Was perfect for what we needed.

We were in town for a family memorial and the stay made it feel like a home instead of a hotel and made the whole time a better stay.

This was my first time renting a home, and I have to say, the owners have set the bar EXTREMELY high for me in terms of future rentals. Everything was exactly as described in the description and the pictures. The pool was clean until the storm came, but the tools needed to clean the pool were there to assist with a quick clean-up so we could hang out. I was just so HAPPY with this pick, it truly started my summer vacations off right.

Lovely home in a great location. Pool is a really nice amenity to have. Plenty of space to spread out, and a nice kitchen if you wish to cook. No major issues and definitely recommend for folks wanting to explore Tucson.

We drove four days and our son flew out to visit my Mom and spend some time together. Pool was great, home was comfortable. St. Pepperoni’s Pizza had great pasta, salad & pizza. Will keep this place in mind when we come back to Tucson.

Our son got married in Tucson over the weekend. This was the perfect place for my family including my in-laws. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was in a very good location. Shannon was great to deal with!

The house was lovely and we really enjoyed the backyard and the pool. Unfortunately a few things were less than ideal during our stay. We arrived late at night and it was apparent the cleaning crew had not been there as all of the beds were unmade and there were wet towels on the floor and dishes in the sink. Not exactly what you want to walk into after traveling and it’s late and you just want to go to sleep. The owner was very responsive and sent out the cleaning crew the next day but again it was less than ideal to have them there when we were in the home enjoying the pool.
Also I am pretty surprised than none of the reviews mentioned that this house backs up to an incredibly busy street. The master bedroom is at the back of the house and every night of our stay were police sirens on the street behind the house.
I had also contacted the owner to see if we could get a late checkout because we had a later flight and she said yes we could stay until 11 but obviously forgot to relay that information to the cleaners as they showed up at 10am and refused to leave so we ended up having to leave at the normal checkout time anyway.
There was also minimal supplies in the house. I had to buy paper towels and ended up contacting the owner to let her know we ran out of toilet paper. She did run some over which I appreciated but again less than ideal when you are on vacation to have to be communicating about essentials or buying them on your own.

One of the cleanest vrbos i have stayed in which i cant tell you how much i appreciate. It is much roomier than the pictures. Close enough to amenities but far enough away for peace and quiet. We will be back! Thanks for renting to us!

Great house! Convenient location! Very clean! Well stocked! This was a sibling getaway for my brother, sister and I—couldn’t have been better!

This visit went very smoothly. The house is surprisingly larger than it looks on the outside with lots of rooms. It has a very light atmosphere and is very clean. There was some ice left over from the last guest so we paid it forward. Fully equipped kitchen with the necessary spices available. The pool was beautiful and clean. It is oriented in the north side of the house so while we were there (end October) the pool was fully in the sun from 10-2:30 pm. The owners were very helpful with suggesting places to eat and visit, plus there is an informative book about the place and surrounding area and books/maps of Arizona. We really liked staying here!

We were moving our daughter into college and wanted a place far enough from campus that we weren’t in her hair but close enough we could pick her up for dinner if she wanted us. We found this place and it was perfect.
The rooms are large, beds were comfortable and clean. The pool is a great vacation from the heat. Communication was great and timely. And we were only 20 min from campus - an easy drive.
Plan to book again if it’s available for future trips.

Enjoyed the wonderful stay in a very comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful interior colors and design. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Shannon was very responsive to our needs. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Large enough for small to large families.

Perfect week, the pool and backyard are wonderful

My husband and I spent six weeks--half of January and most of February--in what the hosts accurately describe as "An Oasis in the Desert". As frequent VRBO guests in the Tucson area, this property checked all the boxes for us.
The house is smartly decorated, makes good use of space, and boasts a lovely outdoor area, complete with a pool and palm trees. We're glad we paid extra to have the pool heated during our stay. We, and our visitors, spend a lot of time in it.
We used every appliance, gadget, electronic device, shower, and TV successfully. The cookware, dishes, flatware, and stemware are all high quality. The kitchen is spacious, user-friendly, and has a large pantry.
Finally, the neighborhood is quiet, private, and soooo convenient to shops, restaurants, bars, area attractions, and I-10.
We would definitely rent from Jeff and Shannon again. They were excellent hosts, and you can tell they are proud of their Oasis in the Desert, as they should be.

Nice private getaway. This place is perfect. The backyard is gorgeous and quiet. The patio has an outdoor fan w remote and several seating options including rocking chairs!!! The pool was still plenty warm in early September
I took a partial day trip to tubac Az and saw some beautiful art.
Absolutely quiet and peaceful. Never heard neighbors!

The property is a clean, comfortable and quiet home in Marana (North Tucson). The house in inviting and was a perfect spot for the family to relax. My wife particularly loved the backyard for just sitting under the patio shelter or relaxing in the pool. Uneven unheated, the pool in August was perfect to cool off, but never felt cold.
With a full kitchen, laundry, garage, WiFi, air conditioning, and well-sized living room with a large TV, the place has everything to make one’s stay comfortable and refreshing.
We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.
Thanks to our host for a wonderful stay!
