The view from the patio was great. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings watching the water and the wildlife. The beds were comfy and water pressure was good. This was the perfect spot to stay and hop around and explore other Keys and wasn't too bad on the wallet.

This was more than we could have imagined. The home was clean and beautiful. The views exceeded the photos. The photos just could Not speak of the privacy, peacefulness and relaxation. Stunning backyard beach with Crystal blue water

We loved watching the sun go down from the top balcony. The backyard was beautiful.

There were garbage bags from previous visitors in the yard that cleaning staff left the entire week we were there. They kept adding to it and we had pick up what the wind blew around. We notified management and they told us were the dumpster was located so we could dispose of it if we wanted.
Other people were constantly entering the back yard and hanging out, ignoring the no trespassing signs.
There was no wifi/internet connection.
Basic essentials were not provided or if they were, there wasn't enough for our stay.

The upper deck has a great sunset view. Great area for walks. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again next time in the Keys

The property was exactly as described, photos all accurate, location accurate and easy to find. We loved it. Clean. Spacious. Great outdoor space. Plenty of room.

This property needs to be accurately listed. Its location was okay. I wouldn’t have rented it if the amenities and location were accurate. The “beach” is a strip of sand with one point of access at the end of the row of townhomes. You’re not facing the ocean: you’re facing a lagoon. It’s not how it’s described. Also, you have a kitchen, but there’s no cooking equipment except a grill for pancakes: no pots, no pans, and only one dish towel. So there’s no cooking your own food if you choose. Also, the property is currently listed for sale with the ability to schedule appointments during out rental time. What?????
No beach towels either. The pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to relax after a day in the sun. Air conditioned? We’ll never know because there wasn’t a thermostat. On a humid 74 degree day, it definitely wasn’t present. Meager, and cheap, and the first time a property was inaccurate and stingy. Over priced. All around only rent if you’re okay never really staying there and you want to toss away extra dollars for nothing special.

Surprised to find we have no internet and that there were on 6 yowls for 6 people.
The pull out bed in the livening room was the most uncomfortable couch I've ever slept on.
Parking was limited

Great views from back porch & yard. We were able to launch our kayaks from the back yard shoreline by carefully navigating around some rocks. Beautiful blue green water everywhere we kayaked.

Location
Pro: Can accommodate large group/family, water access from the backyard.
Con: Only 1 restaurant on this key, cable only works in living room, no WiFi, ran out of trash bags and paper towels after 2 days. Need to drive 15 mins to get to a supermarket. No outdoor furniture in upstairs patio.

The description of this property from Expedia is FALSE on many accounts. We feel we where cheated and lied to, I am truly shocked this is a 4 star rating. 1st, they DO NOT offer internet. Which wouldn't usually have been so upsetting but wifi was essential & was a huge factor in our choice. There is NOT a private beach access!! It also offers netflix streaming but how do you stream with no internet access? You are NOT allowed to use the resort pool. We have stayed in many vacation rentals throughout our many trips to the keys. The property and condo was nice but they opted to lie in the advertising AND save money where they shouldn't have. Like the toilet paper.. was the worst and cheapest TP probably on the market, the shower curtain, towels and sheets where so out of place, because they where the equivalent to what you expect in very cheap highway motels. Not something you would expect from such a beautiful and pricy place that is a 4 star. The bed comforters are NOT what is in the photos! The Queen/master was a white(ISH) quilt with huge stains all over them. So the cheapest possible lines and toiletries where a little insulting considering how much money we spent per night! An utter disappointment as far as vacation rentals go. If you're considering this place move on to a resort or another vacation rental who offers more quality and is truthful in their description.
