It was clean, except the back yard was very over grown and not very useable. The house itself was in a great location to st. Augustine and many beaches. Check in was easy and property contact answered right away with questions

The property was very easy to get to, an 8 minute walk to the beach, very clean, and comfortable. The property manager responded to all of my questions quickly (within 5 minutes). The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and all the people we met were super friendly. My only suggestion would be for the property to be supplied with extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. The lack of those items was a MINOR inconvenience. I did not even feel the need to reach out about this. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The condo was in walking distance (1/2 mile) to the beach. The beach was not crowded and you could not beat the price. It was a great, quick getaway for the whole family.

We rented the property for the month of February and were very pleased with the location and property! It was in a quite neighborhood with close proximity to all the area has to offer without the traffic and congestion. Sounds strange but my greatest compliment comes from when our internet went out. Xfinity refused to work with our the realtor(because we all know Xfinity never screws up). Anyway, as soon as the owner found out what was happening, he showed up at the rental with an apology and the best donuts ever. He then called Xfinity and stayed on the phone with them testing the wifi. After coming to the conclusion it was something outside of the unit, the owner stayed on the phone with them until they scheduled someone to come out the next morning. The owner could have just gave Xfinity authorization to talk to the realtor but he didn't want us to have a delay of any kind and took care of it himself. Very impressive!

Inside clean & nicely decorated. Short drive to beach. Backyard so overgrown, not at all usable. Screened back patio not usable due to newts, and variety of items all over. Arrived to see garbage overflowing from outside container. Told it was our job to take to the street on garbage day. No hair dryer, host & his assistant did not communicate in a reasonable manner regarding this issue. Finally brought dryer to townhouse.

For our 43rd anniversary in March '24, we chose this "cute townhouse" near Vilano Beach. We liked that it was not downtown St Augustine, yet just a few minutes drive. We hiked at the nearby GTM (Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve) with our dog and drove our 4x4 Jeep on the Vilano Beach and St. Aug/Crescent Beaches. The inside of this townhouse was clean and pleasant with a well-equipped kitchen (we left some hot chocolate K-cups in the cupboard for the next guests). Enjoy your stay.

The property was fine. Our purpose in traveling was to spend time with family, which we did. So it was all good.

This was super handy for me. I needed to be in Nocatee and St Augustine for business issues and it is located in between.
The fenced back yard was great with the dogs. Kitchen had everything I needed, and everything was in working order in the townhouse.
I wish the walk to the beach with my dogs wasn't along a road with 55mph traffic. Decided it was better to drive and park at the south beach access with the dogs. Also there's a place there to rinse off sand, which there is not if you walk. Community around townhouse is nice for walking dogs.

Excellent stay at this two bedroom townhouse with great location to Vilano beaches. Backyard was a little overgrown, but we had an awesome stay and will definitely stay here again! Close to the beach & downtown St. Augustine, coupled with all the creature comforts of home.

This townhouse was perfect for our trip to St. Augustine. It’s not too far from the Old Jail Trolley and the beach neighborhood is quiet and safe. There were all the amenities we needed and more. A great book and games selection, all the cooking and serving utensils one would need, and the place was very clean and comfortable. One bedroom has two twin beds and even a blowup bed available. We would stay again!

Our family of 4 spent almost a week at this property and had a wonderful stay. As someone who cooks for my family from scratch daily, I was most impressed that the kitchen had everything I needed to do just that. My son also enjoyed running around the yard and playing any chance he got. If we ever make a trip back to the Valeno Beach area, we definitely wouldn't mind staying here again. It's the perfect place for a small family to stay.
Only con was not having smart TVs to log into common apps to view shows on the rainy days.

We were pleased with the property and the location. Very peaceful and quiet. The backyard was terribly overgrown, however.
We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

This 2 bedroom rental was the perfect size for 4 guests. It was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels and blankets. We had everything needed to cook a large meal. Just suggest adding coffee mugs (more than 2) and wine glasses. Conveniently located 5 miles from downtown Saint Augustine and a 5 minute drive from the Nease Park beach access. Townhouse was exactly as shown in pictures except for the outdoor space which was overgrown with a broken fence.

Upon walking into the rental I walked into numerous spider webs. As I proceeded upstairs I noticed the upstairs toilet was not working. Nobody flushed after they used it. I rented this home because of the back yard. I thought I would be able to sit outside and let my dog outside. I was not able to use the backyard because there is a hole in the fence and the fence on the right side of the house was down. The upstairs TV does not work. The upstairs bed's headboard is not connected to the frame so every time you move or roll over it bangs against the wall. The house has roaches. We killed 4 roaches while we were there. I was told by Derrick Kelley the host they are Palmetto bugs. I googled palmetto bug....Its a Roach. I made Derrick aware of these issues on Monday morning. He said he would have someone out Wednesday to fix the toilet and the fence. I waited around all day Wednesday on my vacation. Nobody showed nor did anyone have the common courtesy to call me. I reached out to Derrick several times on Thursday. I had 4-5 calls into him before he texted me that he was at a Medi clinic with Covid. I called him Friday morning he texted me that he was with a client showing houses ?? I guess the new Covid pills clear you up in a few hours now. He finally gets back to me to tell me Matt is coming out Saturday to fix the upstairs toilet. I asked him what happened to Wednesday ? I was supposed to get fence fixed and toilet ? He told me he could not get anyone out during the holiday week. I would have hoped he would have called me so I would not have waited around all day wednesday. I have a dog so didnt want the repair man to have an issue trying to enter the home. IMy vacation we planned for was ruined. My time with my family was ruined. After I raised all these concerns and issues with Derrick I was offerd $450. I was totally taken advantage of. Please don't rent this place and have all the issues I had and then offered a partial refund. I want to pay full price and have a rental live up to how they advertise and describe it. And if you raise issues or concerns they are fixed or resolved in a reasonable amount of time vs being lied to all week.

The property was just ok. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were uncomfortable. Both of the shower drains were very slow, so every time you showered you were standing in a tub full of water. The air conditioner did not keep the master bedroom cool. There were several nights that it was hard to sleep because the bedroom got so hot.

Great location
Had a 4 week stay. Conveniently located midway between St Augustine which had great attractions and a nature preserve that offered miles of walking/biking trails. A 5 min walk to the beach. House was well equipped for both the beach and the trails. 3 nice seafood restaurants within walking distance. Only hitch was check in with wrong code provided.

Good location for A1A North Beaches
The townhouse has some good points—away from crowds and traffic, a quiet residential neighborhood and ample parking. Everything was in working order although you’ll need to bring your own specialized kitchen utensils and pans if you plan on doing any real cooking. Bring your own saucepans, spatulas and cheese grater if you need them. It was basic and exactly what we required. One word of caution—the front door has a deadbolt with a keyless entry but it is possible to lock the door handle by mistake. If you do, you’ll be locked out for awhile.

Nice place in a great spot. Highly recommend
My family vacation doesn't require much. A simple place to stay in a location we love makes us very happy indeed.
This rental was perfect! It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to make our beach vacation spectacular. I could step out the front door and throw a stone and hit A1A...and just past that were the coquina beaches of Vilano!
My only complaint was about the couches. Someone had pets in there before us. Every time we sat down, we got up covered in lint and pet hair. No joke, we went and bought lint rollers (there was no vacuum in the house) and rolled the couches to get all the lint/hair we could! 😁
Don't get me wrong, the bottom line on this rental property is NOT the furniture. It was an easy check-in experience. We had a no-hassle stay in a very pleasant property. I would highly recommend!
