Stay at a beautiful second-floor condo overlooking the Necanicum River offering incredible views and located just a few blocks from the beach. The condo is nestled in a quiet gated Seaside community and walking distance to the beach and famous promenade where you can find restaurants, candy shops, a movie theater, aquarium, arcade, and more.

The condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a lawn out back by the river for guests to enjoy, a wonderful array of wildlife, and incredible views from the balcony. On the inside, the living space is bathed in natural light from the oversized windows and every piece of furniture and décor is new and procured to help you relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for almost any culinary need. This condo's beautiful location, cozy living space, and full dining amenities are perfect for two couples or a small family to enjoy.

PET FRIENDLY: With written authorization **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was clean, quiet and we enjoyed the river view from the deck each evening. Plus the beach, shopping and restaurants were close by. We would definitely love to stay again!

We were in town for a wedding and were looking for somewhere close to venue and town to stay. Boy, did we get lucky with this spot. The beds were very comfortable, the sitting area was perfect sized, and a kitchen full of cooking utensils and gadgets made life easy. The patio was a great spot for morning coffee, night caps, and everything in between. Checkin and out were clear and easy. Parking was gated and secure which was a huge plus.

Really liked the floor plan of this condo. And the view out the living room windows of the river and nearby bridge were beautiful. Also liked the short interesting walk to the beach. We had a couple of minor issues but the property manager responded appropriately.

Even it it wasn't right on the beach it was an easy drive down to the northern most beach access point. Kids loved the arcade system, my wife and I loved the deck at sunset or drinking coffee in the morning out on the deck. The kitchen was fairly well equiped, although basically no essentials other than a spice rack so bring your own staples. The water dispenser and ice maker were inoperative but there were four ice trays which was sufficient. No beach gear or towels (which would have been nice) so bring your own. Beds were comfy and the AC worked well to cool the place down, there's also fans in each bedroom available. We'll happily stay again, had a very memorable stay in seaside!

I always have some anxiety when ever I stay at a new place. And It didn't take long to put any worries to bed about this place. The location isn't too far from anything. My family likes to walk over trying to drive anywhere in Seaside, so the location worked well for us. The space was clean and had everything we could have ever needed. It was very comfortable and was a pleasure to stay in. We have two small dogs as well and the pet area for them out back worked out very well. Over all our stay was perfect.

The Happy Clam was absolutely perfect for our week together. Beautiful house. Amazing location. Fantastic communication with manager and owner. Tidal pools, sunsets, a beach bonfire, Tilammok, Cannin Beach….so many wonderful memories! We had 12 adult to 14, and 3 toddler/infant. The house was perfectly sized and accommodating for all of us to be comfortable. Thank you!

My bestie and I had a little getaway here and loved how cozy the condo was. We both said that we wanted to bring our little families back for separate vacations. The place seemed clean and organized. We needed to rewash a couple of the cutting boards, and we found a couple of lost earrings in the carpet and a few hairs from previous tenants. But it was easily manageable, and we loved its proximity to everything. We felt safe. I hope to return with my hubby soon and share the beautiful view of the peaceful river.

We loved this beachy condo!! The interior is spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The location is amazing: a few blocks from the main seaside areas and beach. Great food within a mile! Definitely will be seeing when we can come back.

Well maintained and equipped unit. With all new decor. Very convenient location on the river near the beaches. Unit was very clean and decent appliances and well equipped kitchen. Our only complaint would be the cleaning staff left no extra trash can liners and we needed to buy some.

Nice condo with great view of river and beautiful sunsets. Close to beach and downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Fun having the video game machine and playomg old games from our youth. Definitely would stay there again.

We loved everything about this place. The gated location felt safe, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Nice view and much more peaceful than staying on the promenade. The highlight…the arcade game in the condo!!! That was so cool! Thank you for the nice stay.

Really enjoyed this spot. The condo is much more spacious than I thought. Great location as it is much more quiet in this neighborhood. The access to the beach is only a couple blocks and has an accessible walkway far onto the sand that makes it easy for those that find beach walking difficult and unstable. The only downside to this condo was no AC. I can’t image how much hotter it would have been in this unit if the temp was over 75. The carpet also had some stains; a beach condo really needs non carpet flooring. We would definitely be back though. Our family (17, 20 ages of kids) had fun and the kids thought the old school video game table was great!

This is a cute condo with a lot of potential but falls short of a comfortable stay. Supplies were extremely limited. Only one bath towel, one hand towel & one washcloth is provided per person. That’s unacceptable. And if you plan to do laundry each day, there’s not enough detergent provided to wash the towels daily and do your personal loads. For the kitchen, 2 towels were provided for a 4 night stay. The kitchen and living area over look the river, which is lovely, however, the sliding door and living room windows are facing the afternoon sun and the only curtains are sheers, giving no protection from heat. The area heats up so much the central A/C can’t keep up so there’s an additional stand alone A/C in the room, which is loud. The sun coming in the windows is BLINDING. You can’t see the television and standing at the kitchen island is difficult with the sun and the glare off the river. Simple curtains would make a HUGE difference in heat and overall comfort. The bedrooms also need curtains. The master has curtains but thin ones so the morning sun is bright. The second bedroom is very bright at night. There’s a building porch light outside the window and there’s only a thin shade. I woke up several times during the night and thought it was morning because it was so bright. Again, curtains would make a big difference in comfort. Lastly, we’ve stayed at many places and I don’t recall ever having a 10:00am checkout, especially with a 4:00pm check in.

This vacation was better than expected. The location was perfect with a beautiful view. This condo was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on getting this exact condo at least once or twice a year minimum. I can't say enough good things about our stay!!

Nice location near the action but still quite peaceful. Decor with beachy vibes inside, and the covered deck was great for hanging out in the evenings. Fullsize washer and dryer were very nice to have!

We were greeted by a resident of the condo who told us we needed to clean up the sand by the front door (and there was quite a bit) that was left by previous renter. I would have thought the housekeeping service should have done that. There were very noticeable carpet stains in the hallway. The primary bathroom had not been swept (many hairs on the floor), the shower mats were not cleaned or switched out, and the towels smelled sour (one was even still damp). Otherwise the condo was very pleasing and comfortable. It was away from the hustle and bustle of town.

We chose this place because I was able to bring my dog. The location was great, close enough to town, but not in the thick of it. I liked that it was gated. The view from the property was beautiful. The host responded quickly with answers to my questions. The unit was nicely decorated with a beachy feel. My husband loved the game in the room with over 1,000 games to play from his past. There was a washer/ dryer in the unit which is nice for longer stays. We will definitely use this property again! Thank you

We spent 2 weeks staying around Oregon, and this spot was a really great way to close it out. The house was very clean and had just about everything we needed and the view from the balcony was amazing. The only bad part was having to leave. Would 100% recommend staying here.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the great condo in Seaside. The condo had every amenity we could ask for. Totally clean. Comfortable beds. The property managers were great communicators and make the check in and check out process very easy. Bottom line is, we’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one was absolutely one of the best!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! The kitchen is very well-equipped. The beds were super comfortable and the view delightful. We did not hear anyone below above or to the side of us the entire trip. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk to various touristy things and 5 minutes to the beach. We absolutely would stay here again!
