Here on the first floor of the building, you won't have to haul your heavy ski or adventure gear up or down the stairs - step outside and go. When you return home, you'll be greeted by cheerful, tastefully appointed decor and a cozy living room with a gas-burning stove. A contemporary kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances is the perfect place to whip up a delicious dinner after a day spent in the mountains. Wind down by trying the steam shower in the primary bathroom. If you're feeling productive, use the dedicated workspace to catch up on remote work. As the evening comes to an end, retire to one of the comfortable bedrooms.

Whether you plan to come for a winter ski vacation, a summer festival, or any time in between, you would be lucky to call this your home away from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

-Very good location. -Public listing of condo had inaccuracy that Vacasa phone support did not know how to address. Local contact was more helpful and corrected situation -- allowing our family to access hot tub. -For the amount of money and FEES that are charged for Vacasa rentals and how they market their company as providers of great service and great accommodations, we shouldn't have to call for such minor things like getting the correct code to access the hot tub and then being told it's not part of our package when it clearly says it is, on the website and on the amenities list inside the condo). -This is the second time we've rented a ski property through Vacasa and run into carelessness which results in our having to waste our vacation time getting on the phone to get what we booked and have already paid for. -It may not seem like a big deal to some but they market themselves as providing an exceptional experience, and so far, while the properties themselves have been good, the service has been less than exceptional.

Cute condo with an easy walk to the San Miguel River trail. This was my 2nd time to rent this condo and the owner has significantly increased chef’s tools for the kitchen. Lacked nothing.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 with two adult children. The layout was great, we made several meals on the patio grill and in the kitchen and we enjoyed them in the dining table or on the patio table. All the utensils and gadgets you ever need are provided. Clark's Market was just caddy corner so it was really convenient. The bedroom layout was perfect with the master for us and the 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The master shower is also a steam shower which was really popular with our group. We brought 4 bikes to get around town and there was a great place to lock them up just outside the front door under the steps. The ability to park offstreet in the driveway is very handy since on-street parking is very limited. We can't wait to come back again!

Accommodations were a delight! Brought my crew with me to run the IPR: with mother-in-law, husband, son and our 2 dogs. Great spot for active family - Super close to market, dog trail, and gondola. Place was clean and inviting when arrived in the evening which as so nice after a long drive and arriving late evening! WIFI worked great and we particularly liked and appreciated the many places tissue boxes resided, the already made ice, comfy couches and extra blankets! Made it so hard to leave. Thanks for all the great energy!

Very great location, parking spot was a bonus, could walk everywhere, super clean and spacious, kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage, bathroom well equipped. Would stay here a again.

We had a wonderful long weekend away from home - this Condo was fantastic. It was in a perfect location in town - walking distance to everything, and the market just a few steps away was wonderful!

This condo is wonderful. Great location - walking distance to downtown Telluride, many hike/bike trails and the Gondola. The management company (Vacasa), though, is horrible. Just hope you do not need anything from them. I spent the first 24 hours of our stay contacting vacasa to get our parking pass. They give you a 970 area code "local support number" that, when you call, gets redirected to an out of state operations center. I read the "parking rules placard" in the unit to the "support agent" multiple times and she told me I was wrong. I kept saying "this is what you have in the unit" and she would not help. After hours of trying I *finally* got directed to someone from vacasa actually in Telluride; within minutes this person secured our parking access. Hours spent on the fake "970 local support number" until I finally got a real, local person who solved the problem in seconds. But, vacasa will not give you these local people until you pull your hair out. Anyway, LOVELY condo, horrible management. So, five stars for condo, 1 start for horrible vacasa - I have to give a '3' for the overall stay. Enjoy your time in this beautiful condo, just pray you do not need anything from the management company (vacasa).

The home was as described and everything worked. My wife particularly loved that each sink and shower had soap and lotion. The master bath also had a steam shower which was nice. The customer service was also wonderful and immediately took care of an issue we had with an overflowing trash bin when we arrived.

I spent over 2 weeks staying in this home and I absolutely loved it. The location was ideal for me as it was right next to Clark's market so I could charge my Tesla and it was a beautiful walk into town along the creek. The home was super clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and items to cook with. I felt right at home here with the cozy fireplace, having a glass of wine and barbecuing some food on the patio. The steam shower is also a game changer. Any time I'm back in Telluride I will defiantly be staying at this home away from home!

The condo is fantastic!! So may amazing touches, decor and attention to details. Location is in walking distance to everywhere in town. Grocery store is very close. The smart TVs had many options. The gas fire place was so cozy. There’s a sweet patio off the living room. Self check was easy and check out as well

We loved staying here with the kids and my MIL. We walked on the river path to the gondola everyday and loved being just enough out of town it was quiet but could still very easily walk in to town with a 2 year old and baby. The decor was lovely, newly remodeled for sure and it was so nice to have our dog stay with us. Would stay here again for sure!

Very well organized, comfortable, clean and well stocked property. And very responsive property management, but as they know I was very unhappy with a maintenance person who was not compliant with the county’s mask mandate while in the property and was very rude when I objected to him continuing with his work because of that. I did report him immediately so hopefully the issue was taken care of. The management was very mortified by my experience. Other than this employee I have no complaints about this property and would definitely book there again.
