Come escape to luxury in this oceanfront, 5-bedroom vacation rental. This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for those who have difficulty climbing up stairs. This is a perfect private getaway for anyone that want an escape from home! The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the unit boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

Beautiful setting. Untill yjr last night, the management was great. When we arrived the agent stayed on the line till i found the garage. It was bit complicated. She was great.
We had an issue on the last night. A group 12 to 15 underage teens were drinking and playing loud music on the beach. We were kind and waited till 11pm
Called the noise ordinance number no one answered. Finally about 20 min later I get a text "hi". I told them the situation and all I got was sorry public property can't do anything. In the mean time I called 911 and they were very kind and came out and dispersed the group and we were able to sleep.
The property management should have done that specially when there's underage drinking happening. So, I probably wont visit again.
Also, why is that every single soap pump watered down?
Really, it was like pumping water.
The rooms appeared much larger online. Specially the deck. It was tight for a group of 12.
So, overall I would give a 3 star for the experience

Gorgeous beachfront condo!
Beautiful, spacious and clean condo overlooking the ocean! You can hear the waves crash as you sleep! The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare big meals. Check in/out was seamless. Would love to book here again.

Perfect for our Family Adult Weekend Retreat!
This property was everything we hoped for!! Our aging parents wanted “one last trip” to the beach with their adult children. This had plenty of room for us to gather and sit and stare at the ocean while we visited. Peace and Tranquility!! The kitchen beautiful was well stocked with equipment. The elevator from the underground parking lot was a huge help for our parents. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. 5-Star!! Hoping to return again someday!

Great view of the ocean
Very clean and spacious with 5 bedrooms. We had 7 adults and 2 rental cars. Only issue was we were promised two parking spaces and only had access to one because the other space had construction supplies in the way that were not moved other wise it was 5 stars.

Great family Vacation
We had such a great time for my 25th birthday here with my family, being right in front of the beach and getting to the sand is a walk away. There was plenty of space for everyone and there was an additional sink in every room which was awesome. Kitchen was stocked well and there was also an ice maker. Extra linens and towels were provided and there were two washer and dryer units. Overall 10/10 would stay here again and I highly recommend this stay.

Enjoyable Family Getaway
Overall, wonderful rental and we would definitely consider staying again. Wonderful ocean views and a fun place to "people watch." Located at the south end of "the strand." Check in was a breeze and had two designated parking spots. The living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and clean. The only tv was in the living area. Bedrooms were comfortable, but no tvs in any of the bedrooms, however there were sink in every bedrooms which was unusual. We'd prefer a tv rather than a sink. The home is accmodating for large groups. Our group wasn't that large, but we appreciated the extra space. It had ac which is always a plus, but keeping the large slider windows open was plenty. Two sets of laundry units, beach towels provide a nice bonus. No beach in front, but a short walk to the beach, pier, cafes and restaurants.

The house was beautiful the pictures didn’t do it justice. We rented the house for almost a week for a good old fashioned family vacation and it was perfect. It was quite and the beds were comfortable plenty of room for everyone. There is a side stairwell that leads down to the side of the house here there is a shower to rinse the beach off before you go back to the house. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors during our stay. As far as issues we had one of the dryers didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t dry completely and the floor was still dirty and we didn’t find any extra linens for the pull out sofa bed. Small issues that didn’t ruin our vacation but big enough to cause an inconvenience. Also, for the price of the stay a nice welcome basket with coffee and tea or extra linens and towels would of been nice touch.

We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. We could of had room for several more people. There were 4 bathrooms. There were fans in each room and extra sheets and blankets. Cons: The floor was a bit dirty feeling (slightly sticky). The showers didn’t have hot water but they were quick to fix the problem with hardly any wait. New showers and knobs for the showers would be a good update. The main master bedroom’s wall made a knocking sound. I think it was from the people staying above us. The front door has a loose metal piece on the bottom that makes it easy to clip one’s foot. please note: if you want to be close to a beach with sand and playing in the water, you will need to drive. The beach is non existent in front of the condo. It’s only a rock barrier. The waves crash hard against the barrier, especially at night. If you walk to the beach, it is about a 15 minute walk. But that part of the beach closest to the condo is filled with ROCKS (river looking rocks). So you have to walk past the pier which is another 20 minutes to find a sandy beach. We ended up driving to the beach which was a bummer. Also, please note the parking garage is pretty low clearance. You would need to carefully enter if you have a car top carrier or lifted vehicle.

When most people were not even allowed to go near the beach, we had the good fortune to find this incredible property right on the beach! This place is stunning – Expansive views of the sand, waves and sunsets over the palm trees and Oceanside pier. We even got treated with a luminescent light show from the “red tide” this weekend. Truly a hidden Shelter in Place gem. The property is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, and while tastefully decorated, the furniture and flooring are pretty childproof. We took full advantage of the BBQ, Eero WIFI, the private spa as well as the fire pit. Not sure how they do it, but the insulation is impeccable – we could hear through our open window that the family staying above us was doing a workout video, but there wasn’t so much as a creak or thump that we could hear through the ceiling. The web site says the place sleeps 12, but if you count window beds and sofa sleepers, you could probably sleep nearly twice that many.

This was the best place to stay at! My now husband and I rented this place out for our wedding reception and the property was able to accommodate us with the total of 40 guests we had to throw the party. It was an amazing time and place to hold a party and beautiful amazing views! Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again! We just loved it!

Perfect location and view, waves all day and night. Bumpy arrival, but management compensated with late checkout. One washer was OOS and not repaired despite report. Lost elevator for over 2days of our stay which captivated 2of our party who were infirmed. However we enjoyed our stay overall and would consider staying again.

The property itself was great, clean, and the accordion doors that opened up to the ocean in the living room was pretty awesome. The roofdeck was amazing as well. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great for us during the weekend of our stay (Father's Day), so we didn't get to spend too much time on the roof. However, it was still nice to have. The little firepit is nice for evenings. The only negative thing about the house is that the area in front of the house is all rocky and access to a sandy beach area is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the house, which isn't far, but there isn't a lot of sandy beach area and it was INTENSELY crowded during our weekend. I'm assuming it's like that for most of the summer. It would've been nice for us because we had 5 kids in our group. If having access to an actual sandy beach is important to your family, I'd suggest looking at other Beach Front property homes.

We have enjoyed our stay in Oceanside two years in a row. The accommodations are excellent especially the roof top open air patio which we enjoyed every night during our stay. I would recommend Beachfront Only to everyone.
