Nice location in the jungle
a huge conference was on in the morning at the hotel and was quite loud/woke us up

Very beautiful place in the jungle. The pools are great. Staff was very helpful.
The shower nob was broken. I did not like the fact that they don't allow outside food even in areas very far from the restaurant.

Nice location
Bad wifi reception, not the room and bedsheets were not very clean

Very, very quiet place. feels a bit deserted as it has such big grounds, but not a lot of guests. Nice swimming pool and restaurant, again we felt a bit lost as the only guests of the restaurant. Very much a jungle feel, the sounds of the jungle, the dense treeline around the grounds, the lizards and birds... Much nicer to stay here than in Palenque centre.
It needs a very good paint job, some upgrade of the rooms, and then attract a slightly bigger crowd. We very much like quiet combined with jungle sounds, but this boarded on eerie...

close to Maya ruins, nice staff - that’s about it
nothing going on there (off season in may)
had the hotel to ourself
some parts of the hotel were already destroyed
1st room wasn’t very clean, but 2nd room (after change request) was fine
collectivo only drive until 6pm then you are stuck in the hotel or need to book a taxi (50-60 pesos to the city centre)

The structure is very old. Nevertheless it is worth it for one night stay in Palenque just to see the ruins. Room and bathroom were very clean, good wifi and parking on site. We did not try the restaurant.

I liked the huge garden and the swimming pool. We were staying at the far end of the hotel, it was really quiet.
It was a perfect choice to stay after a long drive.
Very good location, close to Palenque National Park and ruins.
The smaller pool was not clean at the time we were there.

The room was spacious and lovely. The hotel is beautuffily situatied in a jungle. It has two spacious pools. the restaurant is quite good.
We had to ask the staff to change our room in the first place as they have placed us in a lower standard room than we have paid for.
There was a huge cockroach in te bathroom

On first arrival the hotel felt a bit derelict due to the fire damaged buildings but we really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing with well kept gardens, maintained pools, daily room cleaning and friendly dining and reception staff.

Nice place in a green surrounding. The location is on the road to the ruins, but not a walking distance. Not in the center of evening action, but that was a walkable distance. The pool was available, but a bit cold for swimming. Nice staff. A good place to relax. We wish we'd stayed more than one night.

Villas Kin-Ha has very accommodating staff and is in a great location, only a short collectivo ride to the Ruins and to town. It is in a very quiet area and far enough from the road to be totally tranquil. The restaurant has good Mexican food and there are more restaurants within walking distance. The jungle surrounds the property and there are two pools and a big open-air restaurant so it is like a calm paradise. Aluxes Animal Sanctuary (recommendable!) is in the huge jungle property next door. From talking with the staff and locals I learned that Kin-Ha has changed from being a very popular hotel, and busy place for events, to being quiet, relaxed and affordable, because of a big fire that destroyed their huge palapas and quite a few cabañas 5 years ago. Kin-Ha has restored a lot of the hotel, but it is a massive property so some of the ruined cabañas are still visible in the back (I find it pretty cool to see how in a short time the jungle takes everything back to nature). While ai was there they were renovating and restoring the Temezcal area. If you are a nature lover, take some moments to walk around the property and you will find Cacoa, Jackfruit, Lime, Mango, and Coconut trees, as well as a beautiful open field surrounded by the jungle to enjoy. I spotted Toucans and other beautiful birds, monkeys, butterflies, iguanas, and sereques during my time there.
Some of the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint

Dirty Dancing meets The Shining in the jungle… In a good way! The place has a serene, isolated, and abandoned feeling - but that’s what we loved about it. A lot of dilapidated buildings. Very few people staying here when we were. Someone else in the reviews complained about the howler monkeys. We thought it was the coolest thing to wake up to. It was like having our own ruins on property haha! I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful. No one spoke English and our Spanish isn’t so great but they all kindly worked with us to make a very memorable stay.
The food at the restaurant was pretty terrible. But there are food options around with a 20 peso colectivo ride.

good position between center and ruins, great restaurant
