The house is bright, open, and full of natural light. It is located right at the base of the Wasatch front, in between the two canyons of Little Cottonwood (Alta and Snowbird) and Big Cottonwood (Solitude and Brighton ski resorts) Canyons. The home is located on the 10th tee of *Willow Creek Country Club with back gates that allow a 30-yard walk to the clubhouse, which is perfect for those who may be attending weddings or other invited events at the country club. Looking out the large windows on the main floor or sitting on the deck with cozy chairs and a fire pit, you see views of the golf course and the Wasatch Mountains. The home has 4 large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. 3 of those rooms have either a convertible queen-size couch/bed or two twin beds to accommodate families or larger groups. There are 2 master suites (one on the main floor and one on the top floor). All beds have premium linens and fresh and clean mattress and pillow protectors. The three full bathrooms have bidets with heated seats.
Big enough for the whole family, yet quaint enough for just the two of you. This house really is excellent for larger groups or just a couple as you can use the main floor only with the master suite, kitchen, living room, deck, and views!

There are 2 family rooms with auto on/off gas fireplaces. One on the main living level with spectacular views and one on the lower level.
The basement level has a game room with a shuffleboard table, 2 man arcade table with over 100 old-school video games, a karaoke machine, board games, poker chips, cards, etc. As well as a kitchenette.
There are 7 large screen smart TVs throughout the house.
We have a 2-car garage that may be utilized and a 2-car driveway. Also, short-term parking on the street if needed.
SKIERS! The garage has boot and glove dryers, racks for skis and snowboards as well as closets to store ski gear.

We had an amazing 5 days stay here. We have rented VRBO homes for 25 years and this was the best experience. Place was exactly as described. Lara was amazing communicating with us. But what we didn’t expect was how they thought of everything down to the chapstick! Best stocked house we ever stayed in. So thoughtful in every way. Location was perfect close to slopes and many hikes. Just an amazing time. Thank you very much.

This property is fabulous!! This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything. The house was very clean, had lots of games, linens were great, the views were nice, the kitchen was perfect… I can’t say enough :). We had a great time.

From the initial booking questions to our stay to even after checkout, Lara and Randy made the whole process a breeze. The house was inviting and so comfortable for our family of four to have a little staycation. Everything was stocked so thoughtfully from chargers by the bed to tea with honey sticks to pantry items. We even bought a few items for our home after enjoying them so much there. Our boys, ages 9 and 11, kept entertained with the fun and well kept arcade type games and ping pong.
Unfortunately, we had an event occur that required us to go home sooner than planned. Lara was extremely understanding and supportive, even having a small care package delivered with a note.
We definitely plan to visit the area again in the future and will choose this home again.

The home is amazing! The owners, Randy and Lara, went above and beyond to ensure a great stay! The house is immaculate with everything in its place. My review cannot sufficiently describe this property. The snacks, the games, the comfy beds...even bidet toilets. Randy and Lara were so accommodating and I have never stayed in a home as well-appointed as this one. We will definitely be back!

We rented this house for our son's wedding week. From the minute we walked in we knew this was a perfect house. We were amazed and pleasantly surprised at how well stocked this house was. Every detail has been handled. Games for adults and kids, everything you could need for the kitchen and baths, super-clean, and well maintained. The games in the garage and basement game room along with hot tub were a hit will all of the kids and adults alike. The owners are next door and are super-friendly and available if needed. Location is ideal with the ski resorts literally within 30 minutes but also near any type of shopping you may need. We would highly recommend this house to anyone headed to SLC for any occasion!

This house is amazing, it has so many extras! It is completely equipped with all the things you need to enjoy your stay. We loved it and will certainly return . Lara and Randy are wonderful, very responsive and truly good people. Lara loves being the host and it shows in all of the touches she has added to this rental. We had an awesome time staying here, our family rents often and this is one of the best rentals we have experienced. We loved the area, the view, the space inside the house, the hot tub, the kitchen, the coffee maker, the outside spaces; everything! Thank you Lara and Randy!

Lara and Randy are exceptional hosts. The house had EVERYTHING you needed while traveling and the kitchen was very well outfitted to feed and entertain a large group. The games in the downstairs and garage were fantastic. Many an extreme ping pong game and scrabble game went on. The outside decks and hot tub were a huge hit as well. Lovely to sit on the deck and watch the sunset and the colors change on the Wasatch. Truly a great house for any type of multigenerational gathering. Something for everyone.

