Location okay

It was a good location so we could walk into Inverness and great to have 2 bathrooms and a washing machine.

The main bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was the wrong size for the base. The apartment is tired and needs renovating - the photos don't show this.

Superb

Location, two full baths and kitchen

Carpeting is in need of replacing, keys gave us a struggle to figure out the system to lock and unlock the door and also closing window. Directions on how to operate both were hidden and no one to ask. I texted several times re luggage and got conflicting answers. Some difficulty controlling water temperature in showers.

I feel I deserve some compensation due to property not being up to a basic standard. I have photo evidence of issues

The main bathroom notice saying can’t use shower or bath due to previous flood, smell of damp. Place was dirty, oven, cups, toilet brush, shower room Iron stain on main bedroom carpet

The stay on the whole was fine.

handy to town

the lock on the inside entry was a nightmare for us. So complicated if you are not used to it. I think it should be replaced with something easier for foreign tourists!

Perfect location, perfect accommodation with amenities to meet our needsm would definitely stay aga

The location was perfect - 5 minute walk from the town centre, it was really quiet at night and right next to the river for the boys who were fishing. The apartment was the perfect size for 4 people and had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean on arrival, extremely spacious and brilliant sized television as well for watching movies at night.

Disappointing

The internet was fast and the tv new and huge. Very spacious. Adequate furnishings. Great water pressure and hot water for good showers.

The property description over-glamorizes how nice the location is: near the old town but not a pleasant walk to get there. The immediate neighborhood abuts an industrial area and is rather depressing. The apartment building is well-worn and dingy and the entrance dirty and grounds trashy. Picture is of the front entrance to apt. Inside the carpet is worn-out matted-down burber and needs replacing badly. The furnishings are well-used. Assigned parking was very tight and difficult to negotiate. We overpayed and would not recommend staying until the carpet and apartment were refreshed.

a very nice apartment. good value.

the facility is complete as describe. clean with all the convenience of complete kitchen. the living room with a huge tv is definitely a winner for our family time. a very convenient walking distance to the Inverness City Center.

with the self check-in, there’s nobody explaining how to lock the apartment door. it took sometimes for us to figured that we have to move the handle up first before the key can turn to lock position. this might be common in the UK houses, but not common in Asia nor international chain hotel set up.

Exceptional

The house was brilliant. Plenty of space, clean and much better than staying in a hotel. It meant that we could all spend time together without needing to be somewhere out and about spending money. Everything you might need in a house is here, dish washer, washing machine, towels, irons etc I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Inverness

The only thing I thought let this place down was that there were no instructions to take out our own rubbish. We were sure where to take bins or bottles and so had to leave them in the kitchen.

Good

The position was exceptional with easy walking access to the town. Easy road access to the bypass. The flat was comfortable with all mod cons. Great walks by the river with the footbridge in close proximity. Can recommend it if you wish to explore the area.

It was good for short stay

Contact for Property Paul was very helpful and quickly turn with required hand towels and hangers within 30 min. 65 Inch LCD in property with Netflix was bonus and unexpected :-)

Bathroom didnt had floor mat, Not enough white goods in kitchen to server family of 4

Superb

Great location 2mins walk from town. Warm, comfortable, homely city centre apartment. Perfect for working away or holidays. Excellent WiFi and parking. Fully equipped kitchen, super hot showers and a big TV for evenings in. I stop away as part of my work so I've stayed in plenty of apartments off booking.com, this is definitely my best stay of the year. Recommended!!

Very good

It was a nice and comfy wee apartment, The owner was very nice and helpful.

We felt were in somebody's house,to much of the owners things about,I felt I was being intrusive. Need a hairdryer for guests
