The site is in need of upkeep. Plenty of crack stucco. Landscape watering no plants. It seems like the focus is on the golf course with the resort as the stepchild.

Check in was easy and efficient. The property was clean and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel overall but minor issues. I tripped on the step going into the room several times, no notice to ‘watch your step’. The steakhouse food was good but it was extremely cold in the room, everyone wearing jackets. The game room in the casual restaurant was very dirty and lights were burned out.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and there was live music in the evenings at the bar. We enjoyed the staff Yves the bartender and Johnny the concierge was really fun. Such a great holiday. We will be back!

This was our first time staying at an Omni hotel. Overall it was a great experience. One suggestion is to get rid of the artificial turf around some of the pool it gets so hot it’s very uncomfortable on your feet!!

This is a very nice resort, it has all the amenities to be able to enjoy a quiet weekend getaway and never leave the property. The poolside service at the cabana we rented wasn’t great, and the cabana curtains could use some maintenance, so I don’t think I would rent one again. But the pool area itself is nice and we enjoyed our time there. All the other service we received from checking in, to the bar, and then checking out was top notch and excellent. And the rooms are nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this resort!

Bob's was a wonderful restaurant

My family and I were just passing through from California back to Texas so finding the Omni was a pleasant surprise. An even better surprise was that the pool was open late and they were playing a Disney movie pool side. After a long day on the road, this was an amazing way to unwind. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was extremely accommodating with our larger sprinter van. We will definitely pick this hotel again on our way through in the future

We paid extra for a pool side room. Our room was on the second floor and the pool was closed the majority of the stay. They charged my room for meals we didn’t have. They couldn’t read the signature on the receipt so they Assumed it was from me. I was very surprised by this action from an upscale resort.

We stay here several times a year and love the northwest Tucson location. The staff is always polite and friendly, and the service at their restaurants and bars is also excellent.
We really like staying in one of the casitas; comfortable and unique and on the golf course

Every staff member was super friendly. There were 2 that stood out above all others. The Peak bartender Yves was amazing and too excellent care of us. and Andrew, also at The Peak, hosted a fantastic tequila tasting.

We had a fantastic time! When we arrived the staff had chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. The room was in a quiet location yet close to everything. It was a wonderful stay!

we concluded that the hotels assign rooms to customers made their reservation thru 3rd party, such as Expedia are not the same quality as the ones they provide for direct reservation. The room they gave was in bad location, dirty and full of mosquitos. They sprayed the room with chemical while we were there. The smell was very strong and intolerable. we requested another room. It was better, but in the morning, we noticed there was live cockroach in the main room.

Great time, great experience. Only issue I had was tons of mosquitos in my room

Second time staying here. Large, quiet, comfortable room. Enjoyed the Peak bar with its amazing view of the mountains with a rainbow visible. Transportation cart staff is prompt and friendly. Nice pools. Would like to see more of the little tables next to lounges at main pool. Pool drink service is average, pool food service lacks dairy free options. Close to Canada del Oro wash which has bike lanes.

Just stayed 8/10/24-8/11/24. False promises. Never picked up the phone once for room service. Waiting for lengthy time on numerous occasions. Claims they offer golf cart rides around premises yet my mother is handicapped and had to be driven by me for dinner. Piss poor experience and waste of money

Absolutely beautiful property! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made me feel welcomed! The even welcomed us with champagne! The room was very clean and had amazing toiletries- NEST brand! Our neighbors checked in very late and since it was an adjoining "casita" we heard them come in and speaking with the staff but it was a small inconvenience. The casita was further out but we could either drive to the main pool or call and ask for a ride- we also had another pool on our side of the property so it was no big deal - it was actually nice to be far off from too much action. The pool had surprisingly amazing food and delicious cocktails! They even had a movie night at the pool for kids!

The property itself is beautiful. Very green and lush
The 2nd pool was filthy both times we wanted it use it. It had not been cleaned or stocked with towels once while We were there. The service at the restaurants was very very slow. The room ae stayed in had about 50 mosquitoes and flies which we needed to exterminate before we could get comfortable. Would not stay again

This hotel experience was absolutely incredible. The hotel is beautiful, our suite was spacious, the decor was thoughtful, and the amenities are top notch. The pool feels high-end but it's unpretentious and the staff is easy going and they make great frozen cocktails!! On top of everything else being wonderful, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Lalaina checked in with us each day to make sure everything was okay, and the team sent us a gorgeous plate of chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary!! Look no further, you will be so glad you chose the Omni Tucson.

This is our favorite property in Tucson. The northwest Tucson location is exactly where we want to be - this resort is peaceful, beautiful, and very well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are ready with smiles and humor and respect. We stringly recommend Omni Tucson National! (Excellent golf!)

We stayed 2 separate nights in one trip, we had a family gathering to attend in St David, AZ so we stayed on our way to and from. Staff was always nice and friendly. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The second stay we had an issue with our room and Destiny, at reception, very kindly allowed us to move to another room. Guillermo who had to go back and forth to get us keys was very patient. After settling into the new room, Destiny followed up with a call to see that everything was okay. We also visited the spa onsite and it is beautiful and service was excellent.

Great room, if you are just wanting to relax this is a great place to stay. If you want to see more of the local area it’s not as convenient. Restaurants were okay. The breakfast at Desert Farmer was amazing! Service was alright.

The shower in the room we stayed in had black mold and there was supposed to be fire extinguisher outside of our room, but the box was empty. As soon as we walked into.our room it smelled like there may have been some water damage at one point or the carpet is extrenely old and has never been shampooed. My husbands asthma kept flaring up all night due to smell in the room and our allergies were definitely flared up. I did speak with the manager Laney about this and she didn't really seem to care very much, she said the newly renovated rooms has black grout, but this was not black grout, it was mold. The tiles on the floor were loose and the hot and cold faucets did not have indicators, which caused my son to burn himself when taking a bath. I definitely expected more from this resort. The premier room was not what I expected. This was an early fathers day gift for my husband. We definitely did not have a great time and will not be going back.

I have stayed at the Omni Tucson National many times over the last 30 years. Always enjoyed coming here. As one of Tucson’s smaller resorts, it has lots to offer. This trip was for a girlfriend’s weekend and we stayed in the Casita rooms. We got a great rate on Expedia, which made it even better! I was super excited when I found out my room was a Casita suite which included a little kitchen area with the fridge, a dining table, fireplace, small sectional, and a super comfortable king bed! The room was really beautiful and they did a great job when they redid all the rooms. The room was tastefully decorated, and I felt right at home. I had a sliding glass door that opened to a little patio area with two comfortable chairs. My view was the golf course and a little pond. I enjoyed listening to the bullfrogs sing at night.
The resort offers an upper and lower swimming pool. My friends and I used both during our stay. On our last day, we decided to use the lower pool and we were very pleased. The weather was getting hot so we found a perfectly shady area to park ourselves for the day. We were close to the pool so could get in and out as we needed. Better yet, the staff was so accommodating and brought us some cold drinks. Two areas that need improvement 1) The glass in the sliding glass door in my room was old and foggy and made the view from my room murky.
2) there was a maintenance worker banging on something outside of our doors as early as 630 or 7 AM. Woke us up!
