The condo was super convenient to everything we needed - Eagle beach was a ~5 minute walk, which made it easy to go back and forth as much as needed. It was only steps to the pool, which the kids loved. Plenty of room inside for our family to spread out, with pretty much everything we needed and plenty of towels for the beach + shower.

The home very central located for Eagle Beach and all the shops. The big advantage of the home is the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which one on the ground floor. It was our second time in this house. We recommend the home to families with children.

The condo is a really short walk to Eagle Beach. There is a nice little coffee shop inside the scuba shop literally a 1 minute walk from the front door. Great location on a fantastic beach that isn’t really crowded.

Well, what can I say...other than the pictures speak a thousand words.
A group of us rented this condo again from 5/4-5/13/24 because we loved it so much when we rented it the first time around last year.
The place is immaculate, quiet and so close to the beach and shops. They have plenty of beach chairs and sand toys if you have small children.
I love the fact that they have a washer and dryer in the unit as well.
The beds are very comfortable as well as the furniture. You wont be disappointed if you end up renting this place for your stay in Aruba.
I would definitely tell my friends and family about this place if they ever inquire about renting a condo.
Communication with the owner was very pleasant and I received a quick response back when I asked a question.
Check in and check out was quick too.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would.

The Air B&B is located near Eagle Beach and some very nice restaurants. The host provided everything we needed: beach chairs, a beach cart, and everyday essentials. We did have a little trouble with the gate code, but after speaking with the rental host representative, we received the correct code, and we didn't have any trouble after. The book in the condo should be updated to reflect the new code. I would also suggest adding information on nearby restaurants, carry-outs, and grocery stores or markets to the book to make it easier to find good, local places. We loved our stay. Thanks so much.

Great condo about 1/4 mile walk to eagle beach. Well equipped, nice small pool area. For family with kids and grandparents, this was perfect. Also had a brand new grill that we used on a couple of evenings.

This is the first time we have stayed at this property and it was wonderful. The beds were the most comfortable beds of any of the places that we have ever stayed at in Aruba.
The location to Eagle beach and shopping was fantastic. The place is well stocked with everything you might need to either stay in or to go to the beach.
We had an issue with the dryer not working and Elisa had someone there within the hour to fix it.
Next time we come to Aruba we will defiantly check to see if this town house is available.

We were very happy with our stay here. It was perfect for our family. It was nice and quiet yet in a very good location on the island. We did rent cars which we are glad we did. It made our stay very flexible and easy. The condo offered everything our family needed. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aruba! Highly recommended!

This is a very nice property that is very well maintained and clean, even for my expectations. We have stayed in this unit two years in a row. It is spacious and the perfect location with the beach right around the corner. They make check in and check out swift and easy.

I am so pleased that I was able to find this perfect gem! It had everything we needed to provide a stress free vacation- 1st time in Aruba- with 4 teenagers. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and the process was extremely easy. We were able to get around town to all the destinations we had planned with in a short time and being within walking distance to Eagle beach made for great sunset adventures! Not having to rent or carry all the beach chairs because of the cart & chairs that were provided was an extra bonus. Ending each night on the quiet back patio near the pool was a perfect spot to enjoy a recap of the memories that were made. Absolutely will recommend this place- No way will I ever want to stay in a busy overcrowded resort--hotel- this pace is like having your own house. I would give this vacation home 5++

The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. It was very spacious, clean and was big enough to move around in. Plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms. The location is great. Close enough to Eagle beach. Had plenty of chairs to take to the beach. It was nice to be able to use the washer/dryer too. I would definitely book this place for my annual trip back to Aruba in May,2023. Check in and check out was easy too. We all enjoyed our time in Aruba and we didn’t want to leave. Until next year thank you for renting the place to us.

The property was as the photos showed. Each bedroom had it's own AC unit which is perfect since not everyone likes the same temperature when they sleep. The house was spacious and the patio area was a bonus to watch the couple iguanas around the courtyard. It was nice that there were beach and pool items to use and also the washer and dryer right there in the condo. It truly was a 5 minute walk down the street to Eagle beach and the bar there, Coco Loco, has the best spring rolls. We would definitely stay here again.

Jardine del Mar was beautiful. This was a very friendly quite space with a beautiful clean pool and a gym if needed. You are a 5 min walk to a nice quite spot on Eagle Beach or a great little beach bar called Coco Loco. This location is perfect if you are a beach goer. If you are looking to explore and have a car, there is safe parking beside the condo.
Cheak in and check out went seamless. Anouschka was very helpful, friendly and prompt. The condo spotless! Everything you need is here. Just bring yourself, clothes and food. There was 5 beach chairs and a cooler. So no need to rent.
I have nothing negative to say about our stay. We will recommend and will hopefully stay again.
I will appolize for doors slamming occasionally as it took us a few days to get used to the lovely breeze in Aruba and the heavy doors.

This condo was a block from the beach and many restaurants. When we checked in there was a few items missing and the property manager, Anouchka,took care of it right away, buying us the items. It was a great place to relax and enjoy Eagle Beach. Was 15 minutes in either direction to Oranjestead or Palm Beach. Spent 2 weeks there wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

The property was very clean and it’s a great location - just a hop to the beach- the only issue we had was the downstairs bathroom did not work- the toilet backed up into the shower- but as soon as that is fixed, it will be perfect.

This place was amazing , very clean and well kept condo , enough room for 6 adults comfortably, place was very quiet and within minutes walk to eagle beach and restaurants. Had everything we needed and any issues were dealt with quickly. Would highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed every minute of our time on Aruba. The condo was a perfect fit for our needs. We were able to walk to eagle beach and traveled all over the island exploring from this central location. The condo was very clean and well equipped, especially all the extras to use at the beach! We used the towels, chairs and cooler regularly. We would absolutely return! We can’t wait!

Proximité de tout (plage, restaurant, épicerie etc.) Le terrain du condo est bien (aire commune extérieure et piscine très propre) et sécuritaire. La gestionnaire sur place est disponible. We were pleased with the location of the condo. We were happy to walk to Eagle Beach everyday. The neighborhood felt safe. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect getaway
Audra and her management team were great. Quick to reply to my emails and any questions or concerns we had. The condo was as pictured and provided plenty of room for 4 ladies with lots of luggage, is in a securely gated community, has a dedicated parking space, and is walking distance to beaches, food and fun activities. We visited in March and the complex was very quiet. We had the pool all to ourselves a couple of times. There are 2 big grocery stores within a 2 minute drive away, which made it convenient to cook if we didn't want to go out to eat. And if you need a covid test to fly to your next destination, testing site is across the street that provided our results in 30-45 minutes

Beautiful and perfect
This condo is roomy and so clean. Eagle beach was 2 blocks away . It’s in a more quiet part than high rise but I prefer that . I would stay again for sure . The pics don’t actually do it justice . Perfect for families

Beautiful place to have a beach vacation
All the pictures are true and the home is well equipped for a stay with a large family. The pool and the garden are the assets of this complex. Communications with the owner, Audra, went smoothly. All issues where dealt with immediately.
The beach is 5 minutes away. There is a beach bar and rental of beds and umbrellas available. The beach is gorgeous.
Next time we go to Aruba we will try to get this rental again.

Great location and nice Condo
This place is at the perfect location, right down the street from Eagle Beach, which happens to be our favorite beach. The owners were wonderful to work with. We did have one air conditioner that stopped running properly, but the owners had maintenance called immediately, and worked with us so it would be working again, and not interrupt our stay.
The place was very clean, and had everything we could possibly need available to us. And the condo grounds are gorgeous, and in a gated community.
We would definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to staying here in the future.
