The beach box was VERY welcome addition to the rental package. Hopefully it will be available when we return next summer. It would be nice to have a dishwasher too.

We only had two days at the beach and it looks like it could be the only time we get away this summer… so we made it memorable. The house was in a perfect location that we were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of room for all of us. It was a great trip and we hope to stay there again!

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. Being steps away from our favorite coffee shop and the west end garage was fabulous. We enjoyed playing games in the cute yard and ate charcuterie in the kitchen. The house was more spacious than we were anticipating. If I had one complaint it would be that it was not stocked with toilet paper but other than that it was a great stay!

The location is wonderful! A short walk to the town square and beach! Very convenient to have the cvs across the street and also a coffee shop a few doors down. House was clean and perfect for two families with little kids!

First thing we noticed was how clean the property was, spotless. It has to be the most quaint stay I've ever had, Victorian from top to bottom. Loved it!

Although we informed family to bring their own linens, they forgot. Had to borrow some from a friend in town. Awkward. Otherwise, it was very convenient for our purpose. Saw One Christmas Carol at Cape May Stage, fabulous!

Four of us, who had been friends since college, spent a long weekend in this cute rental. The location was ideal. An easy walk into town and the beach. We each had our own bedroom and 2 bathrooms to share. House was comfortable and clean. There was a lot to do and the weather was unseasonably warm! No complaints here.

Cute and quaint home. I thought I wouldn't like that it was on a main road but it was still quiet and serene. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Cape May Perfection
We LOVED our stay! Everything about the house was perfect - comfort, cleanliness, decor, proximity to town, convenience, etc. It has it all. Better than we had hoped, thanks for many wonderful memories.

Baby blue beach bungalow
We had a very nice stay. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and the convenience of the beach box. The location was great, close to everything. The street was a little busy but parking was easy and it did not affect our stay. We’re planning to come back next year.

Thanksgiving in Cape May
This property is small and comfy - good location in West Cape May near the nature trails. Only challenge is the house is not well insulated from cold drafty winds but the heating system kept the temperature comfortable.

Mc-G's Ladies weekend
We love spending time in Cape May, it has a friendly small town feel where you can walk everywhere, well except the wineries, but Uber is a great resource for that. Staying at this home was perfect for us, it was unanimous with all of us that the place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Our only concern was parking, it would help to have a parking permit to use during our stay. Thank you, and thank you Emi Menz and the Coastline team for the helpful and efficient process. ~ The Mc-G's Ladies.

Great location
We stayed here off-season for a girls' weekend. There was plenty of room for us each to have our own space. The home is charming and comfortable. We left our car parked and walked to the beach, promenade, shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful house in great neighborhood
The deposit process and key pick up/drop off is done through a realty company, so not as seamless as other online bookings I’ve done, but the house was excellent. Very clean and spacious, in a great location. Perfect for small groups. You won’t be disappointed!

A fiew days in Cape May
This felt like home, comfortable and well equipped. We do not eat out so enjoyed the kitchen which was large enough for us to work together and well equipped. Would have preferred it if the bed sheets etc. had been provided. As it was off season parking was no issue. Close to all we needed.

Family time in Cape May
There were positives, but overall we felt the property had drawbacks. Not having an exterior table, no dishwasher and limited electrical outlets were hard getting use to! The hot water was not sufficient and we were all taking very short showers. We also had to place a febreeze freshener in the bottom floor as there was a funky odor! That said, with a few upgrades, the location makes this a desirable rental. We did not re-up as we r waiting if there will be upgrades! Oh, and outside lights that don’t light, and switches that do what????

Great location
Cute place in a great location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Went for girls weekend.. Tips for future renters: parking is on the street, it's free but across the street--not a big deal but be aware. Bring camping chairs to enjoy the nice back yard (there is an arbor bench). There is no closet in downstairs bedroom so bring a few hangers to use on provided coat rack f you like to hang your stuff to get wrinkles out. Bedrooms upstairs have closets. There is a CVS a half block away for toilet paper and most other things you need in a pinch (Acme is a short drive). Owner and management company very responsive to questions and any issues. Would definitely stay again.

April in Cape May
The house at Street is beautifully furnished. The history provided indicated that the home was over 100 years old, so expect character. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished, and the front porch is a perfect place to sit, relax and read or just watch the traffic go by. There is only street parking, which did not cause any issues with our visit because we were pre-season, but could be an issue during the prime time of summer.

Wonderful Cape May Weekend!
My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this property in early April for a long weekend getaway. Coastline Reality and the owners were a pleasure to work with - very kind, informative, and helpful. While my husband and I only needed the first floor (bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room), there is plenty of room for more guests upstairs. One of our favorite aspects of the property was the short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also took a short drive to check out the Higbee Beach Loop trail and were very impressed with that hike. We'd recommend this property and a trip to Cape May to anyone!

Wonderful accommodations
Four of us stayed for two nights for a getaway in April 2021. The house was immaculate. The space was perfect and we took full advantage of the front sun porch and the private backyard. The house was beautifully decorated and the common space was perfect for relaxing and long chats. The bathrooms and kitchen contained all of the necessities. The location was great for us. Easy parking and a short walk to the mall, restaurants, shops, and the beach. We have already talked about renting this property for a future trip. Thank you!

Great house
The house is old but with nice updates. It is in a good location in West Cape May, near restaurants and a short walk to Washington St Mall. The walk to the beach with little kids is long, but the beach box provided was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was nice to have. The temperature in each room was different but it wasn't a big deal. We love the front porch and spent a lot of time there.

Lacked some things
Property is "OK". Photos are misleading. For example, furniture is old and uncomfortable. Little things need done like front door lock does not always work easily, toilet handle needs replaced, several lights do not work. These small repairs should have been done before we took occupancy. Certainly should have been done for the cost of the rental.

Perfect family getaway!
We had such a great time at this charming house. It is spacious and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed playing board games and grilling in the backyard and were thrilled to be an easy walking distance to the beach. I had a question about the property after we checked in and Ami responded right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family
Everything about this house was perfect for our family - the location (very close to some gift shops, a bakery/cafe, and a CVS; and less than a mile from the shopping/restaurant district and the beach/ocean); the size (seemingly small, but somehow plenty of room to sleep our family of 10 teens/adults, and for meals, board games, watching TV), and the charm and quirkiness of a house built in 1910. We'll definitely be back.

Great place!
Beautiful, spacious property in walking distance to mall and Congress Hall. Heating system upstairs was a little out of whack; one room would be scorching hot and another freezing cold. But would definitely stay again!
