Nothing
Cluttered. Not fire safe. Owner went in room when not there and touched stuff. No lock on bedroom door. Breakfast consisted of 1 croissant each and selection of parisien bread. No English tea. Room too hot. Unable to close curtains. Cluttered environment

The only good thing about this accommodation is the location. Otherwise, I would advise everyone against it. But actually, it's not even worth spending time there because of the good location.
I've never experienced such an unfriendly host and felt so unwelcome. I would advise anyone not to stay there.
1) Problematic check-in: No bell, the email gives a number that does not work and only after I found another number via Google and made myself understood after endless talking (the hostess does not understand English), I was let in.
2) The hostess is rude and tells you all the time what not to do.
3) No privacy as the room is not lockable. The hostess comes to your room in your absence and checks everything.
4) I had come to Paris for the International Salsa Congress. That's why I left in the evening and came back in the early hours of the morning. The problem is that you aren't allowed to shower between 22.00 and 7.00 o'clock, because that wakes up the hostess. I had to hurry to shower before 10pm, and when I got home from the party, I didn't take a shower. And the continental breakfast is only available until 9:30 am.
5) It's forbidden to eat or make tea in the room. When I wanted to eat a pizza I had brought with me as soon as I arrived, I had to do so under the supervision of the hostess and hurry up because she said she wanted to go to sleep (it was 9:30 pm). This measure generally is perhaps understandable, because the room is full of old objects. However, I did not get the offer to use the kitchen instead.
6) You have to share the bathroom with the host.
From the first moment I had the impression that my hostess wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible and was only anxious to impose prohibitions on me. To be honest, I felt like I was in a disciplinary camp and not like a guest. I felt so uncomfortable in this place that at first I would even have been willing to go to any other accommodation. The accommodation is not worth the money. Over 360 euros for 3 nights and with such unfriendly service and no privacy, in retrospect I would not want to stay there again even if it was free.

Location is near to metro
Very bad attitude of owner towards Indian guest.

Te hosts were very friendly and kind. The accommodation was always clean with a good breakfast. Also, it is very close to a metro station.

Very good location. 2 minutes walk from the Metro. Friendly welcoming hosts. A very personal experience, as you are sharing someone's home. Plenty of cafes / restuarants nearby.
A better choice at breakfast might help justify the price.

Very nice breakfast, very lovely hostess!

For breakfast I had a choice between tea or coffee. And three different tipes of excellent organic wholemealbread was offered with butter and selfmade jam.

Owner speaks decent English and this is a big PLUS in France ;)
Staying with owners in their apartment while they are also there?! No privacy. Shouldn't be listed on Booking as B&B, rather homestay with some grandparents in their cluttered home.
