Tout. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de la personne qui nous a accueillis. L’emplacement idéal très calme bien qu’à 2 pas de la cathédrale. Le réfrigérateur garni et renouvelé gratuitement. Les très bons conseils pour découvrir l’île.

Would thoroughly recommend!

Alvaro was exceptionally useful and helped us with things we needed, and gave us lots of advice about beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. Perfect location in the old town.

Exceptional

Àlvaro was the best host - we arrived early at the hotel (way before check-in time) but that was no problem. Also, he had a lot of tips and tricks to make the most out of our stay (he was non-stop and at any time available to answer our questions in person or via WhatsApp). The room is super clean and the hotel is very central - you are in the middle of Ciutadella. As it is a family/boutique hotel, there is no restaurant and there is no breakfast service but we knew that in advance and that was no problem. Nonetheless, Àlvaro made sure that our mini fridge in the room was always full of drinks and snacks all for free. Highly recommend!

Best boutique hotel, best host

It was flawless, I have never experienced such amazing hospitality. Alvaro is the most helpful and welcoming and the hotel is incredibly decorated to the last detail and one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The location was also great. We had an unforgettable anniversary.

Where you’d want to stay

The location was perfect, only a few meters from all the restaurants and shops. The bedroom was a great size, we had the one with a lovely terrace so it was a bonus, loved the style of it. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was a very good size. The host, Alvaro, was very helpful all the time and gave us great recommendations.

AMAZING!

S'Enclova has the best host ever! When we arrived, he explained us all about the city - the best restaurants, bars and even beaches. He was always available to talk with us and gave us the best recommendations. Also, he borrowed us a parasol and a beach fridge. Furthermore, the room was super clean and the hotel is located in a very central zone.

100% worth it

At S’Enclova we felt at home since the first moment. The hotel is just like in the picture, everything is really clean and faithful to the Menorcan style. Really close to the city center and to the most famous spots, it is also really close to free parking lots. Álvaro had been a great host, giving us such special suggestions about beaches and reataurants and always being available to answer all our questions. Even thanks to S’Enclova we just loved our stay in Minorca.

Tranquil small hotel in the heart of Ciutadella

S'Enclova is a beautiful small boutique hotel. The rooms have a feeling of calm and tranquility. Crisp white bed linen and soft white towels welcomed us every night. The room was always immaculately clean. The host Alvaro couldn't do enough for us and was on the end of the phone if we needed anything. Perfectly situated down a quiet pretty street a stones throw away from the atmospheric town of Ciutadella.

A hidden gem in the best location in town!

So much to like about this little gem - firstly the amazing host Alvaro, nothing is too much to ask and he was always available via WhatsApp if we needed anything at all. He provided us with maps and all the best recommendations, which were all amazing tips! There was also complimentary water, fizzy drinks, beach towels, cooler packs, umbrellas - all free of charge and on hand for the duration of the stay. The hotel itself is very nicely designed, modern but with an authentic feel with exposed brick and wooden beams, very tasteful. The room was a great size for two people, the bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was quiet and cool, a relief in 35 degree heat. The location was 10/10. Would definitely recommend and come back again! Thank you so much for having us!

Amazing Stay. Romantic Getaway in a Picturesque town.

Great amenities. Beyond professional staff. Alvaro was super helpful and accommodating every step of the way. Likewise, the cleaning staff was on point.

extended my stay here because this was such a nice place! didn’t regret! everything perfect! the small hotel is just great for those who don’t want a big and touristy hotel around. beautifully decorated with attention to the details. only some rooms, in a quiet road, a few minutes from beaches and few steps from busy roads of Ciutadella. everything someone should want to have a perfect retreat.

a little gem in Menorca Ciutadella

S’Enclova Petit hotel is such a great gem located in the beautiful roads of Ciutadella center. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and there are a lot of attention with the details (coffee maker, delicious cookies, fresh water and drinks are always available at the room). cleaning is done everyday. Alvaro, the owner, will make everything for your stay to be perfect. It is just nicely located a few minutes driving from the best beaches in menorca and a few minutes walking from the best restaurants in town. there are also free parking nearby. I would greatly recommend this place and stay here again if coming to menorca.

Fantastic stay in Ciutadella

The hotel owner, Alvaro, was incredibly kind and provided us with excellent information on places to eat and visit. Our plane was late and he waited late at night to greet us. The hotel is beautifully restored and the rooms tasteful, bright and white, with great facilities including good coffee. Our bed was huge and really comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, close to bars and restaurants, but peaceful at night. We had a fantastic week and will be back.

Perfect stay in Ciutadella

The house is perfectly located in the city, close to everything you need. We stayed on the ground floor, which had a lovely outdoor terrace space, highly recommend. Lovely clean space and decor, with a fridge topped up daily with free drinks. Alvaro went above and beyond as a host. Thank you ☺️

Perfect place

Beyond expectations! The hotel is located in the city centre, near the most beautiful beaches. It is quiet, clean and elegant. The staff is always available not only for needs related to the stay, but also for giving out precious tips about the trip in the island. I truly recommend it!

A warmhearted stay.

The thing I loved the most about our stay is the love and care that the host transmitted. Everywhere you looked, you could feel the attention that had been placed in every single detail. One can tell that services were not designed from the business owner perspective, but rather from the point of view of the costumer, which enhances the experience and made our stay exceptional. The rooms are bright and big, the bathroom clean and well equipped, and the bed extremely comfortable.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay. The host was incredible and made our stay even better with a great service and recommendations to explore the nearby beaches and the best spots in the city. Great bohemian decoration and nice, clean rooms. We highly recommend S’Enclova !
