Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Community Conduct: We kindly ask that you adhere to all local community rules, including parking, recycling, and waste disposal.
4. Smoking Policy
No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. A penalty fee of $500 will be charged for non-compliance. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
5. Pets
Pet Policy: Due to potential allergies of future guests, pets are not allowed on the property. Medically necessary service animals may be permitted with prior approval.
6. Safety and Security
Security Measures: Please lock all doors and windows whenever you are not on the property. Access codes and keys should not be shared with anyone outside your registered group.

We enjoyed our stay. There is some improvements that could be made. Such as the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. They could use a good cleaning and refinishing. The top deck step was loose, and the manager was prompt to reply. We did hear gun shots one of the nights. We didn’t feel unsafe though. Saint Louis has its share of issues not the Vrbo’s fault. It was close to everything. I loved the decor in this place. Overall I might stay in a different location within walking distance of things. It suited us for what we needed st the time. Lots of space to spread out.

This was a very nice updated place! We were in town for a wedding and needed a place close to our venues. We also needed a place large enough to handle our family. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, this was a great find!

The stay was wonderful, the only complaint I have is that the whirlpool did not work and we had to wait about 15 minutes for the code to get into the property. Overall, it was great. I would definitely stay again.

It’s in the perfect location! Close to everything and very convenient. House was just right for our group! Def recommend! Host was very helpful and quick to answer all questions!

We rented this house as a place for family to convene from multiple States to attend a wedding. The house had all the room we needed for our large group. We especially liked the large kitchen area. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was no problem. I will note that there is currently construction going on next door but it didn’t affect us as they weren’t working while we were there. The beds were comfy and every room was well equipped including helpful labels. I also appreciated the clear and easy communication before and during our stay.

The property is adorable and spacious! Loved the updated kitchen and appliances. 9 min drive to downtown which was where our convention was. Clean and my bed was comfy! Great communication. My team all loved it! The only complaint they had was there wasn’t a shower/bathroom downstairs.
