Looking for your North Shore getaway? This is the place for you! "The Lodge" is a newly renovated townhome located in a ski in-ski out resort just minutes from the chair lifts and gondola. Lutsen offers year round activities such as skiing or snowboarding in the winter, golfing, hiking or enjoying the Alpine slide in the spring and summer and exploring the beautiful fall colors of Northern Minnesota. Plenty of room for five of us, great to have kitchen table to seat six. Lots of utensils, cookie sheet probably needs to be replaced, has seen better days. Pitcher in refrig for filtered water was nice. Took a bit to figure out oven which has seen a lot of use and wear. Bathrooms clean. Just be sure to bring soap or body wash. Everything else provided. Kitchen garbage can and on floor around can needs cleaning. Enjoyed fire pit. Area pretty and very pleasant. Didn’t realize til got there this is a property run by management company, not directly with owners.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our 2 teen family, great gathering space on the main floor to eat and play card games, and enough space so everyone could get away for a bit too! It was clean, comfy, and the host communication was excellent. Thank you for helping to make this a great little family getaway!

We had a awesome mother daughter weekend here. Perfect location for exploring the North Shore. We all appreciated having the pool and hot tub to come back and relax in after our hiking. Especially liked that there was sufficient towels, etc. Beds were comfortable and it was clean!

The place was great for the weekend of golf. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Great location to all things Lutsen has to offer. Would definitely stay again

Very comfortable for us. Everything was neat and clean. Lots of bath towels, shampoo and conditioner. A big tv in living area. Steps up or down to living areas and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans. Kitchen plates and silverware for I think 5. We did not use the complex’s amenities. We had trouble with the lock on door to enter. Our host responded immediately and we were then okay. We went to dinner at Bluefin Bay in Tofte after we arrived. We went to Grand Portage and saw upper, middle, and lower falls and of course the fort. It was about an hour or so away. Lots to see and do in the area.

We had a great stay with our family. The place was just what we needed and it was nice to have the kids downstairs in the twin beds. They thought it was very cool. I loved that we were able to use the resort pool as well, that was definitely a must. Thanks for helping us create memories!

I slept very well in the comfortable loft bed and was surprised by the well stocked kitchen. I would have liked some Tupperware to store leftovers or plastic baggies. Great view of the woods leading to the ski run from our windows. Wood was placed inside by the fireplace and is available in the shed outside. I also liked the ceiling fan above the loft bedroom to circulate the air. The condo was clean but for the expensive cleaning fee, it should be cleaner and needs to be deep cleaned a couple times annually. When I turned the ceiling fan to "high" globs of dust bunnies were thrown off it and scattered throughout the room. They littered my clothes, bed, carpet. Also, the cleaners need to do the edges of the floors once in a while. It was dirty around the edges in some places and a piece of green candy (M&M?) was in the track to the patio door under the throw rug. Super easy check-in. Good communication. The condo was good but for us, the fees are excessive. When looking for a place, because there was only 2 or possibly 3 of us, I picked one with a lower price point but after all the fees it ended up being over double than just the room charge for a 2 night stay. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths it might be worth it if you need all the space or are staying longer. Beware of the fees/total costs if you don't need all the room. We didn't use the pool or hot tub in the community area. I heard they were nice.

This place was so clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the ski in/out access as it was super convenient to stop back for lunch. The wood burning fireplace was so nice to relax in front of after a long day of boarding. This was so close to LutZen Spa and the North Shore Winery, both of which I highly recommend. It was also just a short hike up to the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time, and the location was perfect for our short ski getaway. Everything was as described and the location was perfect being ski-in and ski-out. The communication was great and we didn't have any issues. We definitely will be back.

First off I would like to thank Chris for his willingness to try to work with us on some of the problems we had. Our stay was during a big foot race and this happened to affect our parking situation. Chris tried to remedy it to no avail so we were out our parking spot. This seems to be an issue with the association more so than the condo owner. The condo was not clean to my standards. Wrapper and food items and dirt on the floor. Again, Chris was able to work with me on that issue and refunded a portion of the cleaning fee. He explained that it was a new cleaning company and I know right now it is hard for people to find anyone to work let alone good employees so it was somewhat understandable. Overall the place itself is somewhat run down but if the cleaning was improved that would make a big difference.

This place is beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay at. Gorgeous views of forest and ski trails out the windows. Small deck in full sunshine. We day tripped to Grand Marais and walked around the Lutsen ski areas. Can’t wait to come back during ski season! Pool and hot tub were 5 min walk away and well maintained. Highly recommend this places

My husband and our teenage boys stayed at this wonderful property. They loved the accommodations, ease of getting on the slopes for snowboarding, and watching the State High School hockey tournament by the beautiful fireplace! They will definitely be back!!!

A group of 8 of us(6 adults, 2 children) stayed here for a weekend of skiing. It truly is a ski-in and ski-out with a wonderful location. The host was very responsive and helpful. This place has everything thing you need and dish imaginable. The floor plan of this property was very well thought out and we felt we had plenty of room. We would definately stay here again.
