Nice location in the city. Easy to walk anywhere. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was not good. Coffee tasted burnt. One of the elevators was down for maintenance and the one elevator left was very slow.

Property is clean, well located.
My room was rather too small and air-conditioner was too noisy to the point that after ten minutes I could not stand it any longer. The staff changed my room to a much bigger one. The air-conditioner was a bit noisy too in this room but tolerable.

The room was spacious
The hotel is shabby. the room is bare bones although spacious. The towels were fraying. the "included" breakfast was mediocre with not enough choices or food. It was very overpriced for what it offers. The elevator was out of order by the reception desk, both times I stayed here, two weeks apart, for one night. There was a short steep ramp to get to the main elevator which was hard to manage with big luggage. For the same price I stayed in a centrally located hotel in Madrid which was ten times better, although the room was smaller.

The central location is great
We had a large windowless room on two levels... I didn't realise it was windowless, it made being in the room a totally depressing experience ... we couldn't wait to leave

We stayed only one night after being on the plane for many hours, so it was an okay place to crash for one night and leave first thing in the morning to the bus station. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. It was possible to take breakfast to go.
The location is not nice at all, but we knew that and we only booked it to be close to the bus station.
The room doesn't have windows and has super low ceiling, which creates a very depressing atmosphere. The furnitures are old and could use a refreshment. The bed was relatively comfortable.
The TV doesn't have any English channels. The breakfast could use a bit more variety. For this price we expected something better and the pictures are a bit too misleading. For one night stay it's okay, for more nights we don't recommend it.

Piezas heladas, el primer dia tuve que reclamar y la respuesta fue decirme que era asi el hotel y pasarme otra frazada. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en la otra habitación, la tv no funcionaba me la tuvieron que cambiar, la ducha horrible no salia en ningun minuto con una temperatura estable. El desayuno ok pero hay que hacer fila para que te sirvan. Ademas, la cena en el restaurant es pizza y si quieres algo mas lo buscan de al lado pero hay que pagar con efectivo. Por lo que cobran mejor irse a otra parte. Lo unico positivo es el personal con buena actitud.

La limpieza es buena y los colchones cómodos.
1. La manera en la que está diseñado para hacer reservación es engañosa y obliga a pagar más. Reservé 2 habitaciones dobles pues íbamos 4 personas, al llegar me dijeron que tenía que pagar $70 USD más por dos personas extras (el mismo monto que me costó cada habitación, me salía incluso más barato en ese momento rentar online una habitación extra, pero no quería una habitación extra pues no estaríamos juntas las personas que viajabamos -.-), mostré mi reserva en donde claramente mencionaba a 4 personas, dijeron que hay unas letras chiquitas más abajo que son las que importan en donde dice 1 persona por habitación. Entonces las reservas mencionan cosas que se contraponen, primero lo del número de personas de la reserva, después menciona que se cobrará por adelantado y no te cobran hasta al llegar ( a mi parecer para poder hacerte este cargo extra de personas).
2. No nos pusieron shampoos en la habitación, mencionaron que dependía del tipo de cuarto que habías reservado, al final la señorita de recepción accedió a enviarnos shampoo pero me pareció raro e innecesario.
3. En el desayuno te mencionan que no puedes pedir más de 4 bebidas (solo una vez puedes pedir más café y/o más jugo), no nos tomamos las 4 bebidas, pero de nuevo es algo que no te encuentras en la mayoría de hoteles de ese rango.

I thought the value of this room was great. It was in a nice, central location; we didn't drive and it was within walking distance to just about everything. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was perfect! The bathroom was huge and also very clean. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed. They had a decent gym onsite, which was an added bonus. The air conditioning worked perfectly too. We would certainly stay here again.
The water in the bathroom (shower and sink) took forever to warm up. I had to run it for about 5-7 minutes straight before it got decently warm, which just seamed a little wasteful to me. The breakfast was just okay. I'm not sure if it was just me or if it's a common issue here, but our room key kept deactivating. It was slightly annoying to have to keep going back to the front desk multiple times per day to have it fixed. The power went a couple times during our stay and the elevators went down. Having to use the stairs with all of our luggage was brutal and my boyfriend got locked in the parking garage when the power was down and the garage door was shut. He was down there for about 45 minutes before he was able to get out. They should probably have a call button down there or something in the event of an emergency.
