Busselton Jetty Location. This 3 bed, 2 bathroom townhouse is just minutes from the city centre and the famous Busselton jetty making this the perfect location for your next down south trip.
Wake up every morning to the stunning views of the crystal clear waters and golden sandy beaches of Geographe Bay. Sit outside and enjoy a wine while watching the sunset over the bay. Morning strolls along the beach to local cafes and restaurants house just screams location location location.
The ground floor is the hub of the townhouse with an expansive open plan living and dining area with connecting functional kitchen, opening out to the front yard overlooking the ocean, the lower level offers an activity room which leads to the double lock up garage. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk in robe and en-suite bathroom plus two additional bedrooms with built in robes and the main bathroom.
Each room has reverse cycle AC in them to ensure all year comfort.

HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 4 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

This holiday house was well presented and in a perfect location immediately opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the town centre. The host, Davina, was very easy to communicate with. I would certainly recommend this lovely house to others.

Very large self contained house right on the beachfront and very close to Jetty, restaurants, shops (all within walking distance). Only negatives were the dining & lounge chairs were fairly dirty and workmen outside during our whole stay which we were not made aware of. Luckily we went out a lot. Beds very comfortable, however you need to take ALL kitchen sundries such as salt, pepper, sauce, paper towels etc which is a problem if coming from another state. We have stayed in similar properties & all of this has been provided (especially for the price). No jug for keeping water cold in fridge either & weather was hot!

The Town house was fabulous. Great location on Geographe Bay Road. Walking distance to the Busselton jetty and town centre. We would stay there again.

The property is very close to the centre of Bussleton right across the road from the beach. The house is very well appointed with good facilities & comfort. The bikes are a good bonus.

This proeprty was beautiully presented, presented clean and fresh and in an amzing location. Plenty room for our family of four, excellent layout with extremely comfortable spaces and beautifully presented bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely appliances and decor throughout, the stay was all we could have asked for. The location is quiet, stunning views, and loved being able to stroll down to the Busselton forshore within minutes. Definately on the 'Must return' list.

This property is exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean and incredibly well-set up with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. The downstairs games room was an unexpected extra. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Visit was ruined by nasty aggressive male neighbour. He mades it clear that everyone who stays here is a fu@ckhead and he hates them all. Frightened our family and small children. The owner should be made aware. He is old and had been drinking and tried to fight us and threatened us with violence. Disgusting behaviour. We probably wouldn't return now.

perfect winter getaway

our favourite place we've stayed so far. The house is great, split with bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs, and additional basement level rumpus room. The location was by far the best we've ever stayed in, short walk to the centre of town and right on the water. Can't wait to try get a reservation in summer!
