If you’re looking for a large and luxurious accommodation, great amenities and a wonderfully convenient location in the heart of the action, Villa Alki has it all. This perfect five-bedroom property is situated just a 10 minute stroll from Lanzarote’s most opulent resort and thanks to its many modern facilities, it’s the ideal spot to spend your Canarian holiday, whether in summer or winter.

Villa Alki boasts a spacious terrace with barbecue and seating area and a large pool. You are sure to delight in the enormous terrace which is home to a large private pool that can even be heated at additional cost during the winter months, making this the perfect place to stay at any time of the year. There is a perfect barbecue area so you can make the most of the mild Lanzarote weather and also a private parking area provided should you decide to hire a vehicle as well.

There are also sunbeds with plenty of patio space to ensure you can catch the rays for as long as possible before sundown.On the pool level, there is a living room with comfortable sofas and access to the pool, a kitchen with a dining table and patio doors to the pool. There are also two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All air-conditioned. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a family bathroom and a play room with a lounge area and gym exercise equipment.

The air conditioned Living Room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Garden Sea Views.
There is also an extremely well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to self-cater for your family, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and full oven at your disposal to enable you to whip up delicious meals and clean up again in no time. There is also a roomy al-fresco dining area with a table that seats larger parties of up to 10 diners. The three large bedrooms are extremely well-appointed and have comfortable beds, plenty of storage and tasteful décor.

Just a ten-minute stroll from the villa, you’ll reach the lively Puerto del Carmen centre and beach front, or the opposite direction to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping centre and Old Town. There is a large supermarket (Lidl) only minutes from the villa.

We had an extremely hot week in August which made us take full advantage of the Villa and pool with the shaded seating. Lidl is close by to make it easy having the fridge stocked at all times! We had our Breakfast and Lunch daily at the pool side seated area. Within short down-hill walk onto old town or new strip in the evening for dinner. This Villa served well for all ages to enjoy our over-all stay.

very spacious villa for our family of nine . The kitchen and bathrooms could ideally be upgraded but were all ok . We paid to have the pool heated and were very glad we did . 20 minute down hill walk to beach which was great for the children and 30 mins walk to the old town where we found two fantastic restaurants .

Very impressed with the villa. Great outdoor area and pool. 15 mins walk to the bars, beach and restaurants. 5/10 mins to supermarket. Plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed.

The property was very well presented and clean with ample room for the 8 of us. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances for cooking with the added bonus of an outdoor bbq and kitchen. The air-con in the upstairs rooms worked really well, keeping us cool at night. The tv ( including Netflix) was an added bonus - especially for watching the women’s football. The pool was clean and warm and very much essential in the baking sun. The location was on the edge of town. Whilst we appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle, it was quite a trek down to the restaurants (especially on the walk back) but taxis were cheap enough - around €5. Supermarkets were close by (even on foot). All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

7 of us stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. Did a mix of eating in and out. Missing a few catering utensils when we arrived but David brought them that afternoon. Nothing was a problem. Pool great to dip in to cool down. Plenty of space for all.

Would recommend this villa. We had a fantastic stay with all the family. Its in a secluded quiet reaidential area. Villa is big and spacious. Outside area is large with a.big pool. There is a large sitting area for shade. Inside has 5 bedroom. Great facilities. English TV channels. Would definately recommend.

Villa Alki met every expectation - clean, comfort , pool fab , WiFi excellent. Location out of town but short stroll to Centre , supermarket near by. Sunny Aspect to villa outdoor areas , dining outdoor area well appointed for kitchen & pool access. Staff pleasant and communications very good . Will return for another Family holiday . Tony Doonan

Really large and modern villa that’s ideally located for a quiet holiday away in the sun. Short 10-15 min walk to the beach and Lidl is literally less than a 5 min walk away as well. Really nice pool and loads of room in the villa that there was 10 of us staying and didn’t feel like we were crowding each other at any time. The outdoor kitchen and toilet is a lovely addition next to the pool. Great communication from the booking team and a friendly visit from one of the staff to get us “checked in”. The only negative was the lack of A/C throughout the property. There are fans in all the rooms however only a/c in living room and main bedroom making for warm nights. Would definitely recommend Villa Alki and would return again 👍

We stayed as a group of old school friends celebrating ( belatedly) our 60th birthdays! The villa was amazing. Spotlessly clean , well equipped kitchen and lovely comfy beds. Ideally situated for us as it was lovely and peaceful yet only 5 minitute walk to supermarket and 20 minute walk to the old Port where there are excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Any questions we had were answered efficiently both before our trip and during. All in all we couldn't have asked for anything more ! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and would love to go back myself.

Very nice outside area with bbq and outdoor dining space. The outside bathroom is a great facility. The whole renting experience was very easy and Buena Villas rental company were excellent and will use them again.

Really nice house with a lot of space. Really nice pool area and outdoor kitchen and BBQ. The stove does not work so good and I think they have wrong kind of pots for the stove. It takes 15 min to boil some water. We missed plastic glass wine and for water. Outside the pool area you do not want to bring glass ! I suggest you buy plastic glass for outside. Everything else was perfect. It takes a 15 minutes nice walk to the beach 🏖 . The house is located in a really calm nice area.

We were a group of 10 of mixed ages. The villa was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. Lovely decor and the pool area was fabulous, such fun was had by the pool side. Just a 10 minute walk to the strip. It was 5 stars from everyone.

Was basically what we were looking for overall, just a couple of things that weren't ideal such as the jacuzzi part of the pool not working, only a single plug in a couple of the bedrooms and we had thought there would be a keypad lock for the keys when leaving the house but there was not. Overall though these are small things and we were very happy with the house!!
