Colazione ricca e curata. A pochi chilometri da Spoleto.
4.3
A beautiful location with great views. Staff were amazing helped us in every way they could.
If you struggle with walking around this would not be a place to stay as it has many steps to go up and down
4.3
Beautiful and quirky. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely.
Air con did not work, facilities aren’t open regularly enough. The use of the pool and sun loungers should be included for guests and not charged extra. Spa staff were not friendly.
4.3
Beautiful hotel, such lovely and friendly staff. So scenic above a medieval village. Amazing breakfast . We thought there’s an outdoor pool, which there was not, but we used the spa instead (35 euros pp) which was royal and totally worth it.
4.3
This is a beautiful resort and spa. The staff was so friendly and kind…helped us with everything we needed.

The location was great. The scenery is beautiful.
I was shown around the property. pool beautiful deck to sit in the sun . But when I went to the pool you have to book and pay and you can’t sit on the deck . I understand you pay for the treatments. A washing machine but no where to dry clothes. No iron .And you have to take your rubbish with you .
4.3
the hotel is outstanding. it fits perfectly with the surrounding village. staff was amazing and really helpful. spa was a nice surprise.
we found odd that the entrance to the spa is not included to the hotel room rate
4.3
The spa was excellent and the views from the room were spectacular. The spa was one of the best I've been to. Not many amenities but it has all you need for a relaxing time. The rooms are very traditional but styled well and the bed was comfy.
We got lost in the town quite a bit finding the reception and our room. It made for part of the experience but a bit more signage would make it better
4.3
the place was great! also the flexibility with check-in was perfect for us!
everything was great!
4.3
Location was beautiful, the Apartment friendly and quiet. Wonderful Spa
Staff was friendly, but the organisation not always seemd very professional
4.3
good location
Quite expensive for the basic service (not many facilities in the apartment) and spa access to be paid as extra for hotel guests - seems a bit unfair.
4.3
Beautiful hotel, very nice room, very comfortable bed!
Despite the cool weather some chaise-longues on the terrace would be nice!
4.3
Wonderful decor, brilliant staff , super spa facility and everywhere spotlessly clean
easy to get lost perhaps a few more signs required
4.3
The staff was very friendly and the spa is nice.
The room are advertised as having AC which is not the case. Only a small, very noisy fan.
The room was not cleaned during our stay and the towels not changed.
4.3
Location, style, staff superkind, amazing food, top cleanliness. Strongly recommended
No air conditioning in the apartments

The town of Scheggino is really pretty. The streets are cute. The ride up to the apartment with the golf cart was useful. The view from the terrace is lovely. We could reach the reception through WhatsApp with questions.
The bed was so hard that we suffered neck and back pains. The apartment stayed cool during the 40 degree weather, but we would've appreciated a fan or something for some air flow and a less musky indoor smell. We didn't try the pool because at 15 euros we found it a bit much, also because you pay for 3 hours but that's a long time to swim. The terrace wasn't open during daytime so we had no place to sit outdoors close to us.

Location, facility were exceptional. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.
Not too much time for check out. No check -in flexibility.
4.3
The hotel is beautifully placed in a medieval town. It has an absolutely unique atmosphere. the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and with large choice of food.
the apartment was very well equipped. perhaps the managers could consider adding a couple of tea bags and some coffee as a welcome gift - all the equipment to prepare those is there!
our apartment was on two floors; the second floor must be used only occasionally (a door allows for blocking the access to the second floor), because i found several dead flies next to the window, which spoiled a bit the charm of the place. it's a pity because it could have been easily checked and cleaned up for our arrival.
4.3
The kindness of the staff.
The breakfast could be prepared a little bit earlier and could be richer particularly the protein part...