The location and home are fantastic. It is a short 30 min drive to the slopes. The amount of extras the host offers as typical amenities is incredible: charging cords, new lip balms, toothbrushes, cooking oils and seasonings, snack gift basket, seriously anything you may need outside your very personal items. The view of the mountains, the hot tub and the interior of the house are fantastic. We had 9 of us (3 of which are boys ages 9-12) in the house and each floor had its own sense of privacy and quiet. The game room was a lot of fun for all of us. It was a wonderful time with our family. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Our stay in Lara and Randy’s home in Cottonwood Heights was absolutely phenomenal! The house was perfect for our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing. The property was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we could possibly need and more for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent communication with the owners, Lara and Randy. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay, which made everything run smoothly. We really appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Additional highlights from our stay include the hot tub, game room, putt putt, the fully stocked kitchen, and the very comfortable beds.
The location of the house was also great - we were close to skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Despite being in a convenient location, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a restful stay.
Overall, we would highly recommend renting this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed vacation rental in the Cottonwood Heights area. Thank you, Lara and Randy, for making our stay so enjoyable. We are hope to come back next year!

What can I say about this home rental? This is the ultimate home away from home- if your home was a beautiful, modern, well-appointed ski chalet. This house is very close to the major resorts and yet still close to grocery stores and restaurants. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood where it seemed everyone had Christmas lights so I made it especially festive. The owners are considerate and kind and communicate beautifully. We were met with a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies which are kids were so thankful for when we got off the plane. There’s even a game room, extra toiletries in each bathroom, and all these little touches, like special towels for the hot tub, that made this place extremely special and unique. We have rented a lot of places on VRBO and this one by far is the best. There are no broken appliances or broken light switches, or uncomfortable beds, or anything like that that you typically experience in a home rental. Everything is very top of the line and well taken care of. The homeowners are not there to simply turn a profit - the are there to create a wonderful vacation experience for the people who rent this love home. A+++++. Will rent again!!

If I could search VRBO by host, I would for Lara & Randy. First time I've stayed at a rental house that felt like a hotel. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that anything you might think to ask for (or have to buy) at a hotel was available upon our arrival (toothpaste, robes, snacks, etc). Would definitely recommend.

This property has one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. It feels like the mountains are right in front of you. Enjoying the outdoor fire pit with majestic views was a one of the favorites of the stay. The home was decorated so eloquently and comfortable. Everything was impressive, relaxing and well taken care of. This home is worth a return for my group time and time again. Loved it!

This place was perfect and even better than pictured (if that’s possible)! Great location with amazing views! House was super clean with top notch amenities! Hosts went above and beyond with a very nice welcome basket (snacks and treats galore) and drinks in the fridge! Plenty of towels and linens as well as extras of anything you might have forgotten to bring along with you! Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and so helpful with directing us to places in the area. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and the hosts! Fantastic!! Great SLC home with excellent location
We very much enjoyed this house in the Salt Lake City area. We've rented many VRBO properties and this one was by far the most stocked--it had everything. The layout was fantastic for our 3 families as the 4 rooms were spread across 3 floors giving space to each family. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great with the 100 degree+ temperatures. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the game room downstairs and it seemed we were a short drive to all of the activities we did (zoo, aquarium, hiking, etc.). We did Lagoon one day, which was about 35 minutes away. The owners were incredibly nice and communication with them was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Lara was so sweet and everything was perfect. The house and view are beautiful. I have never stayed at an VRBO that has provided so much. Lara provided everything all the way from snack and drinks to shampoo,conditioner, loofah and toothbrushes. I would definitely recommend staying here .

Best Ski House for Large Group
I've been organizing small group ski trips for over forty years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The home is quite spacious and was very comfortable for our group of nine adults. There is plenty of personal space as well as large gathering places for group activities. The kitchen is well equipped and we were impressed with the neat and organized layout of the many high end kitchen tools and amenities. The heated garage with ski racks and boot warmers was perfect. Lara, our hostess and the owner of the home, was very attentive to our needs both before we arrived and throughout our stay. We loved staying here and plan to stay here again in the future.

The location is fabulous and the house is plenty big for large family gatherings and easy access to everything you need in the valley. The owners are the best we have experienced in Vrbo. They communicate very well and fast. We will stay her many more times
