Restaurants in stadje veel leuker!

The pool is great! Big and lots of fun features. The rooms were really comfortable and had air conditioning. the staff were super attentive and helpful. the surrounding jungle is beautiful. and super close to the palenque ruins so really easy to pop out to see them.
The food at the restaurant was not good and very expensive, we ate there three times and each time the food was average at best - even basic items like a pizza were just not good. This was dissapointing as we'd have gladly eaten here every meal if the food was better - the atmosphere of the restaurant is great and its got a lovely view over the pool, and the service from the staff is also great.

The pool was wonderful! The rooms were nice and comfortable. The cleaning staff was nice and friendly.
There was no purified water to refill our water bottles. It would be much more eco- friendly if water was provided. (Small bottles were available for 55 pesos which is way too high.) Also it would as a resort, but no pool towels were provided, which seemed strange.

Everything was amazing about this place in the middle of the jungle. We really enjoyed it. They should invest in a new ping pong table and pool table for the game room.

Zimmer, Mahlzeiten, Poollandschaft - alles Super.

I liked very much the swimming pool...extraordinary spot. Though, maintenance is being announced by having blue paing being washed by time/sun. Take car of that swiming pool, is a mine!
Is only a detail but there is a room for improvement: was my wife anniversary and nor the staff nor the reception...no one made a detail for such special day. A very tiny detail can count a lot.
I ended asking in the morning for a small cake with a candle or something. Staff in the restorant were very nice by providing the necessary to remember that day. Special thanks for them.
For the money is paid and being classified as spa...I think you should pay attention to dates or ask during check-in.

Location is excellent, experience as well, we had rain in one of the days and was one of the best experiences in my life.
4.3
The location is great as it is close to the archeological site and in the middle of nature
There was so many rules and very poor service. There weren't enough towels for all of us and I had to leave a deposit for the extra towels (we had booked for 4 people and there was towels only for 2)
They have a Starbucks coffee instead of a local company which I find is so out place and the Starbucks drinks are awful!
The staff was distant and cold.
4.3
nature of the hotel, it is like a natural jungle with some rooms!
Rooms are a bit outdated
4.3
the location is really nice, the pool is amazing, the apartments spacious and quiet clean.
there are animals around (ants in the toilet, snake in the balcon and monkey sound) but you are in the middle of the jungle, so is not a surprise and I personally liked them. they didn’t have info for local trips, staff was ok, not extremely helpful. electricity went off because thunderstorms, but was part of the adventure. no fridge.
4.3
Nice pool and garden
Clean
Good location
Service is not the greatest and mostly without a smile. Few exceptions.
Paying tip by card is a continuous struggle, although they do not explain why. Also one needs to pay for every order immediately.
Level of trust is low, they need to check the rooms before you can leave....

Everything!!! Such an amazing place!
Just a little, but very common in Mexico, thing. None speak english. Receptionists, waiters...it is always struggling to communicate

it’s located close to the ruins. Food is unreal! is great
not too many deck chairs around the pool, pool closes at 10, booking a taxi for specific time and arraiving 20 min later when booking was made in advance.

the Pool is Beautiful made of rocks the back is the restaurante and the other side the jungle and the river. perfect place to relax

This place felt like a true oasis in the jungle. I loved it all, the spacious private bungalow, the pool to relax at, the beautiful restaurant with extensive menu, the perfecf Wifi throughout the entire location. This was our perfect place to relax in between our Mexico road trip.
When there were larger groups in the hotel, the staff tried to force upon us the breakfast buffet, instead “a la carte”. The buffet with 550$ per person is expensive and not worth the price for what you’re getting. Much better to order something tasty from the breakfast menu which is cheaper too. When we strongly told them we didn’t want the buffet it was okay, but they did it with all the others guests too.

Exceptional stay in unit 46, literally 3 steps to the jungle. Magical stay. We'll be talking about this 3 day stay for years. The facility and it's wonderful people are just a big WOW! And cue the howler monkeys.
Nothing to dislike. Even loved the howler monkeys at 4am.

This was our third time to Chan Kah. We love it there. The pool is so picturesque, and this year there were baby monkeys playing in the trees near the pool. And, we also saw the macaws. We love the setting in the jungle, with our own private bungalow.
I wish the hotel would use fewer plastic bottles. Maybe each guest could get one at check in and then have to fill them from a garafon. For an ecohotel, there is too much wasted, single use plastic.
