Located just 0.7 miles from the heart of the village (about a 15-minute walk with sidewalks) and minutes from Holiday Valley Resort, this home is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Ellicottville has to offer.
The Space:
This well-maintained townhome is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. The open-concept great room features a gas fireplace and a large, comfortable couch where you can relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining space is perfect for gathering. With 3 bedrooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and comfort. The spacious primary suite includes an en suite bathroom and a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom is designed with kids or groups in mind, featuring two bunk beds with Full beds and a Twin trundle.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including all amenities and parking.

The property is located in the Glen Burn Trail community, just south of the village of Ellicottville along Route 219. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently close to both the village and Holiday Valley Resort, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility.

A sidewalk leads directly to the village center, making it an easy 0.7-mile (15-minute) walk. On weekends, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are typically available, providing additional convenience.
