Welcome to Montecito! Oprah and members of the Royal Family live down the street, literally. Miramar beach is considered one of the beat beaches in Southern California and it is a short walk or bike ride away. The newly opened Rosewood Miramar Hotel is just across the freeway and is unbelievable and very much open to the public and their pets. Fire pits, beautiful meditation gardens, bocce ball courts, several on-site restaurants, and beach access to Mirmar Beach. Hang out there long enough and you’re likely to run into a celebrity or two...
Being so close to the freeway we have easy access to anywhere you want to go. Downtown Santa Barbara is a 10 min drive. Santa Ynez 25mins. Take our beach cruiser bikes or walk over to Miramar Beach and the Rosewood Miramar hotel. Tons of gorgeous hiking within a few mins drive (or bike ride).
Please clean up after your pet. Please be accurate about the # of guests included as part of your stay.

This cottage has all you need with spacious rooms, offers several sitting areas in large back yard. The kitchen has modern appliances & TVs, comfortable bed & many windows for an open & light feel. Large parking inside security gate. It's a quiet & safe location. Had a wonderful 5 day stay.

The bungalow was a bit bigger than expected, clean and well appointed.
I have a service animal and the accommodation/yard is perfect for families too.
We will be returning

My wife and dog I stayed 3 nights and had a great time! Very relaxing cottage and we could let our dog play in the extensive back yard... The only negative was that we were never told the front unit was being by folks who also had 2 much larger dogs who used the same yard..It all worked out because the people in the front unit were super nice and their dogs were great too!

Scheduled this for my wedding night (Friday) and the following night. Received a text on Friday from the two property mangers
(Adam & Geoff) in the afternoon asking when we were checking in and the communication was strange to say the least. This property had a bizarre vibe & set-up and the website made it look much nicer than it was. One of the property managers came over at 11pm on my wedding night and wanted to ask me questions about where I was from and other annoying things that made me think he was not all there. The next day I received a text from one of them saying the power was off so we stayed away for the day and texted at 7pm Saturday night and they said the power had been back on for two hours but never bothered to text me about it. Would not recommend this property unless you enjoy feeling like your personal space is being invaded.

Lots of beautiful outdoor space and sitting areas, under gorgeous huge oak trees. Loved walking 0.8 miles to downtown Montecito for meals. Will return!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. The yard is huge which allowed him to run and play. The bed was super comfortable, and despite being close to the freeway, the noise did not interfere with our stay. We enjoyed our time and will return.

Great location!
Great location! Close to everything which is very convenient. Yes, it’s close to the freeway but the noise isn’t as bad as you’d think. If you’re extra sensitive just bring earplugs. Beautiful yard and property. We enjoyed laying in the hammock and gazing into the sky. She even has bikes to use that aren’t advertised. So many cute shops and restaurants just a minute away. My partner and I had lovely stay.

Misleading information on the property description.
The house is facing the 101 freeway, and is very noisy, cars and trucks passing by at any time during day or night. Jackie, the property owner did not put the basics: bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, clean blanket, and no comforter. I had to call VRBO to let them know, and only after I called, Jackie brought the essentials. The blanket, and the 2 sofas were dirty, and have lots of stains. Also, the cottage does not have any central heating. The only heater is a portable heater that I asked Jackie to bring because on the first couple nights the temperature overnight was low, and got to be cold in the cottage. I forgot to mention, that when we checked in, and I tried to close one of the bedroom window, the window was defective, and would not close. I had to call Jackie and show her, to make sure that she is aware of that window not closing, and we are not blame for it. She mentioned that she will call a handyman on Monday, but she never did call him to fix the window. I wish that the owner of this property will be more responsible taking care of the property, to make sure guests will enjoy their stay at her cottage. Pictures and description of the property are very misleading.
