Absolutely perfect for our needs

We stayed at the property over Christmas, and had a fabulous time there. The property was extremely well equipped, and had absolutely everything we needed, both in the kitchen to cook Christmas diner and in general. The property was very cosy and comfortable. For us the property was perfectly situated with access to the Pennines and also local amenities. The beds were really comfortable and we found the property very quiet. The host was available and very easy to contact, but we found this wasn't needed.

Amazing stay at a lovely property.

The property was amazing, a true “home away from home”. Adelle was an amazing host and was always on hand for any queries we may have had. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely cozy accomadation

The bedrooms were cozy with big beds & having 2 toilets was good with 5 of us staying there. The Accomadation had everything we needed & will stay again...

Would have liked firmer pillows - but will take our own next time (Have done many times before)

High attention to detail. So many things thought of. Adelle communicated very clearly and helpfully. Having lots of things that a forgetful traveller (like me) on hand was a Godsend. Terrific host and stay

Excellent Value for Money in a cozy home that felt like it had the touches of a 5 star hotel!

The flat (which felt more like a house) was so clean and cozy and the host had all the little details nailed to make for a luxury accommodation stay- from little notes in every room, to a welcome basket, extra linen and toiletries and even a box of “just in case you forgot”. There were games for the kids (and adults) and we all had the best sleep in the most cozy beds. The hosts were so helpful with any questions or problems we had. This is a gem of a place with loads of walks around and things to do near greater Manchester.

Not the greatest views but that didn’t take away from the experience - it was a very quiet location considering we were near a main road.

Lovely stay

The place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We arrived at night and the host was very thoughtful leaving lights and heating on. She was very helpful and there was great communication. It's the perfect place for short or long stay

Plenty space for 2 people or even 4 in close proximity to Mancheste, Rochdale and Halifax. Only 20 mins on the train

Exceptional value for money, wonderful apartment, we'll be back!

This was a great find - as someone else said, a hidden gem. The apartment was fully equipped, it was a perfect location for our needs, and the hosts had thought of pretty well everything and provided far more than we had expected. A fully equipped kitchen (not that we used it, but everything was there!) and everything in good working condition, right down to an "oops I forgot to bring a ....." box in case of emergencies! The off-street parking was a bonus. A wonderful stay, and if we're back this way we will hope to be able to stay here again!
