Séjour agréable, dans une chambre toute proche du centre-ville, simple, propre et calme.

Chambre, avec salle de bain, simple, propre, bien agencée et calme. Excellente situation toute proche du centre-ville. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Parking gratuit à disposition, à proximité immédiate.

Lors de notre séjour, il n'était pas possible d'avoir un petit déjeuner sur place, peut-être pour une raison ponctuelle. Donc nécessité d'aller dans un établissement public du quartier. Le cas échéant, un petit supermarché était accessible à une distance raisonnable, permettant de préparer un déjeuner en chambre (thé, café à disposition).

Rundum gelungen!

Der Biergarten im Hof ist traumhaft! Die Inhaber / Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben und hat unseren Erwartungen absolut entsprochen. Die Lage ist Zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig. Eindeutige Weiterempfehlung!

Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis OK.

Zimmer sind schön und Rustikal. Ambiente sehr schön. Restaurant sehr Gut - Die Speisen sind sehr Empfehlenswert. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sehr Freundlich.

Die Betten sind für Personen ab einer Körpergröße von 195 cm deutlich zu kurz. Leider kein Frühstück - Auf Rückfrage wurde mir gesagt das wenn ich Personal besorgen würde es auch Frühstück geben würde. Leider hat hier die Personalverfügbarkeit auch zugeschlagen - dafür kann aber der Inhaber vermutlich nichts.

Tolle Übernachtung für unseren Kurztrip in dieser Wanderherberge

Das Zimmer in diesem historischen Gebäude: klein, trotzdem alles da. Einen Kühlschrank hatten wir gar nicht erwartet. Kein 📻 oder 📺 , dafür WLAN frei.

Nur: der Einstieg in die Dusche -war ziemlich klein und hoch.

There was a noisy ventilator in the basement running all the time . In 3 days of staying nobody clean the room.

Comfortable rooms in a cute setting close to major sites with a great restaurant.

Our room was better than the photos show. The room only had two twin beds and we do not sleep in two beds but they were comfortable so o.k.. The photo only shows two twin beds but our room had another room that had a table with two chairs and another comfortable chair. Also kettle with coffee cups, coffee, tea and a refrigerator. This extra room made all the difference. Free parking on site excellent. Eat dinner at the restaurant on site. Beautiful outdoor patio with one of the best meals we have had in Germany! Great staff.

Difficult to find because it is set back off the road behind other buildings. Ask at the big hotel that you must turn into, the staff there were also excellent and offered to walk me to our hotel.

Exceptional

We had a big family room, which was perfect for our purposes, in a tastefully renovated historic building. The location is excellent to explore the city centre and the surroundings of Eisenach, and not very far from the train station either (can be reached by bus or on foot).

Great guesthouse for our family of four

We had a wonderful stay here recently and honestly wish we could have stayed longer! On-site parking was a breeze and our host was kind enough to accommodate a late check-in. As we were travelling with our children (1 and 4), we were pleasantly surprised to be given the very clean, comfortable and spacious family room. It was located at the top of the flight of stairs which, though steep, were quite easy to navigate even with two small children. The room was quiet and featured a dining area, a fridge and a bunk bed (which was obviously a huge hit with the kids). We would easily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

Exceeded our expectations

Perhaps we've got one of the best rooms, but it pleasantly surprised us: spacious enough, clean, quiet, with a refrigerator, tea/coffe accessories and a dining area. The hotel is located practically in the center, has its own pretty patio and a restaurant in the adjacent building. No TV, but we don't need it.

For us this wasn't a problem, but it should take into consideration that a rather steep staircase leads to the upper floors. We were here in the winter, but quite possible that in warm seasons the courtyard can be noisy (specific of the restaurant).

Great potential...

The staff is excellent, friendly open and professional. The restaurant is very good and the location is perfect. There is a good attention to sanitary protocols.

At 77 Euro per nigh, one may expect a certain confort like an elevator (especially with a baby and a room on the third floor), a television set, a bottle of water in the room. This feels very much like a hostel, and it is very great as a hostel. But if the rooms are sold as hotel rooms at this price the amenities need to be adjusted. This is not a reflexion on the room quality but on the value for money. Additionally, there was no breakfast available on the premisses. This lack of service and the poor amenities make the room at a below 60 euro bench price, to apply yield management you need a comparable product.

Tourist base in Eisenach

Very nice, cozy, simple arrangement for tourists visiting Eisenach, climbing up the Wartburg castle. Nice, helpful staff, lovely restaurant as a part of the settings. Clean, quiet.. Great value for the price. Parking available.

There is nothing to comment on. Everything was fine.

Charming Gasthaus with accommodation

The attention to detail makes this property with its charming restaurant is special place. It is not grand but simple honest and warmly welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful and the chef excellent. From here it is a stiff but beautiful walk up to the Wartburg Castle which was definitely worth the visit. We’ll be back.
