As always the opera house loft was a great place to stay. So convenient, we were able to park and walk to everything we wanted/needed to see/do.

We really enjoyed our stay in the historic opera house while we visited the local ghost towns (Granite, Garnet). The museum across the street was a nice bonus. Thanks for a week that was a blast from the past.

The condo was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time visiting and relaxing. We had the AC on one day and the heat the next as it snowed, and we stayed comfortable. We enjoyed the little historic town and just had a really great time.

Loved the stay in Philipsburg- historic feel and cozy beds, very spacious with high ceilings, fantastic location near our favorite brewery !

We had a great stay. The place is well-equipped, a sweet location, super unique, and has great pillows!
The only suggestion we have is to install a bunch of hooks in the hallway by the door for coats, ski bibs, etc. We had piles of items we'd normally hang all over the place.

Our family absolutely loved this space. It is a perfect location for being in town or heading to the ski hill/ lake. The entire experience was delightful.

Enjoyed the great location downtown, unique and creative space. Great for families, large groups. Listing is accurate, must be able to do stairs, access to property is on second floor. Would definitely book again. Thanks!

Love love love this place! We stay here once a year and every time we enjoy it just as much as the last. Loved our back deck coffee overlooking the quiet town. A one block stroll to all quaint Philipsburg has to offer. The place is so incredibly unique. Just lovely.

Winter getaway
We had a great time in Phillipsburg with friends. The location of the property couldn’t be beat and the spaciousness of the loft exceeded our expectations. The only reason we didn’t give it a five star was that communication for the check in process could have been more streamlined. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place Downtown Philipsburg for Families
Pros: The loft was very nice and clean. The location was great for walking downtown (block away from main road). As mentioned in the description, the stairway up to the loft is pretty steep. The property had a nice back patio, kitchen was fully stocked of dishes and pots/pans, living room/dining room was very large and spacious, bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Note, the upstairs loft with the twins bed had little air movement. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the property and town.
con: Lack of communication from the owner made it stressful once we arrived. I couldn't locate the email that was sent after we booked with the code to enter. I did eventually find it buried in my emails with the secuirty code, otherwise, we would haven't been able to enter. I never did receive a response to our questions while staying at the property. The bottom of the stairs had a door for entry that was difficult to open at times. Just push really hard and it will open.

Transcendent Nook
This property was beyond amazing. Located right in the middle of quaint downtown Philipsburg and also close to so much outdoor recreation. The back deck was such an added enjoyable space! The flat itself is breathtaking and it combines old fashioned charm with all modern conveniences. We were especially grateful for the air conditioning in the middle of the heat wave. The town has many things to do and excellent restaurants. The kids loved the gem store, the bakery and the homemade candy store, while we also liked the antique shops and pubs. You will really enjoy everything about your stay.

Truly Awesome Place
This is a great place to stay while fishing Rock Creek, mountain biking at Discovery, and hanging out in P-Burg. Beautiful high ceilings, great kitchen, and awesome back deck on the top floor to lounge, have drinks, and play guitars at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again.
