.

GETTING AROUND

Trumpington Park & Ride (place for buses and guided Buses to Cambridge) is 2 mins walk from the flat. There are buses every 10 mins to Cambridge City Centre (St Andrews Street) on weekdays and Saturdays as well as every 15 mins on Sundays.

Cambridge Train station is 10 mins drive from our apartment.

Guests can email or text or call anytime between 9 am to 9 pm. Any communication beyond these hours would be dealt with at the earliest convenience
