Comfortable and ideal for our stay.
Small bathroom but was aware of this was description and it didn’t matter.

Awaiting on a house purchase, I’ve stayed in many apartments over the last couple of months. This was the best so far. Excellent layout, well stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor area, private parking space and a large smart tv with Netflix etc. The bedding was crisp and white and the shower very powerful.

It might suit some guests to be given an optional extra of a breakfast hamper or standard provisions depending what time they arrived.
Beds very comfy, house was warm and cosy and had everything you'd need such as towels, iron and ironing board.
Well situated for a nearby family wedding at The Alcumlow Wedding Barn in Astbury. A house suited us better than a hotel room for the weekend stay.
The only thing i'd maybe suggest is when the time comes to replace the sofa, perhaps opt for a small L-shaped sofa as there wasn't really space for three people to sit.

Everything about the property was exceptional, minutes from both town centre and beautiful Astbury Mere park. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
I couldn’t fault it in any way.

The street is very quiet, and the parking easy.
The Host provided good detailed check in info.
The bed was very comfy and the bedding soft.
The whole house was very clean.

Small things:
The non-fan assisted oven is very slow to heat and it took 50 mins to preheat to 180 - in hindsight I would've brought food I could've microwaved or done on the hob.
There wasn't any hand soap or dishwasher tabs. Also no battery in the dvd remote.
It is very narrow on the WC between the bath and the wall - you may struggle if you are in a bigger body.
You can't sit at the island as the stools are too high.

Perfect location. The house is modern and has everything needed for a trouble free stay. We had a problem during the stay ( our fault). The owner was very understanding and helpful.

It was clean, very comfortable, nothing was missing, nice patio, the apartment is modern, it was close to everything.
The end of the bed is longer than the bed and I have hit myself a few times so it would be nice to change that
