I really liked the property itself and it’s very pretty but I was overall disappointed. For $500 for one night , there

Very pretty and well maintained.

Listed as bed and breakfast, but it’s self check in and no breakfast, no staff. Bed was horrible uncomfortable, they need to replace mattress!!! Our first floor room was super noisy because it was near the front door and common areas. Lack of privacy.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The rooms are spacious, the hotel lobby is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

Fell in love with the Buttonwood and can’t wait to return! 🩷🏡🩷🏖️

Every little detail from accommodations, decor to all the little unexpected extras were impeccable and well thought out!

Honestly nothing (unless we point out a large carpet stain on our floor #6) However, everything else was terrific!

wonderful stay! we will be back again!!

Great location! walkable to congress hall and downtown. charming house- clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back.

Price is a little high for check in at 3 and check out by 10. Normally you get at least until 11am for check out.

Very nice place

Buttonwood is not actually a hotel. It’s more like a shared Airbnb. It’s a very pretty house that is beautifully decorated. There is no staff on site. In the lounge you can make your own very good coffee, tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. The first morning we found some yoghurt and granola. The second morning there was no breakfast. We had room 1 and 7. Room 7 is on the top floor, is really large with a good size bathroom. Our adult daughters had room 1. The room was nice, a lot smaller but the bathroom was extremely small. We did like the beach chairs and towels.

Our stay was outstanding.

The property was beautiful from the outdoor patio to each room you walked through. It had first class furnishings, a great remodel, and very nice touches throughout like the parlor, coffee room, and the kitchen. Great location allowed for walking to Washington Square, the beach and numerous restaurants.

Loved the beautiful stay at Buttonwood! Create amenities and beautiful room/accommodation

The Buttonwood hotel was beautiful and very tastefully done. The room is beautiful as are the common spaces. The room also includes many thoughtful touches including a welcome drink and extra towels. The common spaces allow one to make fresh orange juice, coffee, and water.

The room did not have many outlets which made it difficult to work. The AC makes a lot of sound which woke us up many times. The main street is also noisy so I'd recommend carrying earbuds to kill the noise.

Beautiful decor and location. Loved the secret staircase in the room. As the room had "gifts" we didn't know if the champagne was included. No one to ask.

No staff. Took an hr to get ahold of anyone to check in. Room 3 had so many lights on outside that it felt like I was sleeping with a lamp on. Curtains did not cover entire window. Need to take " breakfast " off the sign outside, confusing. Need more information posted about amenities on how to use.

The location was great! Parking was tight although appreciated off street. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pleased to be offered beach accommodations.

We did not see any staff, we could have used a few more wash cloths~
