There are two bedrooms in the cottage made up of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), sleeping a total of four guests. There is also a ground-floor shower room, a bathroom, an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and a utility. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a private, enclosed lawn with furniture and a hot tub. Ploony Barn is the perfect choice for couples, families or groups of friends seeking a rural retreat in Wales.
Amenities: Oil-fired central heating and woodburning stove. Gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Private, enclosed lawn with furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 1 mile (currently closed). Note: There is a fenced stream running alongside the property, children and pets to be supervised at all times. Note: Cottage accessed by 1 mile drive, not suitable for low-suspension cars. Please note: Electric car charging is not permitted at this property.
