Centrally located

This is the place if you want to stay as central as possible in the old town. Located just off the main street and 2’ from Pile gate. It’s no hotel but rather a managed facility with only a few rooms. The building is beautifully renovated, the rooms spacious and the decor very nice. In room Breakfast is provided, though the selection is limited. You don’t have staff on location but they are only a call or a sms away, if you should need anything. So if you’re looking for a centrally located place to stay, I highly recommend this location. If you need a hotel with 24h hour service, this is not the place for you.

The breakfast was limited to a selection of few dishes.

Fantastic place to stay

Loved how close it was to everything. The staff were lovely to deal with and they were so helpful with anything we needed

It’s right on the Main Street so can be a bit loud at night if you’re a light sleeper

Great location in the old town

Centrally located, beautiful views ,breakfast, staff

Rooms are noisy with workers on the road below starting at 4am banking their trucks and getting work done till 8 am before tourists come thru

メインストリートの中心にあるため、場所が非常に良かった。ちょっとしたことでもすぐにホテルに戻ることができ便利だった。設備も綺麗で新しく、アメニティも非常に充実していた。スタッフの対応・説明も素晴らしかった。メールで連絡したらすぐに対応してくれた。

最初、ホテルの入り口が分かりにくかった。

Perfect location with beautiful rooms and excellent staff.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms were so clean and well decorated. Excellent location in the old town. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful!

Great location and exceptional staff/facilities.

We absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect if you want to be right in the heart of things. The staff were kind, informative, and the facilities were exceptional. Our breakfast was delivered and delicious. They had homemade schnapps which was delicious. The soundproof windows made it so the sleep wasn’t interrupted.

Fantastic stay in Dubrovnik

Great location. As previous reviews it is loud but nothing you can’t sleep through and they provide ear plugs. No elevator so you have to carry bags but host helps you. Breakfast was delicious. I unfortunately got unwell and host was very kind in checking in that I was okay.

This was fantastic, and I'd gladly stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent place.

The only issue that comes to mind were the stairs, but there's not much that can be done about the amount of them.

Wonderful, Contemporary, Classy appointments through out, Location is perfection, Karla and Mary make the stay perfect!

Almost everything! Karla was amazing and always helpful! Mary brought us breakfast every morning and was always so lovely! She adds to the vibe of the whole apartment and went to all efforts to make sure our stay was perfect. We were a family of 5, we stayed in Zagreb and Sparto rooms.

Not much to fault, but here are a few things that can be improved: The hot water system seemed to be intermittent and the location can be noisy (but staying anywhere in the old town would have the same issue!). The AC at times was intermittent and didn’t cool as well as we would like. Some days it was perfect and some times it just wasn’t.

It’s a modern but lots of character of the old town.

It was rather noisy at night and in till the early hours. There was cleaning early hours Road clearners and delivery’s. They did provide ear buds

The apartment was stylish and clean, and centrally located. Karla was an outstanding host. The food was incredible.

Gorgeous apartment that was centrally located. Carla was an outstanding host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and all of our needs were met. Breakfast were nothing short of five star quality.

My only regret is that I couldn’t stay here longer.

Stunning remodelled hotel in the center of DBV

Stunning remodelling of this building right in the center of Dubrovnik. Beautiful decoration and high end finishes. Great size bathroom. Nice touches with Nespresso machine and Netflix. All of the extras you would like in a quality accomodation. We got an upgrade to a room on the second floor. The check-in and check out was easy and with excellent help and recommendations for the city. A fantastic choice to stay in the heart of this enchanting city!

Like all of the other comments, the noise from the street is there but it’s not a big issue if you don’t go to bed early. The windows are of good quality so it’s normal for a place in the center. However, the thing that bothered us the most was the noise from the hallway inside the hotel early in the morning.

location was fantastic. Rooms were immaculate and airy. Nice sized bathrooms and wardrobes. And, there were straighteners in the bathrooms.

Wonderful gorgeous place with so many thoughtful and lovely touches. There was even hair straighteners in the anteroom! Couldn’t get more central to old town. Breakfast was fantastic and wheeled in on a tray at the said time. Karla the host was so helpful and helped us settle in. Great find.

Yes it can get a little noisy in the night if party people are heading home etc but the location is slap bang on the main street of old town so you have to expect this.

Beautiful hotel with high end finishes

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Dubrovnik, right on the main promenade. The decor, sheets, bed, huge bathroom, fluffy towels...all top quality. The breakfast choices were good and delivered to your room at desired time. Many mentions of noise in the reviews. We stayed in low season so did not experience this. We would recommend this hotel for a more luxurious stay. Michelle and Bob

Excellent location, right next to the Stradun. Easy access from the Pile gate. Good breakfast, large well appointed rooms.

great quaint boutique hotel that’s conveniently located in the old town!

very pretty boutique hotel and I had a room next to the Main Street. breakfast was served in the room which I love the privacy . also, they were flexible to switch the orange juice to milk for me at breakfast ☺️

while you can leave your luggage at the hotel upon check out , there’s no private room for that but rather , you would have to leave your luggage under a shelving in the walkway. I was a little concerned over my backpack left there openly but given that the hotel has limited rooms/not busy in this case, it turned out alright . also, there’s no toilet in the common area of the hotel in case you need one .
